So we continued into the store as we were only looking for one item anyway and not even a minute later a very rude women from the back of the store yelled we're closed you need to leave and we let her know that we were told 5 mins and that we were only looking for one thing. There were also multiple people in the store at least 5+ people also shopping and after we told her we were told different from the front end assistant she proceeded to scoff and role her eyes and stomp back to the back like a child throwing a tantrum almost . I'm a department manager as well at a much larger store and that is no way to treat customers that are in the store before closed.

The cosmetic and haircare aisle is a must for high end brands. You can save a lot of money. They always carry the brands I love here for less. I recently found Giovanni shampoo for my dog ! They literally scanned the barcode of the shoe, made sure it was the correct item, printed a list of the stores that had the shoe in stock which was only two in the entire country, and helped me track down the shoe! I am so grateful for this team and all of the effort they put into helping me put my perfect outfit together. Also, if you need help with styling and outfit, I have worked with Jackie at this location who is also phenomenal. I cannot say enough nice things about this store. Even the merchandising team is pleasant to work with, and they ensure that the prices are correct. Some of the furniture advantageously displays the other collection for which the shop is known: Chalk Paint and workshops for learning how to work with it. The added bonus is that to get the paint, I won't have to drive to their location on the other side of Raleigh to get it. Unlike many shops of this kind, walking around without knocking something over is do-able. There is lots of light, thanks to the large windows, and wide enough aisles to view the painted and unpainted furniture, or check out the glassware, the antiques, or even the scarves or jewelry. It's a nice store, and an even nicer addition to downtown Apex. It'll be fun to watch the inventory change as the seasons change.
