Had trouble with putting air in a couple of my tires and this kind gentleman (Cesar) helped me out. Inflated all four of my tires to the correct pressure and happily wished me a good day. Also educated me on run Flats versus regular tires! Customer service, kindness, and just general courtesy are always a marker of a good business. Needless to say, I will be buying my next set of tires from them. Thank you Rudy's tires read more

Rudy's Tires - Brought vehicle in for an alignment - Tires Near Me - Tujunga, California

They really took care of my baby! Fair prices and excellent service from start to finish. I came in for a tire change and alignment, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Cesar was fast, detail-oriented, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Even though there were about six other customers there for tire services, the team handled everyone efficiently and still gave each person attention and care. Great customer service, honest pricing, and quality work. Highly recommend Rudy's Tires if you're in the Sunland/Tujunga area! read more

These guys have been great. I've gone a few times to get patches for tires and recently changed out 4 tires for an extremely good price. I keep coming back and will continue to come back. I've been trying to do some work on my car myself, just to save some money but even doing my own brakes wouldn't really save me much, considering what these guys are willing to do it for. They even adjusted the steering column on my wife's car, as it was pulling to the right a bit. I've done alignment's with them with my car, excellent work. read more

I've lived in Tujunga all my life and have been coming to Rudy's Tire since I first started driving--over 15 years now. They have always been kind, professional, and courteous, which is why I continue to trust them with all of my vehicles. Over the years, Rudy's has taken care of every car I've owned, and now I even bring my wife's car here too. Their consistency, honesty, and excellent service make them the only shop I recommend. Whether it's a quick repair, new tires, or regular maintenance, I know I'm always in good hands at Rudy's. read more

These guys are bad for business. They put tire repair guys to shame. I've never met tire repair guys like these 2. They are not proud of what they do and it shows through their horrible customer service and "better than you" attitude. NO APOYE LOS MALOS NEGOCIOS. read more

Worst father and son shop. Have no customer service and are thief's with prices. I would rather past the tire shop with a flat tire and look for a different place. read more

This review is long overdue. These gentlemen deserve 10 stars! They saved our family vacation after we ran into a cinder block on 110 FWY, they were able to get us the exact same Tesla OE tire in minutes. Now we just picked up a screw in a different car and we didn't hesitate to drive across the valley to Rudy's tires right away because they are super quick, resonably priced, polite and crazy efficient! Shout out to Cesar for his super service and tire/car knowledge. We got two different Teslas with different tire requirements, and Cesar took great care of us! Thank you! read more

I had great experience at Rudy's. They are honest and they do not over sell the client. I came in for two tires due to a flat and the service person recommended a name brand I've never heard of before. The price was right and my car was not new so I agreed to the brand. I asked him if it will give me a quiet ride and he said that it's comparable to the old ones (michellin) I have. Sure enough the ride was quiet and for the price, I scored. I asked for a front end alignment as well and Javier did the work. He is very professional and he was meticulous with his craft. I highly recommend this place for their honesty and professionalism. read more

Amazing work had my brakes done. He told me to arrive at 8:30. Took care of me. My brakes were done within couple of hours. Thanks chief.

Way better tire shops down the street. Very rude and unprofessional workers. Came for a tire patch, and was turned away with no explanation. I would suggest maybe learning how to speak to customers. Instead of this place go down the street to valley auto repair and Damian will take way better care of you. read more

I'm disabled but I try not to show it. I've used Rudy's for over TEN years and have always been happy with his service. But today was the worst possible. I had purchased 2 new tires on the Internet and had Javier mount them for me. Monday one of the tires had a separation and was still under warranty from the seller. They asked me to provide pictures of the tire and a description of the problem from a "Tire Shop" on their letterhead so I could get a free replacement. I brought the letter to Javier and asked if he could take the tire off the rim and put on the original tire and write up a short explanation of what went wrong with the tire, he said yes and the cost was $15 for the removal and $15 for the installation. When I came back for the tire AND LETTER, Javier said "We won't write a letter because we don't want to get involved with this. You can write a letter yourself and use the name of a fake tire shop." I explained that I wouldn't do that as it would be a lie. I paid him the $15 and left. I had made sure he read the letter from the seller and he agreed to do what was asked for. Now when I get the new tire, I'll have to pay another company to put it on. I can no longer recommend Rudy's tire in Tujunga. read more

