I know customers can move stuff around, but they should make an effort to keep things organized so people can actually find what they are looking for.

Maxx & HomeGoods with three business tops, a pair of shoes, and a travel pillow. It is nice that both T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods are together in the same space - it makes finding unique buys and deals easy! It is a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. The cashiers are warm and you can easily find staff around who can help you find things. It is well-stocked and has a large variety of unique finds, so every store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. I also feel like I'm getting great deals and bargains when I shop there because they sell quality items that last me a long time and at great prices. T.J.Maxx & HomeGoods is also located at a prime location at Beaver Creek Crossings, which is a beautiful large shopping place with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I had both receipts and the original tags. Despite that, a woman who I believe was a shift leader or manager approached the associate who was helping me and began inspecting the items in a way that felt unnecessary, accusatory, and frankly, demeaning. Mind you, the associate did not ask for her assistance and was in the middle of processing my return without any issues. I shop at this Marshall's weekly and spend a lot of money here. I have never had any issues with returns before, so to be treated like I was doing something wrong was completely out of line. The way I was looked at and spoken to made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other customers. It felt like I was being racially profiled, and that is absolutely unacceptable. There was no reason for the scrutiny I received, especially when I followed every policy and brought the items back in perfect condition. Marshall's needs to take a serious look at how certain staff members interact with loyal customers and make sure everyone is treated with respect, regardless of their race or background. This experience was disappointing and embarrassing. From now on, I'll take my Black dollars elsewhere.

I also like that there's a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside, which is super convenient. One of the main reasons I go there is their fresh produce. It's usually really good. Ordering online with drive-up pickup is also very quick and easy. Another thing I like is that you can even do returns through drive-up, which is perfect for lazy people like me.. lol! They're open until 11 PM, so if you suddenly need something late in the evening, you can usually rely on Target. Overall, it's one of the stores I depend on regularly.
