DECEPTIVE MARKETING: Can I leave zero stars? Attempted to purchase a vehicle from Orlando Preowned advertised at $20,995 on the website. After scheduling an independent prepurchase inspection received the dealership's initial with an additional "Reconditioning" fee of $1987. When challenged, "the manager approved" a reduction of $500 for this "standard" fee. I let the vehicle go. Salesperson continued to ping my email with pressure that another sale might be pending, so I rereviewed the website and noted that Orlando Preowned advertises in general an on the specific vehicle "Zero Junk Fees & Zero Dealer Fees: The price you see is the price you get". While I'm no lawyer, this infers to me that the price on the vehicle landing page is the sale price I should expect. When confronted with this insight (with the GM copied), the salesperson dug their heels in again, reiterating this was a "standard" fee. The GMs response was to cut/paste the salespersons email as a reply without addition. Now I'm not a dumb consumer, and clearly certinly not as bright as the employees of this company, but " The price you see is the price you get" does mean something to the most of us, and I don't' think it aligns with Orlando Preowned's point of view. My son recently purchased a 2016 High Country truck from Orlando Preowned, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. Bought a car from Orlando PreOwned a couple months ago. Told them I wanted to set up automatic payments right there. They told me (Manuel, or Manny for short) I couldnt and someone would call me to set them up. Noone called me. I have no voicemails. Financial Institution revoked my loan and made Orlando PreOwned buy back my vehicle. The loan still shows on my credit and Manny who runs the finance department has essentially told me its not his problem anymore and I can go find this out on my own. Manuel had NO PROBLEM blowing my phone up multiple times per hour when he needed me to bring the car back. But now that I have, who cares if the loan is still attached to my credit, its not their problem. Customer service was bad when I bought the car, but this is really awful. You guys suck and should fire this Manuel character. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. read more

We could never honestly recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought our vehicle here on September 13, 2025. What has followed since has been nothing short of a nightmare, that truly wont end! It is now October 29, 2025 and we still do not have a working vehicle. Our vehicle has been in the shop 6 times now. The dealership asked us to remove our first bad review, repeatedly and we had faith that they would fix our vehicle. They did not and have no intention of doing so. The GM Johnathon has given us a lot of excuses and if you buy a vehicle from here, you will eventually hear them all. He will demean you to no end and not take accountability for selling us a lemon. The biggest thing we have been told on repeat is "this is what happens when you buy used." Keep in mind, this dealership ONLY SELLS USED! We have only ever bought used vehicles and we have never, not once had this issue nor had this experience. While our car has been in the shop we have spent hundreds in rental vehicles and are now looking at a total loss. We are disgusted. I attempted to buy a car from Orlando Preowned in April 2025. They tried to overcharge me for taxes by more than $1,100. They also added a bunch of nonsense fees to their quote. The car was advertised for $23,995 and the total price ended up at $29,227. Then they followed up on my other reviews trying to imply the taxes were correct when they weren't. I truly believe they were trying to rip me off on the taxes and markups. Do yourself a favor and listen to the other negative reviews. Purchased a car October 2022, 6 months later I had to replace the alternator and battery. Then 2 months later the car goes limp on my 17 year old son which caused him to nearly be in a serious accident. Engine went bad! I had to replace the timing chain in the engine as well as the fuel pump. Paid almost 15k for a peice of garbage that I had to invest almost 3k into it get it running again only after 8 months of ownership. GM said well you didn't buy an extended warranty! Wow! Also, they talked me into buying low jack for 3 years which now I do not need because I am selling this nightmare. So that is money down the drain. All of this came out of my son's college fund. Brad was good prior to the purchase,1Nov2024 I bought a white Tesla from Orlando Preowned (OP). Before departing I informed verbally to sales rep Brad that the driver side brake light housing had moisture inside it. Brad told me it was probably due to the vehicle being detailed by OP prior to my arrival, if it became an issue later to let him know and he would help me out. 8Nov2024 I advised Brad that the moisture was still there (Photo) he advised I had a 3,000m/3-mt for engine and transmission. I replied that the warranty didn't really apply to me since it's a Tesla which has no engine or transmission.8Nov2024 I asked for update on the transfer registration OP F&I Manager Manuel Paulno emailed me the registration and noticed a discrepancy with the color it was listed BLK for black. I immediately informed Manuel of the wrong color on the registration and requested he get it fixed prior to the temporary tag expiring.19Nov2024 I contacted the my County Tax Collector office to get a straight answer on how I can get the vehicle registration fixed. They advised it looked like the dealership closed their work on the title filling since the title status section on the FLHSMV site showed ACTIVE verses PENDING DEALER TRANSACTION.12Nov2024 I contacted OP asking for update on mypayoff status due OP given payoff good until 15Nov2024. Lana provided me with the UPS tracking for the check. My bank didn't receive the check until 18Nov2024.18Nov2024 I contacted LoJack trying to acquire information about the installed product OP charged me (Document). OP charged $1,495 service unknown for a term of 3yrs. Rep informed me and sent me an email, that there was no registry indicating my vehicle has or had ever a LoJack device installed (Email). I would not recommend this dealership! I recently purchased a truck online and the truck had to go to the shop as soon as it was delivered. I've had minimal communication from the dealership since the day they took my down payment. I was told the truck I purchased was a certified Preowned that had gone through a thorough inspection from a mechanic. When the truck was delivered to me it wouldn't start. Come to find out the battery and starter needs replaced. When I told the dealership about this they told me the truck had to be jumped before loading it on the delivery trailer. That moment they should've looked into the battery or starter but instead made it my problem. I understand I signed an "As-is" contract but this dealership lied and mislead me. Telling me the truck was in good running condition but in fact it hasn't ran since it was delivered. They told me their warranty will not cover the battery or starter so I'm stuck with the bill on a truck I haven't even been able to drive yet. The entire point of purchasing a vehicle is to get from point A to point B and I haven't been able to do that. This entire process has been frustrating and inconvenient. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS -- We came here to purchase a cheap car, as my dad has been in hospital for months and not being from Florida, rentals became very expensive to afford... We told them we could not afford a dime over $9000, it was the most we could scrap together as we struggled to afford hospital bills for my dad who was dying of cancer -- and has now passed away two days ago. When our salesman finally found a car for us (very old and dingy, but it drove at least), we quoted us a TOTAL price of $8700. We asked if that included taxes, fees, parts, warranty, etc and they said YES - $8700 was the TOTAL max. We then asked if we could give them a check one time, paying off the total $8700 but they were very hesitant-- they kept pushing us to do monthly payments which they insisted were "no extra money". As my dad just died, and we have to return back to our original home, we went to pay off the car in full. But now they said it is a total of nearly $14,000 that we must pay. When we reminded them of the discussions and what they said, they AGREED that they did in fact quote us those prices (and intentionally mislead us), and there was "nothing we could do about it now". So in the end, we were forced to pay the full $14,000, despite not having that money even available... I don't expect to get that money back but I hope the review may help protect others so they are not scammed by this horrible, corrupt operation that they call a business. read more

