Target in Apex is a big store where you can find almost anything under one roof. They have a good selection of clothes, a nice birthday section, plants, groceries, toys, and more. I also like that there's a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside, which is super convenient. One of the main reasons I go there is their fresh produce. It's usually really good. Ordering online with drive-up pickup is also very quick and easy. Another thing I like is that you can even do returns through drive-up, which is perfect for lazy people like me.. lol! They're open until 11 PM, so if you suddenly need something late in the evening, you can usually rely on Target. Overall, it's one of the stores I depend on regularly. read more

Came to this Target recently to grab a few things and I was impressed by the variety of available stuff! They had tons of clothing, food, bedding, and many other miscellaneous items :) My only real complaint was that I found it very challenging to find a specific aisle I was looking for. I knew I had to go to aisle S, but the letters just seemed randomly ordered to me. I basically just wandered around aimlessly until I found someone to help me. This store is my favorite. They are always well stocked, busy and the staff is incredible. I want to write today as so often we as shoppers forget that we need to be kind. I witnessed so much frustration at the staff today, the day after Christmas. A woman was mad because she could not use the card she had twice in one transaction. This was to protect her I'm side but I recognize the frustration. I also recognize the staff has nothing to do with it. The woman was curt and disrespectful. The staff stayed calm. When she left, the customer in front of me as well as myself told her she did well. I also reminded the staff we don't know her day. So we don't know her journey. I was impressed with the staff members grace. This is certainly my favorite Target and today proved why! read more

