I love it so much. Everything is like a jewel that you dud not expect to find. Only wish the store was larger.

Let me start off by saying, the store itself is very nice. The customer service from the manager is absolutely horrible. I came here looking for a 8x10 rug, I immediately asked one of the employees for help. The cashier Christina was extremely helpful but her manager made me feel like I was bothering her. She asked me what I needed and told me she'd help me after she finished with another customer. So I waited by the rugs trying to see what sizes I could see from the bottom. My aunt went to the front to see if the manager was finished and it seemed that she forgot I was still waiting for her assistance. She comes to the back and asks what exactly I needed. I told her I want to get more information on two of the rugs, like the designer and size. She immediately tells me that all the rugs are 8x10 but I know that's not accurate because I was looking at the rugs before she came. None of them were 8x10 that had the label at the bottom. So I asked if she could double check two of them because they looked bigger and longer than the rest. She put in the sku code for one and lowers the other one so I can see. She reads the label THREE TIMES to say that's it 7'10x 10 in the most condescending way. Once she finishes putting up this rug I asked her if her manager was there. Unfortunately, she was the manager, I asked her about her supervisor and she asks why. I told her that her demeanor was unwelcoming and she proceeds to argue with me. I didn't want to argue I just wanted the supervisor which she claims is in corporate. So then she makes it seem that I pulled on the rug and that's why she took so long to come back here. Also, I asked her to pull down the rug which is something they don't normally do. So then her and my aunt start to argue because the manager starts speaking spanish saying that we thought she was white but she's not. Pretty much saying we're treating her a certain way and intentionally giving her a hard time. So here's my pov: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, regardless of race, gender, etc If it's not something you normally do, say that from the beginning instead of having me wait twenty minutes. I didn't come to cause problems but I also don't want to be lied to about a size of a rug no matter if the difference is ten inches. Lastly, if the customer complains about your attitude and you feel like it's not true, DONT ARGUE, that's not an appropriate response, manager or not. read more

I like this location because its close to my house. Aside from that, it just has neat things. I have been looking for a phone case, but I had trouble finding one some reason... Which was upsetting because Tuesday Morning was my "go to" for phone cases at an awesome price. Today I finally found one again! Yay! I was told by the people that worked there to keep checking back and I am glad I did. They have all kinds of random neat stuff for great prices ranging from dog toys & beds to yard stuff, kitchen stuff, suitcases, phone accessories, books, some clothes & furniture. I'd recommend checking it out. It seems to have something for everyone. read more

This store replaces one that used to be across Pat Booker Road. It was comfortably small and well-managed by experienced people. This new one fills a huge segment in a former K-mart building. It feels like a barn. It is clean and well-lit, but it doesn't have proper shopping carts. I need an additional pair of curtain panels, and was told that they don't do inventory searches anymore. So customer service has been diminished. read more

I was so disappointed at this location and experienced something I had never experienced before. Been shopping @ Tuesday Morning since the 80s. Went in to purchase an advertised item. Priced @ $29.99. Gotta say it was surprising they had any left as they normally sell out of items the first day. Checked the item against the ad and it was a match. Get to register and it rings up $34.99. Questioned price and manager had to step in and tried to tell me that they are only allotted x amount of items to sell & it had already been met. Ladies behind me in line agreed that was not right. Then mgr tried to say that the sale is only on Sunday, when, in fact, ad states "starts on Sunday". She rang it up @ the sale price but said items could not be returned. Poppycock! Never heard this before. If they only had a certain amount of items, then remove them from the shelf last. Buyer beware, but Tuesday Morning, be fair. read more

Great prices but poor customer service. Checkout clerk unfriendly, unhelpful young Male. Small baskets cause problems when using a lot Clerks standing around taking instead of hoping a 70 year old woman who spent $250. Poor image for the company. read more
