My car was towed here in March for a tire replacement. The tire tech gave us a used tire that was patched up and charged us around $90-95 for it. I thought it was an absurd price but I was in a stressful situation and accepted under the condition that it was a supposedly "new" tire. Tony's Tires never said it was used. 7 months later, that same tire ended up ripping on me while on my way home from work late at night. I needed to tow the car again and purchase a new tire. When I replaced it, the tire tech confirmed that the tire from Tony's was used and had already been patched up before. I will not return here and I encourage everyone looking for a tire shop to think twice before coming here, especially women and people who aren't knowledgable enough about cars to know when they're being scammed. Okay, this whole situation was an absolute trip and really says a lot about where we're at and where we're heading regarding customer service and the quality, abilities and experience of business in the service industry, especially with the automotive industry. It was a Saturday morning and we were moving....now we all know that makes for an already crazy, chaotic and stressful day and that's without any issues!! Everything was going great, I had some friends lined up to help who were right on time and ready to work. Boxes were packed, my truck and trailer were in Sun Valley, ready for me to pick it up. I arrived early, did my walk around, everything looked great EXCEPT for the bolt stuck in my right rear BRAND NEW tire!! Damn, it's been a perfect start to this moving day so far and now this, but no worries I'm in Sun Valley where there's great tire shops with skilled employees that care about what they do damn near everywhere right?....NOPE!! I'm rambling....I'll get to the good part in just a minute... I'm not kidding about this...I drove to FIVE different "tire shops", including two commercial shops...and got no where!! "Oh that's a tough one, we don't know if we can do it...try here" was the answer at all of these places. Each stop was at least 30-45 minutes because none of these clowns understands what customer service is anymore and then they don't know what they're doing anymore!! I was pissed!! Best part...one of the guys at one of these yahoo shops actually ran up to my door as I was leaving and "all stealth like" and almost whispering told me about Tony's...I thanked him and headed over. I pulled right up in the very crowded driveway like "I knew the owner", lol.... I was greeted by at least three employees who pointed out where to start, and had no problem with my truck parking, actually said thank you for getting it in and out of the way so well....nice!! Inside there was about three people ahead of me and three gentleman behind the counter...simple math...no more than a 5 minute wait!! I'm not sure who the gentleman was who helped me, could have even been Tony himself, I don't know? He was awesome!! No BS, no small talk, no silly excuses, nothing but "let's have a look".... I felt good so far!! No more than 10 minutes later he had inspected the tire, assigned a badass and very humble EXPERT to fix it and we were back in the office settling my bill. TEN BUCKS.... I was completely shocked when he said that...I had him run my card for twenty and gave ten to the gentleman doing the repairs, who was actually done with tire, remounting and back on the ground before I returned from the office....hell yeah!! This is a kinda long review but a place like this needs to be recognized, frequented and respected!! The guys were knowledgeable, helpful and fast! Office staff was cool without any BS. Prices are great and workmanship is phenomenal!! I will be returning for anything tire related.... I hope y'all do too!! Thanks for reading my review. read more

This place is an absolute gem in the valley. All the places I knew of that could redrill wheels and take care of your wheels when mounting and dismounting tires are on the other side of town. I picked up a 2nd set of wheels as spares. Cutting and grinding down the Brembos were not an option. On these Wedssports offset and spoke design, diameter were spot on, but the bolt patter was 5x112 and I needed 5x114.3 I called and they sent me to Jose. He nailed it!