I come to Target all the time because the atmosphere is always welcoming, but my recent experience at Drive Up with Emily really stood out and deserves recognition. Even though she's new, she already works with the speed and efficiency of someone who's been doing this for years. Everything about her approach was fast-paced, organized, and effortless--she had my order out to me in no time without missing a single detail. What impressed me even more was her attitude. You can tell Emily is genuinely happy in her role, and that kind of positivity really shines through. She greeted us with such kindness, and even made a point to say hello to our dog, which meant a lot. That little extra touch showed me she cares about people (and pets!) as much as she does about doing her job well. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location, not just because of the great Target atmosphere, but because of team members like Emily who go above and beyond. This Target is quite hidden, I didn't even know that it existed. It's probably because I've never been a fan of this shopping area due to the high traffic and weird turns, especially during busy hours of the day. I prefer to avoid this whole area entirely. We had a coupon for 20% that they did not honor. After waiting for 10-15 minutes for a manager. after he got it to work told us we had to return two carts of purchases to get our discount. Nice large super Target with a very huge selection of merchandise and items on sale and nice staff. Only qualm is that the parking lots can get very crowded and there are angry drivers here. Everything is well stocked and there seems to be a lot of employees working but no one ever speaks or says are you finding everything okay . They all seem to be consumed with tasking ! Came to this location accompanying my sister for light shopping. I was unable to locate the canned products isle, so I reached out to a red team member. Big mistake, the product I was looking for is also used for detox by people. The red team member made unnecessary conclusions and said them loudly. Associates assume the worst from their customers. This is my go to favorite Target! Target has always been my go to store for almost all my daily needs. Aside from being close to home, this store really is a one stop shop. The store is always stocked, clean and easy to find their items per their app. I pick up my weekday salads here- yes salads! I always rave about the freshness and quality of the salads. They have great selections, they also have side salads. Each salad includes a fork and dressing attached to the salad. They also have awesome packaged snacks for the kids. Wish I could give this zero stars. I have never been so uncomfortable in any store ever. My sister and myself were looking at the makeup products and the worker in the cosmetics isle was so disrespectful. Although we have been to the target multiple times and have been greeted greatly by the other workers.This worker was very unprofessional. My sister was testing the product and she approached us very rudely. Saying that we shouldn't be testing products even though we have been to the target multiple times and all the workers afford to help us while testing the products. The pros: - Plenty of parking - I love the Target app. Before/during, I'll look through the Cartwheel offers and check off the ones I'd like to use. Then at checkout, just have the cashier scan the barcode in the app and all of the offers are applied - Their Red Card is worth it with both the 5% discount and also free 2 day shipping!! - Really great selection of everything from clothes/shoes, home decor and groceries! You won't feel limited doing your grocery shopping here versus a grocery store. Fresh selection of produce, great deal on nuts/seeds, plenty of vegan options (although they do need vegan yogurt) and I love that they sell pasture raised eggs!! I never leave reviews ever but a lady at ulta in this target full on screamed at me and my friends for pushing around a cart that children are allowed to sit in. Since we didn't have children she yelled at the top of her lungs like someones mother "PUT THE CHILDRENS CART AWAY NOW" and from full on shock that I was being treated like this I made a face and she continued to yell "DONT EFFING MAKE THAT FACE AT ME" she yelled more at my friend who happens to be black than she did at me. I am so upset about this incident because we walked past 6 regular target workers who had no problem with us pushing around a children's cart but someone who works at the ulta thought she could treat us like this. Definitely the most unprofessional way I've seen things be handled. I could understand behavior like this from an employee if we were being disrespectful but we were not in any way shape or form. OK, I am a fan of Target. This is a one stop shop for me. Groceries and other items for the home. This store is lay-ed out like other STs. They have a Starbucks inside ( you can't beat that) . One thing nice I like about this Target is that they have people checking you out quickly. More than one or two registers open. I have always counted 6 or more registers open when I was there. Now what can you say about Target that you do not know. I have never been to the bathroom here but the other review said they were clean. Did she sneak into the Men's room ? More than ample parking here, but word to the wise. If you do not want any shopping cart dents on your vehicle, I suggest you park way out. I have seen these carts sale through the lot and " bang " into a car. It kills me when that happens to a BMW M3, I have always wondered why a person with that nice of a car would park so close. Most often I absolutely love this location! It is clean and they have all the goodies. Four stars because sometimes the guest service is meh. Some people don't know where things are (it's a big store so I can get that) and they aren't doing the "yes service" that I have experienced in the past. The children's section is packed so tight I cannot even maneuver the cart to shop. Also, I was told I could nurse my baby in the fitting rooms. I had my children in the large double seater cart and was already nursing. I was in the womens department out of plain sight. I worked here for 2 years as a cashier back in my college summer days trying to save money to pay for said college. My family lives so close to this Target, and this is where we do all of our main grocery shopping. Prices are great, produce and meat is always fresh, and the aisles are usually very organized and "zoned" as we liked to call it. It's always been my one stop shop back home in NC, and I still enjoying coming in and seeing familiar faces from time to time. Tips for customers: if the cashier's light is off, it means they are leaving or going to lunch, please find another line. We work really hard, and it's tough when you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel while you're starving and people keep coming into your line. We aren't allowed to really turn you away, so be respectful. Also, if you don't want to purchase something, it's better to give it to the cashier rather than stuffing it in some random aisle. This actually really HELPS. And if it's frozen food you don't want... put it back, and I don't mean put it in the dry foods aisle. Obviously it's not going to stay frozen that way. I don't work here any more, and haven't for years, but working here has certainly opened my eyes up to how to be a better customer. :) read more

Great, great store and very nice to have it so close to home... but I wanted to make a constructive comment on a recent pharmacy visit. If you call ahead for a refill on a prescription and the automated system says you have no refills, but they will automatically contact the physician to secure a refill... then why does the Target system never update you to tell you if this actually happened? I ask because this happened to me and no one ever updated me. After waiting two days, I called the physician myself only to find out the form was never sent to them. I Had to call Target to ask them to "resend" the form, then call the doctor's office a second time to ensure that happened... then had to call Target a second time to ensure they received it back and filled it. Sound too complicated for something as simple as a refill? I thought so. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, it's awesome to have a nice, well stocked, clean place to shop for a large variety of things close to home. I'm very glad to not have to go to Cary to visit Target anymore. That store is buried in the back of Crossroads plaza and no fun to try to get in and out of on a weekday... on a weekend, forget it. I am was sooooo excited to go to this Super Target! There are very few I've been to in California (maybe 1 or 2). They are like unicorns! LOL This Super Target is really super! Super clean and Super nice. The grocery section is well stocked and clean. No greasy/tire marks on the floor. Bonus points! Overall I absolutely love this Target. This is probably one of my favorite targets. They have every product you can think of here. It's usually pretty crowded, and parking is a problem. I have found going early in the morning has been most effective. Their food is fresh. Their staff is extremely helpful. My only complaint are the long lines.
