It can only be done on Tuesday and Thursday as they use an external company, both are work days for me. Three weeks after purchase I decided to make an appointment for this, drop off the car and uber to work. On my way I was the victim of a hit and run, so now my brand new car is damaged and I never made it to this appointment. I decided to take a day off work to reschedule and not having to uber as it's far and expensive. Staff is very friendly but the window tinting.... 4 hours later I got my car back with the EXACT SAME TINT as already was on the car. I assumed a darker tint, an actual tinting not the light exact same thing. So now I have a damaged car and a day taken off work COMPLETELY WASTED ON USELESS WORK. On top of that there are mistakes in 2 Windows!!! It's not even done properly! Very very very disappointed and I find it quite dishonest to not be transparent about what window tinting, if I had known I was getting what was already on the car all of that could have never happened.

Especially when you have specialty items, like our 2500 Promaster Van. This vehicle was not purchased there, but we were treated no differently than our purchased vehicles from there. This experience with Orlando Dodge was unacceptable…read more After my vehicle was serviced, the coolant cap was left loose, which worsened over several days of normal driving and eventually led to coolant leaking and engine damage. This was not something I caused--it was the result of improper reassembly during service. I was later told the work was performed by the service manager, which makes the mistake and lack of accountability even more alarming. After months of being delayed and left without resolution, the issue was escalated to the general manager, Luke, who attempted to shift the blame onto me by stating the vehicle arrived with low coolant and that the damage was therefore my fault. That statement is false. The truck was not critically low on coolant when it was brought in, and I paid for them to run diagnostics. I had it inspected by two independent mechanics, both of whom confirmed the damage was consistent with a coolant cap left loose, not owner negligence. While the dealership offered to tow the vehicle at first, trust had already been completely lost due to their lack of responsiveness and refusal to take responsibility. I ultimately had to take my truck elsewhere to have the issue properly handled. A dealership's leadership should stand behind their work. Orlando Dodge did the opposite. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be filing complaints everywhere, with anyone who will listen as well as filing in small claims court.

I've sold 2 vehicles here and attempted to purchase a truck. The selling experience Overall was…read moregood as they offered a competitive price for my vehicles which beat other dealer offers. I got a tentative offer prior to coming in on both which 1 sold at that price but the other went down $500 when I got there citing a minor accident on the report which they new about prior to coming in as they ran the carfax report to make the tentative offer. However, we talked them up a bit and they threw in a tank of gas for our current vehicle. The buying experience didn't go as well for 2 reasons 1) very low inventory so not much to pick from 2) the truck I did find had dealer add-ons such as running boards, paint protection and nitro in the tires(?). They wouldn't move on removing these items so that ended the deal for me. My understanding is this dealer try's to work with folks with any income level to get you the vehicle you need. Didn't work out for my but maybe you'll have better luck. 3 stars is the best and worst I can give.

I would give AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial in Orlando zero stars if I could…read more I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership because it was advertised and sold as an AutoNation Certified vehicle with a 90-day/4,000-mile Certified warranty. I also purchased AutoNation's extended warranty because I believed AutoNation stood behind the vehicles it sells. Almost immediately after buying the Jeep, it began having intermittent starting issues. We mentioned concerns about how it drove, but we were assured everything was fine. Then, only about a month after purchase, the Jeep completely lost all electrical power while I was driving, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road at night. It had to be towed. The diagnosis was that the Jeep's primary control module (the vehicle's computer or "brain") had failed. This wasn't a flat tire or normal maintenance item--it was a major electrical failure on a vehicle that had just been sold as "Certified." What disappointed me even more was the response from the selling dealership. When I called AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial hoping they would stand behind the vehicle they had certified, I was essentially told they weren't going to do anything and wished "good luck." What's the point of paying extra for a Certified vehicle if the dealer refuses to take responsibility when a serious problem appears almost immediately after the sale? I expected AutoNation to stand behind its Certified program. Instead, I was left stranded, bounced between dealerships, dealing with delays, confusion over warranty coverage, and a complete lack of concern from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. I hope AutoNation Corporate steps in and makes this right, because my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial has completely destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the AutoNation Certified program.

After the sale I called Miki about a issue and not only did he have a solution, He actually shipped the part I needed to me. If you are looking for a Toyota Prius this is worth the drive. They were honest and upfront and it's hard to find people these days who still have morals. We will be back for another car in the future.

When I got there the guy Mickey was at his desk and told me I had to wait for the other salesman to finish with his customers while he did nothing. Half an hour later the other salesman got with me and let me drive a Prius. I asked why the average MPG was only 33 mpg and was told it was because the cars sit running at the lot and it drags the mpg down. So I figured out how to reset the trip odometer to zero and the average mpg to zero and I went on a drive. I drove about 3 miles in city traffic and it came out to 32 mpg. So I went back and told Mickey the results and he scolded me, telling me I'm not allowed to drive more than one mile "for insurance reasons" and started explaining that you have to drive the car for over an hour to get 50 mpg. Didn't make sense, it all sounded like lies. I drove 2 more cars and both of them also didn't get over 34 mpg. So I left and went home. Next day I see an alert on my credit report that said they pulled my experian credit file. I never authorized them to pull my credit. I called him and asked why they did this and mickey told me they never did. He denied it over and over and said it is impossible to pull my credit without my social security number. I googled it and found out it is possible for them to pull it without my social and I told him what google said. He argued and denied it more and more. I asked if I should not believe my lying eyes because I'm looking at my credit report right now. He is a liar and when confronted with it he will gaslight you and deny the facts. I also told him that I've worked for dealers and gone on test drives at other dealers and I know that the insurance companies have no policy about only letting customers drive one mile. He continued his denials. DON'T buy from these dishonest dealers.

This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

I called my Representative to help me out several times. He said he would call me back. Im still waiting!!! I took it to a local Ford dealer who was so kind to get it in last minute. Turns out the calibrations that should've been checked prior to giving the vehicle to the customer were not performed or missed. when I brought this to the attention of my Sales Rep David, in a text I basically got a "sorry for your luck". If you find a vehicle on their lot, you want, you'd be better off to go to a different dealer, for example on the West Coast and ask them to make a trade. You should not deal with this company because the customer service does not care about you as the customer once they have your money. I'm very disappointed in this company & David. I'm in a rental, not my brand new vehicle. It is three days now and they have yet to inquire back with me. I sent David a daily update with no response It could just be David and he may not be telling his supervisor, but shame on him for not standing behind customer care. Mulinax Ford has stepped up to the plate to fix the mistake and provide me with an rental. They have done their best to accommodate me with no input of the Central Florida Lincoln company where actually purchased the vehicle from. Shame
