The staff are unfriendly and though I placed an order online and came at the time I was advised I still had to wait for 10 minutes for my order. Ordered here a few times and have really enjoyed it! We we veggie fried rice, veggie lo mein, broccoli in brown sauce, veggie egg rolls, and sweet-and-sour chicken. My mom also got the ribs. Their sweet and sour chicken is by far my favorite I've had from any restaurant. The only think I didn't like were the egg rolls, but everyone else liked them so maybe it was just me. We discovered Tung Hing Kitchen at the recommendation of our concierge at our hotel. We were exhausted and ordered delivery online. The food was fresh, hot and delivered very quickly. Complete disregard for Covid guidelines. Sign on the front door clearly states masks required and the 2 ladies at the front counter taking orders and giving out orders are wearing masks. The problem is with the open kitchen and every cook in clear sight and not one of them wearing a mask. I understand the policy of having to place a $15 order to get food delivered, but not compromising for a loyal customer placing a $12 order is utterly ridiculous. My company ordered lunch today at 11:30 AM online, it is now 1:40 PM and we still haven't received our food. No one from the restaurant called us to apologize or even tell us there will be a delay. We typically spend $50-$75 on food each time we order from here. We called the restaurant three times asking where our food is and each time they said it's on it's way. Once it hit the 2 hour mark, we called and complained and the best Jerry could offer us is 15% off our next order, we asked if he thought that was fair considering we've all missed our lunch breaks at this point and he said he thinks 15% off of a $50-$75 order is fair for waiting over 2 hours for food. If you want to wait forever and a day for your food and have terrible customer service, this is the place for you. Trust me, if I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. read more

This place is right near my parents' summer home, so we have been in here a few times to pick up Chinese takeout. The first time we came in, we ordered a lot of food and they prepared it all so quickly! Everything was really delicious. Huge portions, consistent quality, and quick delivery have us ordering from here for our Chinese food fix. The food is very greasy (actualling making it really good for leftovers) and, at work, we order a lot and half of the time, they leave off egg rolls (which are our favorites!), so that is why I've taken off a star. read more