I purchased a 2019 GMC 2500 and took delivery on 3/1. I made sure I called the salesperson Bradley 24 hours B4 so the vehicle would ready when I arrived at that location. When I arrived, the vehicle was not detailed (very dirty inside). I then had to wait almost 2 hours to actually take delivery. I drove away from their location got maybe 3 blocks away and the reserve light on the fuel gauge came on. That in itself may not a huge issue but not being familiar with area and trying to find a safe location to get some diesel was. Anybody lives and works around there knows what I mean. Last but not least I cannot get the hitch off because it has a hitch lock on the receiver. So I returned to Orlando Preowned to address these issues with GM Victor today and was told to go pound sand with the exception of the trailer lock. Victor told me I would have to bring the truck to them so they could drill the lock out. Mind you I live almost an hour away. So I replied that I would have a locksmith remove it and send them the bill and I was told to go pound sand. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from these people. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, the manger Ashley had been talking to me husband about a truck for 2 days. Told us to come in and do all the works fine. Went in at 9am. Did everything they said to do, just to go sit in my car for 3 hours before I went inside and asked what was going on just for them all to look at me and say we'll we aren't sure give us 5-10 minutes to go over your application and we'll come out and talk to you. Sat for another hour with nothing. Said, the sales representative finally came out and said they would call us by 3? To go home????? 5pm comes along, NO call. So I called, to be told we'll return your call in 20 minutes tops. 6:45pm (close at 7) and NO call. So I call back and make someone talk to me. Ran my credit over 5 times and still couldn't tell me a single thing? And the response to running my credit that many times was "well if you go to a big dealership they'll run it 15-20 times." Sir, I just got my car from a Nissan dealership 3 years ago and they ran my credit 1 time. No clue how I got recommended here, but save yourself and your credit inquiry's and go elsewhere. read more

Decent vehicles and prices. We have had our car 1 week and are still trying to get some things fixed on it. Danny was a great salesman but that's as far as it went, once the sale was complete I haven't been able to get ahold of him since. Leo, the finance manager, won't let you talk, constantly talking over you so he never gets all of what you are trying to tell him. The mechanic that you take your car to under Orlando Preowned's mechanic is a mechanic at another car lot. The mechanic is very nice but he only speaks Russian or something so you have to wait for the car lot manager to get there so he can translate. My sons' car is suppose to be in his dad's name who lives in another state, but he's never signed the papers, the dealership had me sign his name. When asked if that was legal, they just laughed and said yes. If my son didn't love the car it would've been returned Update- we did try to give the dealership another chance, but you never let people talk. I went down to pick up the seatbelt to install it myself but your mechanic took 2 of the 3 bolts from the original seatbelt so now I have to order them. I still have to replace the rear tail light which will run me about $400 and also the trunk supports so I think that covers the rest of the down payment read more

