11/26/22: I stopped here to return something. The cashier in Customer Service wasn't friendly, but she was quick. So, I appreciated that. Afterwards, I walked around a little bit. I had no real plans to purchase anything, but I did a bit of browsing. The store was a bit disorganized and junky...very different than what I'm used to seeing at Target. I like this Target. I do wish they didn't have to pack up school supply land so soon but I understand that year around schools are prominent in this area. I enjoy how clean it is and how you can find someone when you in the area. The past two times I have been to Souad (hope I spelled that right. She has been a pleasure to the store she is nice and helpful. I always seem to bump into her at the self checkout. She made my Target experience even better. read more

Y'all, does anybody work here?! I went in to buy AirPods after looking online and seeing them in stock. This was to be a quick in-and-out mission. I get to the tech department and ask the worker about the AirPods. Target pulled a "gotcha" on me because turns out the worker was an AT&T guy who said, "while we wait for the tech to come back, I'll talk to you about AT&T." While talking my ear off for the next 10 minutes about why I should switch my life to everything AT&T while we're waiting for the tech person to come, he eventually stopped and called for the tech. More time goes by and he calls again. It's now been 20 minutes. I walk around the store to find another worker and the aisles are as empty as the registers at walmart. I finally find another worker and relay why I'm here, he responds that he'll send someone over while walking away to go do something else. Im confused- should I follow him? I'm just left there bewildered about my entire experience so far. I go back to the department and it's been 30 minutes. Mind you, I'm holding my 7 month old baby who is getting fussy and, pfff, I am too quite frankly. No one shows up so I tell the not-a-Tech just At&T guy I'm going across the street to Best Buy and he actually agrees and says "yeah there's tons of workers there that'll actually be able to help you." I was in Target in Knightdale after noon and the people that work there were soooooo rude. I am handicapped and I can't tell you how many employees either walked in front of me or made me stop. Nobody said a word to me when they walked in front of me. I got into an argument with an employee in the grocery department.. I tried to get past him and he got VERY RUDE with me. The Reno is nice. What I like to call a halfsie Reno. Still can find the products but has the new moderness the Renos have. Friendly faces and enough employees to locate if help is needed. They have a decent selection minus a few produce items. Usually easy in and out. Generally a clean store. read more

I used to love this location, but it has gone way downhill. The drive up service has made a few mistakes that have cost me time and money, and I went in today to try and find a few things. They entire store looked like a rummage sale. The shoe area especially was an absolute disaster. No organization, baby shoes mixed with adult shoes, half opened boxes thrown all around. I really loved this location over White Oak for convenience and because it's way less busy of an area, but today really made me reluctant to visit this store again. read more

First of all, I love Target. I love getting lost in aisles after aisles of cute things that I want (but not need)!! Thats the whole point of going to Target, right? :) This Target is less than 5 minutes from my home, so I love randomly stopping by and grab one or 10 different things here and there. In and out of this Target shopping center is pretty easy. Even on weekends, I've never seen too crazy of traffic in the area. The inside of Target is clean and organized as other Target stores. Very pleased with my most recent visit to this Target. TV selections in Knightdale are very slim when your looking at prices and for a specific size but Target hooked me up with a great deal today. I got a clearanced Samsung smart TV for $199! It has all the bells and whistles!! Also the staff was super friendly and wheeled the TV out to my car. read more

There used to be a Target at this location but now I'm not so sure. I mean, yeah it technically is still Target BUT they got rid of the cafe! How could you Target?! How can I shop and enjoy my popcorn now? They also remolded this location which I personally don't like. The isles are smaller in the clothes areas so the shopping carts don't fit and things are oddly organized where you'd least except to find them. I used to shop at this Target all the time but now skip it and go to a different one. read more

This is my favorite Target! I really like the layout and the staff members are always friendly. They have a produce section and a Starbucks with free wifi. Their bathrooms are always clean and the store is clean and organized. The pharmacy and the pharmacy staff are the absolute best though! They will take care of you and your family and all of your vaccine needs. read more

Target was my favorite place to shop but I feel like I am not welcome there at all. The promo signage is always a mess and incorrect. When I notice a promotional sign that is wrong and ask them to honor it they act as if I printed up the signage myself. I literally buy everything my family needs -from underwear to groceries and personal care at Target, it's a shame that the management at this particular store is like a gang of high schoolers who do not want me pointing out that they aren't getting straight As. Get your stuff together Target, it is not too much for your customers to ask that you price your items correctly and clearly mark your promo items, and don't blame me for your errors. read more

