I must admit that i like Super Walmart for grocery than Super Target. They do not have much selections on the grocery department. Its a little bit pricey compared to walmart. The nice thing is they do have starbucks in the store. This target is clean and organized. Not many good deals or clearance items. read more

Today was the first time we used the on site clinic (our doctor couldn't see my son till Friday). They took our insurance, took care of my son, and has us on our way pretty quickly. They have an easy to use computer check in that is followed up with an assistant behind the desk for insurance stuff. They were polite, professional and asked questions getting to know my son and I. I know I'll use them the next time I am sick (luckily that is only about once or twice a year). read more

Pick up in store service is very poor. I ordered 3 identical items on Target.com and went to store to pick up after receiving confirmationbut was only givn one item. The Customer Service rep in the store was unknowledgable and could not help explain if or when I would receive other items and how I would be refunded. Seems they were more concerned about blaming Target.com rather than assisting the customer. Other customer at Service commented that she had a similar issue. I recommend purchasing directly through Target.com (or not at all) and not using the in-store pick up. read more

I had the rudest experience at Target (#1932) located in the Beaver Creek Commons area of Apex. I went in to use the ATM machine located in front of the Customer Service area. I started my ATM transaction like any other but for some reason the ATM was not responding so I decided to hit the cancel button to erase my information. My plan was to go somewhere else to use an ATM but before I left I wanted to cancel the on screen info. which was personal information. I expected to see the screen return to the Home screen. Basically, I did not want to just walk away after already entering my personal info. When I realized pressing the cancel button on the fourth time changed nothing on the screen, I looked around for someone to ask for help but no associates were present to help. I was in front of the Customer Service desk but no one was there to give any assistance. As I was leaving, I told an associate about my problem walking out and her response was "Next time ask for help." I would've liked to have done just that if only she were present during that time. I reached out to the night manager, Alley but she was also rude when I asked for the name and best corporate contact number. She replied with saying she couldn't give out personal cell phone numbers! I didn't ask once for a cell phone number but a number to contact the general store manger along with the best time to contact. When I asked for the District Manager's name & contact she said she didn't know. Overall this was the worst customer service experience at a Target Store I've experienced. read more

I like everything about Target but I just wish they just stick with everything except meat. I don't know they're putting in their meat that makes it look so red and fresh but nothing could be further from the truth. The meat smells., a tell tale sign that it's not fresh., so how could it be? I'm sure they are treating the meat to make it look fresh. I just hope FSIS would do a random check., I really do. I cannot believe how poorly items are stacked in the freezer section. The frozen pizza is unbelievable. I pulled a pizza out and 3 fell out if the freezer. They are stuffed all over the place. The second one I pulled out pushed another pizza out that fell on my foot and I think my have broken my toe. I am very upset read more

I don't think I could be more excited about this Target! I live right by the Cary Crossroads Target, so that is the one I usually visit. I was looking for a particular bathing suit and the website said THIS Targ was the only one that had it in stock, so I ventured out and know I know what I've been missing! This place is HUGE, clean, well stocked and awesome. I guess I'm used to Crossroads Target where everything is picked over and it's always crowed. I will be visiting this Super Target an embarrassing amount of times in the near future.....don't tell my fiance. read more

Who doesn't love Target?! I drive to this Super Target from Cary bc the Cross Roads Target is a hassle. Plus there is a Starbucks inside and my kids like the Pizza Hut breadsticks at the snack bar. Easy one stop shopping. read more

This is one of the better Targets out there. It is kept clean and well-stocked. There are two or three cashiers we always try to avoid because they are infuriatingly slow and that's the only reason I have deducted one star. Great selection of products and parking is never a problem. We haven't tried the ordering app but I think we will during the holiday season as this is a popular store in Apex. read more

One of the reasons that I love to live in Apex is because Super Target is in my backyard! I love Target and being able to buy groceries and toys in the same store is amazing! The food is almost always good and the prices are not too bad! I love Target even more now that I have the target debit card. I get the same 5% off that the credit card gets and the money comes out of my bank account. The target debit card also takes a few days to come out of your checking account which is good and bad. The good news is that if you are a little broke on Wednesday you can still do some shopping. It takes about two days for the money to come out of your account (like a check). The bad news is that you have to remember that you spent the money. I guess other than the little shooting incodent the other year Target is the place to shop. read more

It's all in the time you go. I love target. I always get lost in the - I didn't come in with a list so I'm aimlessly wandering for cute things I don't need - kind of way. My issue is - waiting at the register. All of two are open whenever I go and they're a TON of them. What's the point if you only need a few things and have to wait 20 minutes to check out. I always find something I want or need- its the getting out of the store part that has lowered my rating. read more

Hey make sure to sign up for Targets Red Card and expect NO rewards at all. Expect glitches in the card system and no support from customer service. We were told that it was ok to shop someplace else after we stated that we should still be able to collect our rewards even though the system went down. I wonder if anyone else got screwed as well. We will never shop there again....and we were good for about 300 bucks a week. Hello WalMart. read more