After buying my vehicle, 3 days later my a/c went out. I took it back to the dealer. They took it somewhere of site, after 2.5 hours, they brought it back and said it was low in freon. After 3 days it went out again. Obviously it has a leak. I am an outside salesman which means I need this vehicle to travel and do my job. I take it back to the dealer and they tell me to take it to their mechanic down the street. After spending 2- 1/2 hours there, and no closer to finding the leak, the mechanic puts a die in the system I'm the hopes to find the leak when it runs out. He tells me to bring it back when it runs out. I comply. After a week I bring it back in the hopes he can fix it. Nope. He says you need to leave it and I will get to it when I can. That does not work for me. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and I don't have the time to spend another day with this vehicle down. It's been 3 weeks since I purchased this vehicle and the mechanic they use can not stop and fix my vehicle because he is too busy with other vehicle that have not been purchased yet. I went right back to the dealer to please help me but the so called manager said that's the only mechanic they use. If I managed my sales territory the way he manages his dealership, I would not have any customers. Very poor way of handling the problem. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Buyer Beware! Have the car inspected by a shop before you buy! I purchased a car last year from Orlando Preowned used cars and the car that was delivered to me ended up needing over $5000 in repairs. The first day I drove the car to work I noticed the driver's side wheel was missing a lug, so I had to purchase a new one. A couple days later I had the car inspected at a VW dealership. The number of problems with the car I could not believe. The cars catalytic converter had been removed, tires were worn out showing only 3/32 to 4/32 of tread life, wrong type of coolant was added, driver`s side wheel bearing was worn out, clutch throw out bearing was chattering and needed to be replaced, starter was failing and needed to be replaced, front sway bar endlinks were worn out and the all-wheel drive system had failed including the Haldex rear differential clutches, fluid pump and module. That alone was over $3000 for the parts and labor. The other issue is that it`s illegal in the state of Florida to sell or trade a car without a catalytic converter. I notified Leo Braz(sales manager) That the car had no catalytic converter and all the other listed problems. He replied, "the car was sold as is and you signed the contract." What Mr Braz didn`t understand is that a signed purchased as is document doesn`t apply to an air pollution device that is mandatory by Florida law to be installed on the car before it`s sold. At first, Mr Braz, wanted me to drive a non-street legal car to Orlando about 75 miles without a catalytic converter where at any time, I could have been pulled over and given a citation. I requested Mr Braz to send a tow truck and have the car towed from Tampa to Orlando and back. He refused, so I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Motor.Vehicle, and it was referred to an investigator who directed Mr Braz to decide to pick my car up via tow truck and returned. Finally, after weeks of negotiating, Mr Braz picked up the car and fix it taking 4 days then return it. Orlando Preowned was cited by the FDMV for selling a motor without air pollution device on his business license. I have purchased about 10 cars in my life, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. The website was misleading because it stated at the time, all the cars had a 132-point inspection which come it find our mine did not. All Mr Braz cares about is selling as many cars has, he can stay in business and when there is a problem, lie to you and hide behind the "purchased as is" contract. My advice to you is have the car your purchasing inspected by an independent shop before you buy it.After contacting Mr Braz on the phone and advising him of the plethora of problems with the car. I told him that since your service department failed to notice the vehicle had no catalytic converter and the tire were worn out to the point where it would be dangerous to drive 75 miles in the rain to Orlando. Mr Braz became argumentative on the phone and at first refused to tow the vehicle. The last time I spoke to Mr Braz I told him he can tow the vehicle, fix it and return it or I`ll contact Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and file a complaint. The last words Mr Braz said was "Do what you got to do. "and hung up. After Mr Braz was contacted by the Florida Department of motor vehicle investigator only then, did his attitude change and agree to have the vehicle tow the vehicle in and install a used catalytic converter. It took 4 days to fix the car and months going back and forth but finally the vehicle it was repaired. Mr Braz at first would rather inconvenience the customer by having me to drive the car 140 miles round trip and miss time from work all to install a catalytic converter which his service department failed to discover was missing. read more

These guys stole $500 from me. we recently moved to Florida and before moving found a car for my daughter. It was the exact car she was looking for. long story short, they said for a $500 deposit would hold it "until we decide on buying it or not." they were WELL aware that it would be at least 2 weeks before we'd be in the state and they were fine with that. My wife and I both spoke with Brad several times and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't work out and the "manager" refused to refund the deposit, claiming a bogus 72 hour time limit.