I went there for a nail in my tire on a Friday after trying 4 other places that were "too busy." The other places didn't look busy at all but this place did. Although they were packed, within a few minutes I was approached by a young man who politely told me they could get to me in about 20 to 25 minutes. After about 15 minutes they were working on my truck, 5 minutes later I was done. The bigger tire places are understaffed with very lazy employees. Try this place out and you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

My Jeep has been sitting for quite some time now and I noticed my rear drivers side tire being low, then noticed that there is a nail in the tire. So I drove it down to Rudy's. I was hoping they could patch it up and they totally took care of it without any problems. The gentleman helping me out took care of that tire, and checked all the other tires while I was there. They were all low and he notified me that tires can lose pressure if the car sits. I told him that my Jeep is my fun, weekend, back up, whatever car and since it's been cold, I haven't really been driving it. He filled up the tires properly, even the spare in the back, and I was good to go. Rudy's is a good tire shop to go to for whatever wheel, tire, brake, etc needs you may have. They have professional service and know what they are doing. I would totally recommend trying them out! read more

I can't say enough about how much I love this tire shop! I was driving in Sunland maybe 6 years ago now and got a flat while I was out this way for a computer repair. They fixed me up so fast with a used tire that was in awesome shape! Was so happy with them being so convenient and easy to find, a few years later I had relocated to the Koreatown area and I literally drove across Los Angeles just to get help from these guys cause I know they're gonna hook me up with reliable service and give me out the door fast and I don't have to worry about getting a bad deal or a bad service! We have multiple cars, (my husband is a car guy so he works on old cars and motorcycles) believe me when I tell you this place is our #1 go to guy for anything and everything tires! They are always so fair and reasonable, extremely knowledgeable and they're constantly squeezing people in no matter how slammed they are! This place is the epitome of amazing customer service and by far honest work, where you won't ever feel like you could've gotten a better deal anywhere else and you leave here feeling like you were treated with honesty and respect which I believe is the number one issue any time getting a car serviced. 100% recommend Rudy's tires!! read more

Caesar is my man that takes care of me at the tire place. I've always gotten Service of always gotten great prices but one thing I want to point out is this.... A lot of people forget that trades people, crafts men are very inportant , when they do their job well it makes all the difference in the world. Caesar knows how to mount a tire and a balanced set and deal with good rims. The only scars I have on my rims are from the previous owner & wherever they got their tires & using the balancing weights on the outside of the rim. Caesar knows with rims that are attractive, balance them with the weights on the inside so they're not seen and do not damage the rim. Now that's an artist... read more

Getting a flat tire in Los Angeles sucks... but in the rain? Fugetboutit! Found 2 screws wedged in my rear tire - oh what fun! Tried to get it patched and to my surprise most gas stations only use plugs. Found out no one around where I was stranded used patches. Weird right? Lucky for me Caesar & Javier at Rudy's were ready to help. No muss no fuss little tire shop that gets the job done. And with tire patches! FYI - patches do a better job & last a lot longer. So yeah I'd recommend them for sure. read more

This is the only place I trust with my car. They're the only place I've gone with my car that has never tried to rip me off. They always give me a good deal, and great service. They're very honest people. One of those rare businesses that doesn't earn its money by upselling you, or tricking you into paying for things you don't need. I'd give Rudy's tires 10 stars if I could. Very professional and informative. He really went above and beyond to not just find the exact tires I was looking for. He got me a really good deal. I'm not a fan of writing reviews but I felt like I owed them that. read more

HONEST Family Owned Business !!!!!! First of all, for those making rude comments that this shop was rude to you, I suggest you check your attitude first! This shop has been in our area for years: Cesar & Javier are the most friendly, polite, respectful and honest people I know. I would not take my car anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to give you great service...they do get very busy so if you are in a hurry, it's best to double check with them regarding time frame. Stopped by today for a new tire and cesar was nothing but helpful and great. Basically I called a few different spots trying to get a quote on a tire (size 225-40-19) and 2 places didn't have it and another 3 were charging me 95$ to 105. Cesar answered the phone told me he has a better brand (farrelli ) v chinese made xyz company. I was surprised he told me it would only cost 70$ which of course I immediately replied yes to and got it taken care of asap. This spot has gained a new customer read more

Very Very happy to have found this shop. Laid back and friendly, great prices, and reminded me of the shops my father used to take me to as a girl.