I called the store looking for and exclusive Star Wars item. I was told no we do not have that. However 20 minutes before I called it was not on the website and then came up which is why I called and asked the associate if they just got a truck in and he said yes about 15 minutes before I called. He said yea it is probably on the truck and I asked him could he help me. Of course that is a No. He said we will put the item out in a few days. I asked him was he sure that it would be a few days and I had driven 3 hours away today and they would not sell me one. Had been to over 5 stores 10 store calls and he said yes it will be a few days. Then the item showed up to buy online paid for it and got a confirmation all from the Apex store. Then about an hour later they sold all of them to someone who came up there and cancelled our order. Again we tried going to a Target all day was even there at 7 am and told by so many stores we can not find it or oh we are not going to sell them right now or my favorite from front end manager Hannah at the Triangle Town Center store that we had been there two times looking for this item.... Hannah said I am busy and I am not coming to talk to them. It is what it is and me coming to the front to talk with them is not going to change anything... she also said it would take me an hour to find it and I am just not going to look. I called coreperate and they called Hannah and if course she denied it. There was a Team Lead that she said that to over the walkie, guess Hannah did not know that we were standing right there!!! Or maybe she did not care it is not like Target is going to do anything about it anyway. I stayed on the phone with coreperate an hour. There is no reason she would not come up and speak with us. There is no reason they would not sell us the item. Coreperate called the store and Hannah said that they did not have the item in the store and then another coreperate manger called the store and they do have it but just can not locate it. OH HOW THE STORY CHANGES, Oh and they will call me if and when they find it. Yea okay I won't hold my breath. Hasboro please reconsider giving Target anymore exclusives to your products. The other Targets sell entire cases to jackasses that buy it at once and then say to people like us who just want one I beat you to it, oh well... Yea we got told that buy a man today while we were looking for it. He said I am gonna buy the whole case... So one Target will say you can buy one and others won't sell, some will not even look for it and some sell the entire case to one person. The Greensboro manager also would not sell it. These people that come in an buy an entire case and Jack the price up to double on eBay the same day... Where is the consistency Target? Should everyone not stick to the no more or two per customer? Since when did I do not want to do my job become acceptable? I have always preferred Target because of the customer service over Walmarts lack of curtious customer service but at least at Walmart you will pay less money and if you get treated the same then it's a no brainier? . If Target is going to let it's employees treat customers like this and let us actually order and pay for something then send an email and cancel the order/ let's its managers give a response that we do not want to look for it, then what is next. Will the best chicken restaurant stop saying that phrase that everyone has grown accustom to hearing? Target is on the decline and had really failed. So I was walking in target and I saw a bunch of buckets cause somebody hint hint *whispers* target must have overstocked on them and I love buckets nothing against them so I yelled "BUCKETS" and this bald guy who must own the place or something has the nerve in front of my mom to say "excuse me sir we don't use that language in this store " and I nicely say " oh I said buckets it's supposed to be funny" and he gave me such a bad stare but overall I love target and just because one snobby man was rude to me I stil recomed this place for all your needs except Calvin Klein underwear they don't have those which they should but who careessssss read more

This was my go-to target when I lived in Cary. Almost all of the employees knew me by name because of how often I used to go there. I thought that was really nice. They we're also very helpful since I coupon a lot there. They never gave me snarky looks or attitudes when I had my coupons with me unlike other stores. Definitely miss this target! read more

I've been shopping here since the store opened in late 2004, and not once has it dissapointed me. The selection is plentiful and the employee's have always been really nice. I love how since this location is a SuperTarget, there's a full grocery selection. This Target also has a Starbucks and Target's own concession place, and not once has either place disappointing me. The store is fairly clean and Target keeps the decor of the store fairly up-to-date. I recommend! read more

The lady working guest services was not the least bit pleasant! I believe her name was Shawaine. She talked like she had an attitude and she wasn't warm nor invited. It was as if my return was the biggest burden. At the end I even said "thank you" and I got an "uh huh" in return. The Pharmacy at the SuperTarget in Apex is best we have ever used. The staff is always quick to the counter and the pharmacists are always willing to go over your meds. They have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to find us the best price for our medicine, contact our doctor to discuss changes and always follow up with us when refills are ready. Their new texting service is fantastic, the last time we dropped off even though we were told 20 minutes, I received the text automatically when it was done and it was only 10 minutes!!!! read more

I don't mind going to this this store but this trip just did not set well with me. I stopped in at the Target Cafe to get a bite to eat. I just stepped up to the counter and the woman told me that I could save an extra 10% off my total if I used the coupon on the CARTWHEEL APP. As I was getting the app up another customer came up behind me. An older gentlemen came from the back of the kitchen and told my cashier that there was another customer and she felt rushed as well as I did. I told him that I was also a customer and I looked at the woman. I don't know why but I closed my phone and paid regular price. When the old man went on his break she came out to me and apologized. She took my receipt and and asked me to bring up the app again. I did so and she gladly gave me my discount. On top of that someone really needs to pay attention to their bathrooms. No complaints. This store is great. You NEED to get the Cartwheel app. They offer great discounts all the time. I like that I can get groceries but also check out the latest video games with my kids. This store has everything you need. Check the sale papers though because it is a little pricier than competitors. read more
