I arrived at 4:15 pm and the store was closed. Not only had I wasted a trip, I couldn't give the gift I purchased because the recipient was going out of town on Saturday. When I went in today I was told they were closed for the holiday and I said I came in Friday, which she then told me they were closed Friday. That's actually impossible because the receipt says July 3, 2026 and pick up 1:45. They're happy to take your money but don't stay true to their hours. There was no mention of closing early, no sign on the window/door. Just be careful because the only refund they offer is a store credit! Had they contacted me, I might have been able to make it up there by 2pm. Unfortunately this is just BAD customer service.

I asked if she could help me and she told me that she was the only at the store and she needed to finish up processing a return. She came back to the phone about 3 - 5 minutes later saying she didn't have time to help and told me to call customer service. I asked for her name and she said it was Diane. I asked for her position and she said im hanging up now. I called back and she answered the phone. I asked if I was speaking to Diane that disconnected the call moments ago. She then said yes and she disconnected because she was busy. I asked for her title and she said she was a manager. She then said she had time to assist me. By that time I was upset that she disconnected the call. I asked to speak with store / general manger and she said she wasn't there. I asked for her to provide the managers name and she fought with me and finally said her name was Karen. She then put the phone down again. All of sudden a totally different person answered the line saying that they were karen. I was totally confused because I was told that Karen wasn't there. I addressed the concern to Karen she apologized and stated that she was going handle the issue and updated the pick up name for me. I have never had an experience like this at old navy. I will not be returning or placing any orders at this location. I have already escalated the issue with customer service and im awaiting for a call back.

Extremely Disappointed - Never Received My Order and No Help from Customer Service…read more I've been a loyal Old Navy customer for years, but this experience has completely ruined my trust in the brand. I placed an order that included multiple items under one invoice. The order was split into different shipments, and one of the packages never arrived. I contacted Old Navy several times to report the missing item. After wasting a lot of time explaining the situation, they told me to dispute the charge with my credit card instead of helping me directly. I did exactly that, but after months of waiting, the dispute was closed based on a so-called "proof of delivery" that only said "LSR Front Door" - with no signature, no photo, no confirmation that it was actually delivered to me. That is not proof of delivery. To make things worse, I tried to reopen the dispute by sending a fax - the number didn't work. I mailed a letter and got no response. Then I got charged again! All of this over a product I NEVER RECEIVED. It's been incredibly frustrating. I've spent so much time chasing down something that should've been resolved immediately. If I had actually received my package, I wouldn't be fighting like this. I'm just asking for what's fair: a refund for something I paid for and didn't receive. Old Navy completely failed me as a customer. I expected better.
