Nothing out of the norm here with this TJ Maxx location. Parking wasn't as bad as i thought it would have been during the holiday visit that I made. Now the stores condition would be a 3 because of the holidays rush - other than that normally a decent four star. They really didn't have what we were searching for which sucks because TJ normally has great pricing on items that cost more.

I know both are highly coveted brands so I wasnt surprised. The store was steady and shelves were packed. I had wandered into Ross right before (realizing I was in the wrong store) and was pleasantly surprised by the substantially larger selection at TJX. The store had lots of bins in the aisles, for product needing to be put on shelves, so it made it harder to maneuver comfortably around the store and around other guests. I was almost ready to leave empty handed, when I wandered by the toy aisle, then I hit the mother load. I walked out with cabbage patch dolls, frozen 2 toys and Outdoor sand toys. Tj maxx, you have made a 2 year old girl very happy for her birthday!

Maxx & HomeGoods with three business tops, a pair of shoes, and a travel pillow. It is nice that both T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods are together in the same space - it makes finding unique buys and deals easy! It is a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. The cashiers are warm and you can easily find staff around who can help you find things. It is well-stocked and has a large variety of unique finds, so every store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. I also feel like I'm getting great deals and bargains when I shop there because they sell quality items that last me a long time and at great prices. T.J.Maxx & HomeGoods is also located at a prime location at Beaver Creek Crossings, which is a beautiful large shopping place with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods!!! On top of that, the line was super long and there were only like 2 cashiers. That reminded me too much of Walmart (another place I don't like going - lol). By the time you dig through the piles and fine some cute things you may like, you have to stand in line for 20 minutes just to check out with cashiers who aren't friendly. That doesn't work for me, so I most likely won't be back to this location.

Arrived at 10 am this morning, parked a good bit away as no close spots available, got knocked into three times by three different customers and their carts, navigated extremely narrow aisles and found two dog toys and in the time I arrived and went to check out, the line had wrapped around the check out and down the main aisle. I left without buying a thing. I understand that this retailer has great deals and many unique items, but the store is seriously not shopper-friendly. It's cramped, very messy and just not a pleasant experience.

It kind of looks like TJMaxx now & has 6 registers for a faster checkout. The cashier we had didn't talk much and was very quiet. Maybe she was shy...??? We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts. The beauty area is pretty sloppy - a few items broken and leaking on other products. Some of the clothing racks are pretty messy as well. One thing that always drives me nuts about TJ Maxx is how they assume everyone is there to steal... the purses are all chained together and you have to get an employee to undo them to even look at one. Also, the same treatment at the fitting rooms...very rigid about number of items, etc. I guess they have a huge theft problem? Anyway, it's an okay store.
