When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. A staff person approached after about 5 minutes and I asked how the boot display was organized and gave her a couple of boots I wanted to try on and gave her my size range. She returned with the same boots and said I should try them on to see how they work before she pulled the matching boot from the back. I requested the second boot and she really wanted me to try just one, rather than arguing about getting both boots, we left without spending money at this store.
