This review is long overdue. These gentlemen deserve 10 stars! They saved our family vacation after we ran into a cinder block on 110 FWY, they were able to get us the exact same Tesla OE tire in minutes. Now we just picked up a screw in a different car and we didn't hesitate to drive across the valley to Rudy's tires right away because they are super quick, resonably priced, polite and crazy efficient! Shout out to Cesar for his super service and tire/car knowledge. We got two different Teslas with different tire requirements, and Cesar took great care of us! Thank you!

I highly recommend this place. Cesar was a great help. Very honest trustworthy and they do quality work. If you have any tire issues, or need tore replacement or anything tire related these guys are awesome. Definitely trust them and go there.

I'm disabled but I try not to show it. I've used Rudy's for over TEN years and have always been happy with his service. But today was the worst possible. I had purchased 2 new tires on the Internet and had Javier mount them for me. Monday one of the tires had a separation and was still under warranty from the seller. They asked me to provide pictures of the tire and a description of the problem from a "Tire Shop" on their letterhead so I could get a free replacement. I brought the letter to Javier and asked if he could take the tire off the rim and put on the original tire and write up a short explanation of what went wrong with the tire, he said yes and the cost was $15 for the removal and $15 for the installation. When I came back for the tire AND LETTER, Javier said "We won't write a letter because we don't want to get involved with this. You can write a letter yourself and use the name of a fake tire shop." I explained that I wouldn't do that as it would be a lie. I paid him the $15 and left. I had made sure he read the letter from the seller and he agreed to do what was asked for. Now when I get the new tire, I'll have to pay another company to put it on. I can no longer recommend Rudy's tire in Tujunga.

I have been coming here off and on for the last 15 years. My most recent visit was a very good experience considering my dilemma with PEPBOYS!Don't go to PEPBOYS, they'll put the wrong size tire on your car. I just returned from Rudy's and was treated extremely well. I had a slow leak in my tire that another shop said couldn't be fixed (almost new tire, BTW) and it would need to be replaced. After a few months of adding air it was leaking faster. Called several tire stores for quotes. Rudy's suggested I stop in to make a decision on what to order. He pulled the tire off and found it was easily fixable (not on the sidewall, as the other shop said). My almost new tire is fixed for a fraction of what I was dreading on spending right now. Thank you for being HONEST! and saving me a couple hundred dollars. My son also went to Rudy's awhile back and told me not to go anywhere else. Now I understand. read more

Came to Rudy's months ago with a severely damaged tire. Hit some kinda bolt and put a very large hole. Always a risk driving in Sun Valley. Didn't think the tire could be repaired and they never for a second try to pressure me into new. The polite young gentleman worked surprisingly hard and long to get that tire patched. I was very impressed. I don't recall but it was very inexpensive. More importantly, however, it's the integrity and the way they've treated my 84-year-old mother. She has been in numerous times for tire repair by herself and numerous times, they have taken care of her as if she was there own. They could've easily manipulated it into new tire sales like the local Pep Boys does often but they didn't and repaired every time.. The last time they told her she will be due for new tires next time and yet when she arrived I believe they would've tried to patch it again. On this date she bought a new tire. She is very satisfied with the experience every time, and with the price, as it was almost identical to or less than every other establishment I could find. Even Walmart tires. Support a local business, the people here are awesome. I can't see why anyone would go to one of those franchise stores for tires. My vehicle will be due soon and I will purchase new from Rudy's tire. read more

The shop sign says they open at 8:30. They are not responsible enough to open shop as stated in their hours, If your hours changed please update them. I waited for them to show up and nothing. I ended up going to Tire Station who was open when they say. read more

It's all true! Rudy's Tires has well-priced fast service. I had a tire that was leaking air. I took it to Rudy's Tires. They found the hole immediately and patched it up. I thought it would take at least an hour, but it only took 15 minutes! No hassle at all. The staff was helpful and friendly. They served with a smile. I have a go-to tire place now. No ifs, buts, or holes about it. read more

This place is great! It's a mom & pop (more like a dad and son) shop that really cares for their customers. Rudy the owner (Rudy isn't his real name) is honest and fair with his prices. I started shopping here a couple of years ago and now I will not buy my tires anywhere else's. If you shop here you will get that personal attention you deserve to part with your hard earned money. I drive 16 miles from my house in LA just to shop here instead of my local joints. read more

5 out 5!!!! Rudy's tires is amazing. Had to replace all four of my tires. Called him on a friday. Ordered them on a Saturday. And they were installed on a monday. In less than an hour and a half with alignment. Test drove my car twice. He let me know some things that needed to be done in the future and was not pushy at all. Along with their prices which are very reasonable. I am a person who doesn't know anything about cars. And he explained everything to me which means alot. Will definitely be going back to replace sensors on my tires as well as brakes and struts. There is a small seating area which is a plus. read more

These guys were great and did a quick job very quick. So I got a rim and these guys quickly switched the tire onto the new rim, balance and all, at a reasonable price. Pity I don't live in Tujunga anymore else I'd go to them on the regular for tires. read more

This place deserves more than 5 stars, honestly! I had a nail in my rear passenger side (Lexus NX). Took it to Just Tyres and they were asking for $200 to replace the entire tire. The nail was on the outer wall of the thread and they said only a new tire will fix the issue. Frustrated, I went to Rudy's for a second opinion. A gentleman named Cesar helped me. He took out the nail, ran some tests on the tire. Turns out, the nail was very tiny and had not penetrated too deep inside to cause a puncture. I gave Cesar a small gift as he wouldn't charge me anything for his time. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this place and no more big name places for me...Rudy's is now my new go-to place. Thank you! read more

Came to get a nail in my tire removed and fixed. The place is small so entering might be tricky. A nice gentleman came by looked at the tire and recommended to get the tire repaired from the inside out because my tires are run flats. The cost would be $30 rather than the usual quick fix about $10. He said he can do it in about 30 mins so I agreed. Waited in a small waiting area, no AC. Waited about 20 minutes and the tire was fixed and back on my car. They were awesome and friendly! They take debit and card so you're solid if you come here. read more