Target is like the flashier, more modern, more fashionable sibling of Wal-mart. What is their motto? "Expect more, pay less." It's funny because on average you can find cheaper stuffs at Wal-mart. Since I live smack dab in-between Wal-mart and Target, what makes me come to the Red side instead of Big Blue? Cleaner, brighter, I usually don't have to worry about getting chased and run down by kids pushing the shopping cart. If there are ten checkout line here, at least they will use them! (What is with Wal-mart that has 16 checkout lines but only open 2-3 at any given time? I think if we can solve that, we will have the meaning of life) Another reason being the location. This target is at least away from the traffic heading into Raleigh/440. Also, the shopping center outside of Target has more to offer. read more

This Target is just okay. It's your standard Target so you'll find what you're looking for, and then some. Definitely walk past the end caps to find clearance items. I've noticed that during busy times, like this past Sunday afternoon, they didn't have nearly enough registers open. Some cashiers are more friendly than others. The service at the in-store Starbucks is generally slow, but if you have a Target RedCard you save an extra 5% at the Starbucks in addition to your regular Target purchases, so sometimes it's worth it. I'm not sure what else to say. It's a Target store but nothing about it goes above and beyond your normal Target store. read more

I'm only giving this Target a 1-star. I'm so tired of their website saying that they have certain items in stock in-store and when I go to pick them up they do not have them. So I either have to wait for an associate to see if they the item in the back storage or I have to complain to guest services about their incorrect inventory and pricing. I have also ordered items online to pick up in store at a later time and I've gotten notices saying my order is ready but when I go to them up, I'm told that they no longer have the item. Sadly this is happened at least a handful of times to me at the Knightdale location. Customer service associates blame the Target's website for not updating more frequently. However, I have not run into this problem at other Target's. Whatever the reason they really need to fix this because it's getting worse and they are about to loose our business. read more

Target sucks! Inconsistent inventory: some Targets have children's clothes...some do not. And forget about calling the store. It's nothing short of a miracle to have someone answer a telephone. If they can't answer a phone...I can't spend my money there. read more

This is a quality Target location. Big and lots of products. Especially impressed that when my sister and I were trying to balance a huge baby boxed swing in a cart with an actual, real baby inside the cart, a nice associate came by and offered to bring the box to the front where we could get when we checked out. Did not know that was a service they offered. Who would of thunk it, right? I can spend a whole paycheck in that place between Starbucks and every knick knack known to man. I love Target. read more

I had a very unfortunate experience at this target in knightdale. I was looking for this specific bike for my child. I had been all over wake forest & Raleigh looking this bike. The assistance I had at those two locations were amazing! However neither of those locations had the bike I needed put together & ready to go. Both locations did offer to hold one of the bikes for me & have it possibly put together on Saturday..that was IF the bike builder came in. I did not want to risk doing that & something happen & I have no bike (this specific bike) by Sunday for Easter. So the nice team member Jonathan at the Raleigh store called knightdale to see if they had it in stock..after being on hold for over 20mins then being hung up on by knightdale, I told him to not worry about it, we would head over to knightdale & call on our way to see if someone would be nice enough to pick up & check for this item. While in route to knightdale I finally had someone pick up, his name was Brandon. I told Brandon how hard of a time I've had finding this bike today & I'd be so grateful if he'd check to see if this item was in stock, put together & ready to go. Before I could even describe the bike I was looking for this is what I got from Brandon "there are absolutely no holds on these items because they are such a hot item this time of the year because of Easter" I politely said "sir I'm maybe 5mins away, can you please check to see if you have this bike?" He then said "what's the item #" as if I had it written down or memorized it.. I said "sir I have no idea the number. If you walk over there I can describe it to a T for you..it's mint green, purple flowers on the handlebars it is the ONLY one over there like it & it's a 20 inch"... his reply "I still need an item number" basically he wasn't going to physically walk over to set eyes on this bike & see if they had it. I then had to scramble on targets website and figure out where this item # was. I finally found the item # as we were pulling in the parking lot...I gave him the item # and he came back on the line & said yes I'm showing in my system there is 2 here..I responded with "Awesome! Sir I'm pretty much here, can you please pull one up to customer service? I'll be in the store in just a moment" his reply "absolutely not, no holds" I said "wow that's funny because the other two locations were gonna put one on hold for me over night & all I'm asking is 5 mins" his reply "sorry, company policy." At this point I really wanted to take my service elsewhere. It's sad that someone was this cold/rude to not even try to go one little extra step to provide a remarkable customer experience. I genuinely felt like I would have been treated better somewhere else. I put my emotions aside because this was the bike that my daughter wanted. Me & my husband walk in 3mins after we hung up the phone & went to the back expecting to see the bike wall empty considering Brandon said that bikes were such a "hot item" for Easter. Much to our surprise the wall was full! It was bikes galore. It didn't look like bikes were such a "hot item" after all. Seeing that made me relieved because the bike I needed was still there but then again it made me even more upset that I wasn't worth a 5min hold for reassurance. I was about to drop over $100+ and I was treated as if I wasn't worth that little bit of effort. When I got to check out I had the cashier get the manager on duty. I wanted to make them aware of the frustration I felt from that team member. Much to my surprise Brandon was a manager. I told him my frustrations of how he handled the situation & I told him if I wanted crummy customer service I would have went to Walmart. He said "then you should go there" Not even a sorry. I work in customer service and if there's one thing I know is you ALWAYS follow up with "but what i can do for you" for your customers. He was full of what he couldn't do for me. Target can do so much better than that for a manager. Shame on target for allowing this to be a representation of them. I can see a no hold policy on expensive electronic items.. but a bike? Get for real.. Unacceptable and a poor policy. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this Target. I shop here all the time but I can't stand it. This is what I wrote a year ago: "Great prices and promotions, but not happy with the customer service and checkouts. Product selection in the maternity, and games/puzzle sections is a little lacking as well. The staff seems less than happy to be there, and it wouldn't be so bad if it wan't EVERY employee I ever run into, every time." But wow... I still absolutely hate the customer service here! I'll add that their baby section has been my most frequented area of their store lately, and it's good. Their groceries are severely lacking but I get some really awesome food at times. I cannot emphasize enough how awwwwwful customer service is. Oh and they have tried to severely rip me off on my coupons twice. I almost never came back after the last incident! read more

