I found a few things I needed and I ended up with about 10 items. I wasn't sure if the prices were good or not because I don't really keep track of that stuff when I shop. so I go to check out and there's 10 people in line and only one person doing checkouts. There were several staff in the store so I don't understand why some weren't transferred to the checkout. I left my cart and went to Walmart.

I had a very upsetting experience at this location today. I came in to return two bottles of…read moreperfume that were brand new, unopened, and completely full. I had both receipts and the original tags. Despite that, a woman who I believe was a shift leader or manager approached the associate who was helping me and began inspecting the items in a way that felt unnecessary, accusatory, and frankly, demeaning. Mind you, the associate did not ask for her assistance and was in the middle of processing my return without any issues. I shop at this Marshall's weekly and spend a lot of money here. I have never had any issues with returns before, so to be treated like I was doing something wrong was completely out of line. The way I was looked at and spoken to made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other customers. It felt like I was being racially profiled, and that is absolutely unacceptable. There was no reason for the scrutiny I received, especially when I followed every policy and brought the items back in perfect condition. Marshall's needs to take a serious look at how certain staff members interact with loyal customers and make sure everyone is treated with respect, regardless of their race or background. This experience was disappointing and embarrassing. From now on, I'll take my Black dollars elsewhere.

Over the last 6 months or so, we've had to watch carefully to make sure things ring up correctly, because they routinely don't automatically honor sales. Today we bought 3 things that were on sale. Not one of them rang up correctly. I had actually taken pictures of the sale signs to show them at the register because I knew it was going to happen. I can't remember the last time it didn't. They always give you the sales price IF you tell them. But this happens ALL the time. There's just no way this is not on purpose. It's shady and dishonest, and we're done. Goodbye Target.
