For starters, I didn't know how to drive and I have been searching elsewhere to take driving lessons, little did I know the driving school I was searching for and I needed was right and close by my house. The first day with Jose was very informative and friendly and taught me the basics. The Next days Kristy gave me lessons on how to improve my skills in driving, She's Amazing! And she also took me to the most beautiful routes and views. I Passed my driving test the first try and got out of the DMV with a smile. I Recommend this place to everyone . Ask for Oscar as your driving instructor. He is the nicest, calmest, most pacie my guy ever. We had great conversation while driving and he really will help you prepare for the driving exam. With only a week left from my permit expiring, Elizabeth helped me with getting all my DMV appointments set up, behind the wheel appointments to complete my 6 hours, and also taught me on my first day of completing the 2 out of 6 hours. These guys are SUPER helpful and are always answering questions that you may have with full knowledge. Christy, my other driving instructor, is very patient and is a great teacher when you're learning with her. She taught me some tricks to help ace my driving test and besides that, she's super chill. Jose is also a great teacher and tells you from right and wrong and will always have confidence in you. Thankfully I passed the FIRST time and now have my license thanks to these guys! Terrible, they promised me an hour training before the driving test, they were late. The "hour" of instruction was the drive from where they picked me up to the DMV, which was no longer than 25 min. Due to their tardiness I almost lost my appointment, not to mention they charged extra because the "instructor" claimed I took more time than what I paid for. *after the exam* As soon I was stepped back in the car she rudely asked me for the price of a lesson and and a half, and she did not moved the car till I paid her crazy demand. I was not happy with the treatment I received from the "instructor" so i called the office, to ask why she was late and why did I had to pay extra. I was treated like a liar, the secretary claimed "She (the instructor) warned us about you". Terrible experience, they are unprofessional, rude and the instructor lacks of experience and teaching methodology, a waste of money definitively. read more

I don't know whos in charge here, but their appointment scheduling is all over the place. This summer I called to make my appointments and then always had to verify since they would change it on you at the last minute. The driving instructors are pretty good but I don't know about their appointments. For example I would call and ask for an afternoon appointment, they said all they had was 9am for the rest of the week, I then just said okay and went with that. Well, the day before my appointment I get a call saying the instructor cant do that. One time this even happened on the 4th of July with the girl in the office texting me at 10pm at night! For all 3 of my appointments this happened, last minute changes. Only good thing is the instructors were very nice and I did get my drivers license since they were very helpful and calm at teaching me the rules etc to driving. If you are thinking of taking your driving lessons here I recommend being ready for the appointment changes, just in case. Also I recommend if you get the instructor Candy. I had another driving instructor but he just took me slowly around town. Candy makes sure to have you drive the residential streets but also takes you out on the main streets and boulevards. She has you drive the full 2 hours in various cities in the Valley, sometimes even as far as Simi Valley or Reseda. I appreciate her as it was a good experience to drive basically everywhere in different locations and intersections so that I could get the experience I needed to get my drivers license. read more

I took my daughter here not too long ago to take driving lessons, and They did a good job on teaching her the rules of the road. However, no amount of good teaching could cover the TERRIBLE customer service from the woman who coordinates the appointments/billing, etc. The first thing that irritated me about her is that she kept loosing my daughter's permit information. I had to give this woman my daughter's permit number FOUR times before she finally put it on record. Another thing that ticked me off is that my daughter told me that when she drove, the brakes would squeak really loudly. Really? Why on earth would you run a driving school with a faulty car?! the last thing that ticked me off before I finally had enough, was the fact that the woman again lost the dates I told her that my daughter could take the test, and blamed me for her loosing the initial dates I gave her! Dont go here! It's a waste of money, and VERY VERY unorganized. You're better off going to the DMV. read more

Horrible service very unprofessional I can't begin to explain my experience with this school. I see up classes for my daugther when I called them when the day arrived they seemed to forgot about the appointment then showed up an hour late. Still decided to give the school another chance so set up another class. For the next class they showed up late again then once they showed up the instructor demanded my mom to pay him right away rudely due to the fact that when we picked up another student they charge the other student extra and they didn't want them to find out and the instructor also charged me extra when I asked why he called the main intstuctor Jose on the phone were he began to scream at me on the phone that that's what they charge for the second class and to get over it.So when it can for my daughter DMV drivers exam wich i made an appointment with them for that day weeks in advance and still decided to stick with then after all them unprofessionalism they showed me they didn't not show up and when my daughter called the instructor Jose he said that he didn't appreciate me questioning the price changes and had decided to cancel the appointment himself and my daughter was force to miss her DMV appointment. Horrible experience my biggest mistake was given them a second chance should know from the first class how rude and unprofessional they are. read more
