I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!

Ladies with big feet, gather here! I showed Amanda a picture of my dress and she immediately helped me find a shoe that matched perfectly. The only problem was the shoe was not available at the location, Amanda,Jemeisha, and Jasmine assisted me in placing the order. They literally scanned the barcode of the shoe, made sure it was the correct item, printed a list of the stores that had the shoe in stock which was only two in the entire country, and helped me track down the shoe! I am so grateful for this team and all of the effort they put into helping me put my perfect outfit together. Also, if you need help with styling and outfit, I have worked with Jackie at this location who is also phenomenal. I cannot say enough nice things about this store. Even the merchandising team is pleasant to work with, and they ensure that the prices are correct. If you are looking for a place to buy the perfect outfit, buy housewares, buy fragrance at a really good price, I would 100% recommend this location. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

They did not charge me immediately though and there were many delays because of COVID and being able to get the fabric for the mattress because the same materials are used for PPE. But they did keep me in the loop of what was going on. A few weeks ago I got an email to schedule delivery. My delivery time could be from 7am to 8pm so it was not very precise. The day before the delivery time changed to 12-2pm. Then the morning of the delivery, they sent me an app to monitor the delivery truck. It was not very accurate though as the app changed from 40 minutes away to 90 minutes and minutes later they pulled up around 10:45am so more than an hour before the scheduled time. The delivery team was polite and even removed their shoes as it was wet outside. They were skilled and knew how to navigate the mattress up the stairway. The delivery fee I paid was to include removal of the old mattress but they claimed due to COVID this was not allowed. But there is no mention of that on the description and I did ask about that before I ordered. I even went to the website while they were here and still found the same wording as when I ordered. "MATTRESS REMOVAL Your new mattress purchase is eligible for an old mattress removal via our Premium In-Home delivery service. The mattress must be in sanitary condition. Pickup must be requested when you schedule your new order delivery." They did call someone about this and did remove the old mattress. So it all worked out.
