I'd purchased my very first car from them. Great staff, fair price on the car. I'm sad that they are no longer in business.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in March 2026. I fully understand that it is a used…read morevehicle, and I did not expect it to be in brand-new condition. However, during its first service appointment at an authorized Acura dealership, significant suspension-related issues were identified. According to Acura's Master Technician: 1. One of the struts is leaking oil, and the leak is clearly not recent. The component is covered with dirt and grime that has accumulated over time, indicating that the failure existed long before the vehicle was sold to me. The technician estimates that the leak has likely been present for at least six months to a year. 2. A suspension bushing is completely torn and deteriorated. According to the technician's assessment, this level of damage could not have developed within the three months since I purchased the vehicle. It is consistent with wear and deterioration that existed prior to the sale. In addition, I later discovered documentation related to previous repairs and vehicle conditions that were never disclosed or explained to me during the purchase process. My primary concern is not that the vehicle is used. My concern is that significant suspension and safety-related issues appear to have existed before the sale and were not disclosed. Buyers deserve complete and transparent information about the actual condition of the vehicles they are purchasing, especially when it involves components that directly affect safety, ride quality, and vehicle handling. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what occurred, I cannot recommend this dealership. I believe honesty, transparency, and full disclosure of known vehicle conditions are essential to maintaining customer trust and conducting business fairly.

When I called the dealership to discuss options I was told there was no way this could happen. I told them we needed a plan of what I was going to buy before I drove over an hour with no a/c. The salesman told me I could "look around." Again, I didn't have any more time to waste here. Eventually, I spoke with a manager who told me to take it to a local Honda to have it repaired. Seriously, I didn't spend $37k to deal with a repair the day of purchase. Who knows what else was wrong with this van. After three days and more than six phone calls to dealership- not a single call returned, by the way- the van was back to the dealership. The sales manager again tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car, but within an hour I received a text message from the service department with a link to the bill showing they were, in fact, fixing the air conditioner. An apology, or even an acknowledgment of their mistake, would have gone a long way. If you sell me a crappy certified preowned vehicle that needs immediate repairs, I shouldn't have to track you down to fix the problem. Horrible customer service.

DECEPTIVE MARKETING: Can I leave zero stars?…read more Attempted to purchase a vehicle from Orlando Preowned advertised at $20,995 on the website. After scheduling an independent prepurchase inspection received the dealership's initial with an additional "Reconditioning" fee of $1987. When challenged, "the manager approved" a reduction of $500 for this "standard" fee. I let the vehicle go. Salesperson continued to ping my email with pressure that another sale might be pending, so I rereviewed the website and noted that Orlando Preowned advertises in general an on the specific vehicle "Zero Junk Fees & Zero Dealer Fees: The price you see is the price you get". While I'm no lawyer, this infers to me that the price on the vehicle landing page is the sale price I should expect. When confronted with this insight (with the GM copied), the salesperson dug their heels in again, reiterating this was a "standard" fee. The GMs response was to cut/paste the salespersons email as a reply without addition. Now I'm not a dumb consumer, and clearly certinly not as bright as the employees of this company, but " The price you see is the price you get" does mean something to the most of us, and I don't' think it aligns with Orlando Preowned's point of view. Disingenuous at best, more inline with deceptive, bait & switch

I decided to wait and was approached with a pitch to upgrade my vehicle. This is sort of expected but still can be annoying. I don't like buying cars and it took me 4 years to decided to get the one I have so I don't enjoy getting a pitch when I'm waiting on service. They have a lot of spaces to sit and watch multiple TVs, there is a kid room and even some computers you can use. My tech gave me a rundown of what needed to be done to my car ASAP and didn't pressure me when I said I needed to wait for the larger repairs. They do give you a coupon for a car wash down the road, since they don't do a wash for you (as other Nissan's I have been to do) so that's nice. The car wash down the road is also great - Pat's - I'd go there again if I lived closer. All in all it's a good experience. Oil change on my 2017 Altima was $87.

I literally replaced my battery not even 6 months ago and after I picked my suv up I took it to my mechanic to run a battery test and it was good! Nissan didn't mention other issues that I had concerns with and then they didn't even top off my washer fluid ! I think falsely reporting items could cause me to stick with Bill Ray Nissan and never buy another Nissan!

Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.
