A few weeks later when we finally use the car, we see the e-brake light stay on after releasing the e-brake. I called it in and they said to bring the car in. The older man who works there gave my wife a complete attitude when she took the car in. Even though I feel the e-braking was probably linked to the changing of the brakes, they still charged me for it. Ok. Whatever. What really upset me is that I drove the car a few days after that (again, we rarely drive this car, it's a backup car for us) and the alignment is pulling slightly to the right. We took a mini road trip and the entire time I'm literally pulling the car to the left. What?! What happened to State of the Art alignment?? I would take it back and argue to be fixed but after what my wife told me, I don't want to go back and deal with an angry old man when they should have tested everything prior to giving it to us. They would probably charge me again for the alignment to fix it... I'll say one thing that they are good at. They do clean work. The younger gentleman is extremely kind.
