BUYER BEWARE. IF YOU VALUE Customer care AFTER A PURCHASE STAY AWAY! We purchased a 2026 Lincoln Navigator, two weeks later all the sound stopped working. I called my Representative to help me out several times. He said he would call me back. Im still waiting!!! I took it to a local Ford dealer who was so kind to get it in last minute. Turns out the calibrations that should've been checked prior to giving the vehicle to the customer were not performed or missed. when I brought this to the attention of my Sales Rep David, in a text I basically got a "sorry for your luck". If you find a vehicle on their lot, you want, you'd be better off to go to a different dealer, for example on the West Coast and ask them to make a trade. You should not deal with this company because the customer service does not care about you as the customer once they have your money. I'm very disappointed in this company & David. I'm in a rental, not my brand new vehicle. It is three days now and they have yet to inquire back with me. I sent David a daily update with no response It could just be David and he may not be telling his supervisor, but shame on him for not standing behind customer care. Mulinax Ford has stepped up to the plate to fix the mistake and provide me with an rental. They have done their best to accommodate me with no input of the Central Florida Lincoln company where actually purchased the vehicle from. Shame read more

Poor follow-up, lack of communication and quality. Didn't fill the vehicle up before selling the vehicle, the vehicle needed to be clean.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!! This dealership does not demonstrate the luxury Lincoln experience that one would expect. I have taken my car here for a minor repair thst was covered under warranty - in both cases, it took over a week for the repairs to be completed, I never received a return call and had to call back multiple times per day, and I was not provided a loaner car despite them having my car for over a week! They did offer uber credits, which is a joke considering the premium that I paid for the car This is far from a luxury dealership - you'll get better treatment taking your lawn mower to a repair shop!! read more

Purchased a used f150 lariat from here 2 months ago. "As is" is the perfect title for this review. Test drove around the block as they directed with no issues around the block. Specifically asked for peace of mind the salesmen, since its sold as is unlike other dealers if there is a serious issue is it my problem immediately, assured me "oh no, we work with people at the very least if you run into anything serious". With that being said still purchased the extended warranty for the real peace of mind. In the first week noticed transmission issues with the vehicle. Called the salesmen back, he let me no that he spoke with the manager and he would get back with me (no response), Called back a few days later. Left message with manager, no response. Called back a few days later was assured that the service manager was informed and he would reach out next day. After a week of the back and forth with no call back, I decided to bring my frustrations into the dealership, where then immediately was addressed by the service manager with finally quick response (sad that it took me coming into the dealership frustrated to get some.customer service). They immediately had me in next day to look at vehicle and I received before end of business, "we hooked it to the computer and drove it for 30 minutes and no issues", mind you it was very hard to miss the horrible hard shift especially in 5th gear. As I stated when they returned it to me, "we will just keep an eye on it". Well, within a week and having enough of my newly purchased truck slamming into gear. I took it to my A+ rated mechanic explained the issues, they immediately came back with yes sir we feel something, would you like us to drop the pan check fluid and filter and see. transmission issues, obvious metal all in the pan and had to have them go through all the headache of the extended warranty. But of course they dont cover everything $9000 repair and still had to come out of pocket almost $4,000 for a transmission. Owner tells me to call from a google response and am still awaiting a callback after 2 weeks and still 4 call backs on my end. read more

VERY POOR SALESMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, & MANAGEMENT!!!! I reached out to Central Florida Lincoln Dealership on 2/15/2026 about a particular preowned vehicle. On 2/16/2026, salesman, Amine Allam, told me that car was not available yet for purchase as it had to go thru additional safety and inspection, replacement of windshield wipers, air filter, etc. are needed. In addition, the vehicle had a sizeable paint chip that need to be fixed under warranty at collision center prior to sale. Salesman, Amine Allam, asked if I could wait for all vehicle parts replacements & repairs to be completed prior to the car being sold, would email me inspection/safety report, & keep me updated. I was willing to wait and seriously interested in purchasing the vehicle. Well, I never received safety/inspection report via email. Also, I never received any further communication from salesman, Amine Allam, that all replacement parts & repairs were completed. I contacted salesman, Amine Allam, on 2/25/2026 to get an update on the vehicle & he simply said the vehicle was sold 3 days ago. WOW!!! The LACK OF COMMUNICATION is so DISRESPECTFUL to me as a customer. Also talked to sales manager, Zafir Dissou, about this issue of which the car is already sold, so he wasn't much help. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! POOR SALESMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION & MANAGEMENT. I REPEAT.....BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! VERY POOR SALESMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION & MANAGEMENT. read more

