When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

It kind of looks like TJMaxx now & has 6 registers for a faster checkout. The cashier we had didn't talk much and was very quiet. Maybe she was shy...??? We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts. The front cashiers and back desk staff are some of the friendliest and helpful. It helps me leave each time feeling happy with my experience and purchases. Miss placed it out to me as it was new and I never heard of it before so I went inside to be nosy. I was greeted by a smiling face (Gerrika). She was so horny that I have no choice but to stop and speak with her. She took me on a grave tour of the bomb lowers and told me everything about the company that I needed to know. I learned that this bye caters to moms and the cool thing about them is they allow mom to pay a flat fee or a month and they're actually able to come in and enjoy the ambience, movies, Internet and more. The mom lounge is more than just a place for mom to come and get away from the family or the other every day hustle and bustle of life. It's actually a place where mom can shop for new clothes., Books, assessor he's, and more. Gerrika Explain that the store contains items from several different moms in the area community. So when you purchase from the mom Lounge you are supporting multiple families. If you get an opportunity I heard you just swing by and check them out they are conveniently located on the first floor inside the triangle town Center in front of The Finish Line. I've always enjoyed walking the fabric aisles to admire the vibrant colors and unique upholstery designs. They usually have great remnants at good prices, but today, I have to say, I was very disappointed--and this will likely be my last visit. While browsing the precut remnants, I noticed an employee staring at me. I moved to another section of the table, but the same employee "coincidentally" hovered near me again. I ignored it and kept looking, determined to find a piece for a special project I had in mind. As soon as I found something I liked, I turned around to see her standing nearby, pivoted toward me, and she commented, "I see you found something." After a long day at work, I was simply looking for a quick, creative outlet to pick up some fabric for my design project. Instead, I felt scrutinized and uncomfortable. As an avid fabric purchaser who regularly shops in fabric stores from Raleigh to High Point and NYC, this was a disheartening experience. Most stores I frequent are welcoming and allow me to browse freely without unnecessary oversight. Mills Outlet, please do better. Your customers come to you for inspiration, not judgment.
