I went there to pick up my food. I used a debit card, big mistake! I was charged for my order and according to the receipt the price was correct. When I looked at my account I noticed that I was charged for my order and saw another charge apparently for someone else order. A lot more. I called and explained that at the time printed on the receipt I was still at work and the credit/debit card # is not mine. Big waste of time. I've been unable to get my money back. I have ordered from Panda House for years.. 15 plus... The last couple of rime the food was horrific.. Bad ingredients...etc.. Example: just ordered Pad Tai.. it was terrible..orange in color.. very sweet.. came with lemon vs. Limes.. I took several fork fulls of it and just so bad I tossed in the garbage. I have been coming to Panda House for over 15 years it is the only place I will eat Chinese. This location was always a Chinese restaurant. From what I remember this is the 3rd set owners. When I eat Chinese, this is what I think authenticity tastes like. Food is consistently good and the people are very very nice. Their shrimp fried rice is excellent and is made the right way. Their fried rice starts as WHITE rice... it's not like these other restaurants that use yellow rice and add peas and carrots. That's fugazzi Chinese food or Mall Rat Chinese. Shrimp Lo Mein is fantastic with very good flavor. Beef and broccoli, shrimp and broccoli is always fresh and good. And especially with the shrimp, they do not skimp. Besides the good size portions the quality of food is good as well. General tsos chicken is good, orange chicken is good, and mu shu is good as well. Good amount of protein to vegetable ratio. Very good flavor. If you want a Friday night or Sat night take out place and Chinese has been picked... Panda house is it. read more

Today, I ordered and they said it would be 40 mins. It was almost 2 hours and I cancelled. The driver showed up, screaming that he will still charge credit card because he made trip. And they did. I drive all over NJ and PA for a living and have Chinese three or four times a week, the lomein noodles here are of higher quality than most, all of the meat to filler ratios are much higher than most, and when you order a quart box it is stuffed to the point it looks lik a balloon, if it comes in a flat tray it is full and pressing against the lid, if you order two quarts of food you get as much as many places serve as three quarts, food is delicious quantities are excellent! read more

I personally really liked it here, however my fiance was not a big fan (he's not a fan of any Chinese food really). We got delivery and we ordered several items including the shrimp chow mei fun, the boneless spare ribs, the hot and sour soup, the general tso chicken and egg rolls. I thought the mei fun was delicious and he and I both agreed the spare ribs were superb. He said his general tso was average but he did not like the hot and sour soup at all and felt they had utilized tobasco sauce to season it.
