12/13/25: Stopped here to see if my husband could find a few casual shirts. It was a super busy day & I'm sure it's because of the sale they are having today. The selection was ok. He was able to get 6 tops using the 30% off coupon and in-store discounts for $43. It was an amazing deal. The store check out area has been updated. It kind of looks like TJMaxx now & has 6 registers for a faster checkout. The cashier we had didn't talk much and was very quiet. Maybe she was shy...??? We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts. I have been shopping regularly at this location since 2018. I can count maybe once or twice in all that time, where Ive had less than great service. And even that wasn't bad, more like grumpy mood type. The selection is good and with coupons, kohls cash and rewards , it offers a great value for me. The front cashiers and back desk staff are some of the friendliest and helpful. It helps me leave each time feeling happy with my experience and purchases. I continue to stay loyal because they understand customer service. It really is a forgotten art that we need back. read more

My experience at this store today definitely warrants a 5 star rating. The customer service from beginning to end was amazing. There was an associate greeting customers at the front. He was friendly and pointed me in the direction of returns. The lady who handled my return was also friendly and made me laugh with a story about folding curtains. Also, the associate who checked me out, Terra, saw me carrying 2 pairs of big curtains and shortened my walk. She was very knowledgeable about the Kohl's rewards program and took the time to explain a few details to me. And unlike most people, she asked if she was pronouncing my name correctly and offered to have someone carry the curtains to the car for me. All that and I had a coupon which dropped my order total down a good deal. I recently moved to the area and it was nice to know that this Kohl's has such welcoming employees. Great makeover! Staff looks very depressed and don't acknowledge your presence, which is a good thing and a bad thing.

I used to enjoy shopping at Kohl's. Good selectin and prices, as long as you had a coupon. Anyhow, this has all changed now. They sent me a 30% off coupon, so I took my grandson to the store to get him some jeans. He selected some nice Levi's and we went to check out. The clerk said that the coupon didn't apply to Levi's, and that there were conditions that applied to the coupon. So I went home and looked at the coupon. There was no note on the coupon, but there were terms and conditions at the very end of the flier. Those terms and conditions referred me to a website that said that the coupon only applied to store brands. It shouldn't be so hard to find the restrictions; so I called the store. They were unapologetic, saying that there were signs in the store that explained it all. I didn't see any such signs! In my opinion, the coupon was very deceptive, and that they misled me into buying a very expensive product at full price. Shame on you Kohl's! I don't intend on coming back! read more

This review is not for anything that the store did; rather, for what they didn't do. When I got in my car to leave my transmission was inoperable and I couldn't get my vehicle out of the parking spot I was in. I told a manager the situation and she was more than supportive. She empathized with my situation and told me that she would help as much as she could. I was able to get the vehicle towed three days later. They could have had the vehicle towed at any time but they let me handle it. That is exactly the kind of respect that we're all after. read more

Good prices (see below) and nice selection. One of the last holdouts for brick and mortar clothes shopping. Current styles unlike TJ Maxx but not quite as cheap unless there is a sale (which there are a lot of). Gimmicky thing here is the Kohl's cash. This is what keeps people coming back. Prices are average if not high. Everytime you shop you get get Kohl's cash for use in the store based on your purchases and another 20% off coupon that is time sensitive. When combined with a sale, this is a great deal. All big name brands are represented. read more

Got great help finding the right size for an Easter tablecloth and napkins! Thank you! Great parking, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. The Little snacking bags of chocolate bark at the front of the store at the checkout line were stale and old- all the chocolates had that dusty white look and tasted bad. On closer look when I arrived home, the expiry dates had passed. Don't forget to check that before you buy!' A very clean and well organized store, otherwise. read more

I normally don't like shopping but when I entered the doors I saw a nice kind young man with the name of Braxton Smith he helped me buy everything I wanted and more and I had a great experience shopping there. Lately I've been there all the times he's working and when he's not helping me and helping someone else I get jealous. I know he's suppose to help other people but he should pay attention to me He's the reason I go I remember I'm Veterans Day he got there a little late I was upset I stayed to cry in the car until he shows up I was so happy. The store itself is clean and there seems to be a good selection of things. I purchased slacks on one visit and have been several times for it kitchen related items. For the amount of kitchen things, the variety is limited. I see better variety at Target next door. The staff seems bored, which translates to a weird forced friendliness. The ine redeeming feture of Kohl's is that carryt he Food Network branded items, which are of good quality. All in all' I will return when looking for something, but will be skeptical about finding what I need. read more

Never been to a Kohl's before? Neither have I until this visit but it is comforting to realize it's just like a TJMaxx or Marshall's but more organized. It's like a discount department store so everything is in a section so its easy to shop. The clothes are a little conservative but if you search you can find some good deals. The housewares area is pretty good. Decent selection of bedding and kitchen gadgets. read more

Pretty good stylish clothing for all ages. They constantly have clothing on sale. Kohl's is one of those stores that you end up having to place some of the clothing back because you picked so many pieces you don't have money to cover all of them. They have decent luggage and kitchenware. If the prices were about 15% cheaper, I would give them 5 stars. read more
