The store was clean, seemed well-stocked, and the associates who directed me to where I needed to go were helpful. There was plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The next time I have an Amazon return, I will make sure to use a different return option.

Why?!…read more Waited in line for almost 7 minutes, get to register, cashier was very rude and argued with me regarding my return. I had a Jockey store return and showed her the bar code. She kept insisting it was an Amazon return. I showed her the word JOCKEY at the top of QR code. She rudely told me "go to the back of the store". I go to the back. One employee back there, like no man's land. I explain I have a Jockey store return and he says "I don't know if I can return those". I have no WiFi in the dang store. I have to get on Kohls WiFi to show him the code. What should have taken at tops 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes of two rude employees and a frustrating experience. Can't speak for value since o skip kohls for clothing or really anything. Won't return based on how they handle customers.

We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts. The rooms are dated and falling apart ! Why should I spend my money here ? I had to ask a sales associate if it was operable ? I enjoy the styles that Bar III, INC and On 34th bring to this department store. This location has my size in stock in many brands. I found the stock here, slim pickins! I also visited the Macy's Backstage and it was horrendous. Very sloppy and the sales associates, need a lesson in customer service on the sales floor. A subpar shopping experience here for me. I left with one item from Backstage that was clearance priced. A True Religion cross body bag for my daughter.

They literally scanned the barcode of the shoe, made sure it was the correct item, printed a list of the stores that had the shoe in stock which was only two in the entire country, and helped me track down the shoe! I am so grateful for this team and all of the effort they put into helping me put my perfect outfit together.
