The store was clean, seemed well-stocked, and the associates who directed me to where I needed to go were helpful. There was plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The next time I have an Amazon return, I will make sure to use a different return option.

She kept insisting it was an Amazon return. I showed her the word JOCKEY at the top of QR code. She rudely told me "go to the back of the store". I go to the back. One employee back there, like no man's land. I explain I have a Jockey store return and he says "I don't know if I can return those". I have no WiFi in the dang store. I have to get on Kohls WiFi to show him the code. What should have taken at tops 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes of two rude employees and a frustrating experience. Can't speak for value since o skip kohls for clothing or really anything. Won't return based on how they handle customers.

The prices are good for most items and the aisles are easy to fit two carts down. Checking out can be an issue as there are just one of two cash registers open if you don't use self checkout. But with my bag from the pharmacy that sometimes causes issues in the self checkout so I will wait for a register. Service is friendly so just give yourself some time to checkout.

When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. I appreciate the fact they dedicated a portion of the store to Juniors sizes. Many of the other department stores have gotten rid of Juniors/ Misses and have merged styles with Women's clothing. Dillards has an abundance of designers, I just wish the price tags were reasonable.

I've never purchased furniture from Big Lots, but there seemed to be a decent amount of focus on this department as well as mattress options. I grabbed a few housewares items and household staples. The prices on ICE flavored waters was .75, which is lower than the grocery store and we love those drinks! Got a cute fall doormat for $10, too. I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!
