I wasn't sure if the prices were good or not because I don't really keep track of that stuff when I shop. so I go to check out and there's 10 people in line and only one person doing checkouts. There were several staff in the store so I don't understand why some weren't transferred to the checkout. I left my cart and went to Walmart.

He was able to get 6 tops using the 30% off coupon and in-store discounts for $43. It was an amazing deal. The store check out area has been updated. It kind of looks like TJMaxx now & has 6 registers for a faster checkout. The cashier we had didn't talk much and was very quiet. Maybe she was shy...??? We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts. I rarely shop here & will only continue to when they have these 30% off coupon sales.

Ladies with big feet, gather here! I showed Amanda a picture of my dress and she immediately helped me find a shoe that matched perfectly. The only problem was the shoe was not available at the location, Amanda,Jemeisha, and Jasmine assisted me in placing the order. They literally scanned the barcode of the shoe, made sure it was the correct item, printed a list of the stores that had the shoe in stock which was only two in the entire country, and helped me track down the shoe! I am so grateful for this team and all of the effort they put into helping me put my perfect outfit together. Also, if you need help with styling and outfit, I have worked with Jackie at this location who is also phenomenal. I cannot say enough nice things about this store. Even the merchandising team is pleasant to work with, and they ensure that the prices are correct. If you are looking for a place to buy the perfect outfit, buy housewares, buy fragrance at a really good price, I would 100% recommend this location. This is the only place that I go to in the triangle.

I did not have time to really go further, and almost got trapped in the clearance Halloween section before making it to checkout. If Ollie's has any flaws, other then it feeling like a thrift store, it would be that the carts can't go outside. Having to haul a large coffee maker box and my bag out to my car was a bit of a feat! Also the lady who checked me out seemed nice but was really put out when I asked for a membership card. This location is my go-to but unfortunately some of the staff is unhelpful. I won't use their names but they really don't know what they're doing or how to navigate the Kirkland's website and contact customer service on behalf of a customer. For example, I received a broken vase in the mail. Called customer service and they said if I brought it to the store, they would call them on my behalf and confirm the item was as I said it was received and they would send me a new one vs doing it from home, taking pictures and sending emails. Store associate tells me I have to send pictures and email to Kirkland's customer service. I tried to explain that I came in store to bypass all this but unfortunately I just ended up returning w/o replacement. Another example, a chair was discontinued but I saw similar chair w/ different material. Store associate continuously said that it's the same chair but looks different online but it doesn't make sense since they have two different item #'s??? Employees could use more training!
