After looking around, I think they've done it. For essentials and things you didn't know you needed until you see it here, this place has got it covered. The name of this store sums it up -- a lot of dollar items and dollar or more-plus things, but none were over-priced compared to comparable places. The last thing asked as I left the store was if I was looking for anything in particular, because he'd order it. Everyone who came in was offered a basket for shopping and if they needed it, assistance in finding something. If it wasn't here, he said he'd order it and for that person to come back next week. Who has customer service like that anymore? and in a 99c+ store? Three stars, but I have to throw in another one for the customer service.

I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!

Raleigh Food Trap promoted them and while off today on a Friday I headed over at 7:30 a.m. The line was wrapped around the street with many people wrapped in blankets and sitting in foldable chairs. I stood and sat in my foldable camping chair from 8:15 am- 12:00pm. We finally were let in by the kind staff and they restocked all the bins. I scored a Power XL Air Fryer, a Italian turbo blow dryer and a Stainless Steel Copper Cuisinart Coffee Maker/ Kuerig Machine. HomeBarista Reusable Filter Cup which lets you use your own coffee !!!!! Retail value is over $300 for all 3 items I purchased at $10 each for $30 collectively. Please note: these items are not brand new or in perfect condition by any means. My air fryer is missing one of the baking pans that is included. There are notes detailing the defect. That's why they're $10 or less. On a good day I was in and out within less than 10 minutes with my items. Bring a wagon/ cart to carry your items and bring lots of patience. Don't come any other day except Friday and time management is key ! Be sure not to plan anything else after your trip to the store because there will always be unpredictable wait times in line.

If Ollie's has any flaws, other then it feeling like a thrift store, it would be that the carts can't go outside. Having to haul a large coffee maker box and my bag out to my car was a bit of a feat! Also the lady who checked me out seemed nice but was really put out when I asked for a membership card. I told her, if she didn't want to do it, I could see if I could do it online, but would like a physical card. She finally just signed me up.

Staff are always nice but there has never been more than 2 registers open at a time and most of the time it's just one. They have a huge selection of books....all kinds including children's books. I buy for my kids here all the time. It's just hard to find if you are looking for something specific. They keep up with items from the current season which is nice. Some prices are better than other stores bur some are not. If you sign up to be a member you get emails about current items, discounts on your order and invitations to special events. You don't want to see pictures....it's not pretty but is worth the trip if you have time to look around.

I asked her if she gets an employee discount for working here. to which she replied, "It's a small one." So I asked, if her job duties include working the register, and she replied, "everybody is entitled to their opinion." And I asked her, if her duties include working the register to which she gets paid, and a discount, why should I do it for free, to which she once again replied, "everybody is entitled to their opinion". If Five Below raised all the prices on items, so it is now $25 below, and I am paying more, why should I also be a FREE employee while in the store. Only after I told the employee that I would just drop everything right there and walk out did she agree to ring up the items. What is wrong with the employees were they feel too entitled to do their job? Why do stores keep employees that feel as if they are too entitled to do their job when there are so many other people willing to work there. #525

I had both receipts and the original tags. Despite that, a woman who I believe was a shift leader or manager approached the associate who was helping me and began inspecting the items in a way that felt unnecessary, accusatory, and frankly, demeaning. Mind you, the associate did not ask for her assistance and was in the middle of processing my return without any issues. I shop at this Marshall's weekly and spend a lot of money here. I have never had any issues with returns before, so to be treated like I was doing something wrong was completely out of line. The way I was looked at and spoken to made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other customers. It felt like I was being racially profiled, and that is absolutely unacceptable. There was no reason for the scrutiny I received, especially when I followed every policy and brought the items back in perfect condition. Marshall's needs to take a serious look at how certain staff members interact with loyal customers and make sure everyone is treated with respect, regardless of their race or background. This experience was disappointing and embarrassing. From now on, I'll take my Black dollars elsewhere.

I can always find a good selection of what I am looking for in all of the sections of the store. They have good prices and quality products. I especially enjoy their home goods section. They do mot have many people, if any, on the sales floor to help, but here are signs that guide you. The cashiers are always pleasant. I like their system of telling you which register is open. Plenty of parking is available right in front of the store.

Not one of them rang up correctly. I had actually taken pictures of the sale signs to show them at the register because I knew it was going to happen. I can't remember the last time it didn't. They always give you the sales price IF you tell them. But this happens ALL the time. There's just no way this is not on purpose. It's shady and dishonest, and we're done. Goodbye Target.