This review is about the pharmacy. This past weekend, our child (14 months) had an ear infection/sinus infection and we took our prescription to Target to get it filled. When picking up the medicine, the pharmacist asked "how much does he weigh?" and I respond "24 pounds and some change". She then tells me that she doesn't think the dosage is correct (it's too high/too much) for my child. She called our doctor's office, spoke with the doctor and it indeed was too much. Very thankful for this pharmacist as she took the extra effort to make sure this drug was correctly dispensed for my child! Hands down, great, great service. read more

This review is about the pharmacy. The store it self is on par with other Target stores. The pharmacy staff here is very friendly and helpful. Never dismissive. Pharmacists tend to jump in and help when there is a line. Would encourage anyone not happy with their current pharmacy to try this one. read more

Great place to window shop or pick up just about anything for the home. They have decent quality clothing and household items. The staff is friendly and very efficient with getting you through the check out lines quickly. Their dressing room is convenient to run in and out to try on some clothing. They have a nice selection of electronics and kid's toys. They have a nice back corner with outside furniture that is great! Don't walk pass the $.99 aisle right at the entrance! read more

Oh, Target...I have such love for you. At 2 in the morning, when I really just need toilet paper, cereal, and cheese-I go to Wal-Mart. When I have a choice, I go to Target. I live about 2 minutes from Wal-Mart and 10 minutes from Target, but I go to this one a pretty good amount. It's almost always really clean, the dressing rooms are nice, the bathrooms aren't usually slathered with blood omens, the employees are really nice and always help me out. I've had them actually stop and help me when I told myself, "NO-I will not get a basket or cart...I will only get a few things."(lying to myself as usual) At least 2 people, grabbed a basket for me and my stubborn self and one lady carried some items to the register for me while laughing. When I bought a bike from this store, the security guard offered his help and put my bike in the back of my SUV which I thought was super cool too. Yes, you pay extra and it's quite obvious that normally, you do. I get way better service, I haven't been pickpocketed here or harassed for money/to buy people things, and people generally don't park like assholes. You also have less kids wylin' the hell out; it still happens, but less which is appreciated. GO TARGET. read more

Easy to get in and out of. People are nice. Good customer service and they try to have enough registers open so you don't have to wait in line too long. My issue with them is in the pharmacy. That line gets really long and the people that work back there don't seem to care and really get down to the registers and help out to make the wait shorter. read more

This is a quality Target store, the pharmacy and cashiers are regulars and provide great service. The selection is great for household items, photo, baby stuff, and clothes. We also do most of our grocery shopping here. With the Target Red card, instant savings is better than any other grocery store rebates . I would like to give 5 stars if the food selection(meat and veggie) was a tab bit bigger. Then I could do all my shopping at this location. Never busy, good hours, clean and nice staff. read more
