Okay, so, these guys are absolute lifesavers…read more My husband and I came in to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a used car we were thinking of buying from nearby, and the guys at this shop offered us a really fair price and fast service. They were quick yet astonishingly thorough, brutally honest, and I feel that they ultimately spared us from some major headaches down the road. I really appreciated how candid and real they were when speaking with us, and it was very apparent that they know what they are good at what they do. I wish they were closer to home for us, we'd go there all the time. But since you're reading this that means you are nearby, and I recommend that you give them a call.

They told me the battery and alternator both needed to be replaced, and I paid a little over $1,000 for the repair. As soon as I got home, the exact same noise was still there. I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic, who showed me that only the battery had been replaced. The alternator was still the same one and looked like it had never even been removed. When I called to ask for a refund for the alternator, they told me to bring the car back. By then, my car was already at the other shop being repaired correctly. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this business. I expected an honest diagnosis and to receive the repairs I paid for, but unfortunately that wasn't the case

This then lead me to referencing AAA's local Mechanic's preferred listing and Campbell's Automotive. And since then, I have been a very happy Campbell's client for three years and could not be happier! Exceptional customer service, trustworthy, up-front and honest, economical, alerting as to future needed maintenance, and above all, they do fantastic work!