I called Central Florida Lincoln the night before my visit and was very clear about the condition of my car and the trade-in value I expected. I was told they could work with my number, which was in line with offers I've already received from multiple other dealerships. After spending my entire morning there, they let the deal fall through over just $2,000 -- which is extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of time. What's worse, I explicitly told them NOT to run my credit unless they could meet the number I wrote down on paper. They ran it anyway without my consent. That's not just bad business -- that's disrespectful and unprofessional. If a dealership can't respect your time or your instructions, I'd advise going somewhere else. read more

Amine was the salesman that helped us when we arrived. We were in search of something bigger for our growing family. He was really helpful, respectful, and patient. We ended up getting an incredible deal and let go of our leased Buick the same day. We ended up paying less than we expected for the exact car we saw online. The rest of the staff were also very nice and a pleasure to speak with while we waited for paper work and things to progress. Looking forward to taking advantage of their pick up service for when we have our first service! read more

Alen was no longer at the dealer and the salesman I ended up working with didn't seem to want to make a deal. I wanted a lease with no money down, they were asking for $5000. I ended up leasing my brand new vehicle at Bozard in St Augustine, yes it was further away but the experience and customer service we experienced at Bozard was exceptional. read more

So upon arrival the dealership Lot was dirty, looked closed and filled with vehicles. We were Welcomed by salesman Patrick who was very very nice, pleasant to talk to and really needs to work for a luxury car dealership. He was eager, answered all Our questions and I would have bought a car from him. However he received zero support from his sales manager or finance manager. We have 800 credit scores and were Ready to purchase today, there were NO incentives on any of the 100 cars on the lot and no one cared to discuss anything with us. We thought about trading in my Porsche but not there. Sorry Patrick find another dealership to work at. read more

To start, I wanted to share my overall experience with the Lincoln brand, which has been disappointing and underwhelming. I have been to 3 different service departments and the advisors fail to deliver on expectations. I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator and it cost out the door around 93k. My experience with other luxury brands (Mercedes or BMW) has been significantly different and it does not feel like I'm pulling teeth to get my car repaired or get a loaner (in my more than 2 year ownership never received one). To be specific, my car has a little over 43,000 miles has a check engine light, blown speaker and 2 cameras that are not operational. I purchased extended maintenance and service plans with my vehicle and they couldn't care less. Very disappointed with my experience and if I were you I would avoid a lot of frustration and buy a Mercedes. read more

I just want to thank Elizabeth Tarr and all of the team @ Central Florida Lincoln for the excellent service they provided. I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destroying wires around my engine and Elizabeth got my vehicle in for repair the very next day and also put me in a beautiful loaner vehicle whike my vehicle was worked on. She also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to insure a timely reimbursement of repair my repair costs and it was all smoothly done. I really appreciate all the effort and professionalism displayed by Elizabeth and the entire team at Central Florida Lincoln. Thanks !! read more

I purchased my Lincoln in Miami, but after moving here last year, this is the dealership I get all my services done at. They've always been very friendly and get whatever services done pretty quickly. I'm not sure how the salesman are, but as for the service department they're good. read more

They made a nice pitch selling me a $70k vehicle, promising all sorts of goodies like fancy keychains and 70,000 reward points, neither of which have materialized despite multiple requests. I paid $600 extra for tinted windows. Car arrived, windows had bubbles and sand! Tried to schedule service but unable because Amine, the sales guy never set up account. Finally got it in for a factory recall, software update, and window tint repair. Car came back with no window tint repair! Scheduled ANOTHER service. Car came back a week later with damaged tint so didn't accept the car. Now it's back at CF Lincoln for the third time in as many months. Bought the brand new Nautilus in July. It's now end of October and I have an older model "loaner" that smells like cigarettes. IF you buy a car from these jokers do NOT submit the survey until you've owned the car for at least four months or so to make sure you are truly satisfied. I can pretty much promise, you will NOT be satisfied. read more

I could not understand why the service at this dealership has fallen off the cliff, and now I know: the dealership changed ownership 2.5 years ago. Their service director, Jose, just told me our 3.5 year old car, which has 45,000 miles, isn't, necessarily, covered under warranty. Lincoln's Bumper to Bumper Warranty is supposedly 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. I made my appointment 3 weeks ago, and I was told the loan car, which used to be standard procedure for Central Florida Lincoln, had a 3 week wait. OK, I'll wait 3 weeks then. I just now received a confirmation text for tomorrow's appt indicating anticipated charges of $500. When I called Jose (service director) to ask what's going on, he said "the warranty doesn't necessarily cover these items", at this point I said let's cancel my appt. He then hung up on me. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! read more

AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS Recently moved here from Atlanta and took my Lincoln in for an oil change and one rear wiper blade. They billed me $306.78! When confronted with this OBSCENE AMOUNT, they simply said it was how much they charge and it's in line with what everybody else charges. Never in the life of oil changes for my 2015 MKC have I paid even half of that amount. Disgusting. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. I had planned to purchase a new Lincoln within the next few months, but this experience leaves me considering not just another dealership but whether or not I'll remain loyal to Lincoln. Absolutely shocked and appalled at the way I was treated here. read more

Vadim is a liar and everyone here will take advantage at every point. Lesson learned if it isn't in writing, it doesn't exist. Note, buying extra miles for your lease is not an option. Also note, if you have an issue with something they'll ask you to come in so they can sell you something else. You'll drive many miles and hours for nothing hoping you'll buy something else. Absolute slimey sales tactics. Vadim and Jose are liars / scum bags. Everyone else, all they could say is sorry for their scum bag tactics. Ya got me! My bad for believing anything you say. You win. They suck, and do nothing but take your money. If you want good savings without a place ripping you off go to this address 1325 West Washington St., mom and pop shop. I have owned several high-end vehicles and always have my service done by those manufacturers. That said Lincoln is absolutely the best. No hassle, Easy scheduling, Fast and efficient Service, Excellent Communication, and the car is returned in better condition than what I had it picked up in. I refuse to send my Navigator to any other dealer, and when it is time to upgrade, I will be coming to the CFL for sure. They have definitely earned my business for years to come. read more

the salesperson is not there for the customers. they are there just to sell cars and are not very friendly or helpful. both receptionists will screen your number and hangup on you if you call to much if you have an issue with your car. the dealership gave us a wrong key and it took two weeks just to get in cause they thought we had know idea that could be the problem. they have refused to let us speak to a manger to help with any issues we have had. read more

Do not bring your vehicle here to be serviced. The service managers ganged up on us, making us feel incredibly unsafe and making us feel like we were being taken advantage of. We feel incredibly unsafe, being bullied, and that we are being taken for a fool. Talking to the service manager, he was unwilling to take ownership of the issues, and gaslit my wife and I. It is unacceptable to bully us. I expect more from an established luxury car dealer. read more

I found the dealership to be Excellent. I was interested in a Lincoln Navigator well before production started. Tim Metcalfe an experienced Salesman there, stayed in touch with me as production was starting up and even called me when they had a pre production demo visit for a morning. I drove over, met the factory rep. The Demo reinforced how much I wanted one. Tim was very patient on setting up my vehicle, which took almost an hour. Really a nice, honest pleasant person, sometimes rare in this industry. Very happy with Tim, the dealership and my 2019 Navigator. read more

5 stars because of the customer service levels. First off this is the second MKZ that I have leased from here and I will say that I love this place. Tim, my salesman, is very knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and professional in every way. He has my business forever. Second, I absolutely appreciate that whenever I need to have my vehicle serviced, they come out to my house or work with a loaner and drop it off and then drive my car to the dealership, do the service, detail it and then return it back to me. No waiting at the dealer. Completely convenient and hassle free. This is soooooo nice as I value my off time. And my car comes back clean. WOW! How about that? It is so simple to get appointment. I just go online and pick my date and time and that is it. Simple. The courtesy drivers have all been professional and I never thought twice when I gave them my fob and they drove away. Third, this car drives superior either in sport mode or comfort. I highly suggest that you go see Tim and get one for yourself. read more

Cero stars if I could. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!! They are thieves and incompetent in the Services Dept. We go in for a puncture tire which they "patched," only to have the same tire sensor turn on two days later. We go back in so they can fix it since they didn't the first time. Now they're saying that we have another nail in the same tire (what a coincidence...) and that we have to pay for a new tire. My husband then asked them to put the old tire back because their prices are astronomical. Just for doing that they charged us $60, for not fixing anything!!!! So when they "patched it" they charged us $35, but since we decided not to buy the tire from them they now charged us an additional $60 for not fixing anything. This has been the worst car and experience ever... read more

BEWARE!!!!! March 15, 2019 I purchased 4 New Michelin tires for my 2002 Lincoln Town Car. I recently "Sept 8 2022 thats 2022" had my vehicle serviced by a different Lincoln Dealer for a wheel alignment. I was notified that my tires that my tires HAD A MANUFACTURE DATE OF 2016 THATS 2016 NOT 2019. These tires WERE 3 YEARS OLD WHEN I PURCHASED THEM. This matters see https://www.tirebuyer.com/education/how-to-determine-the-age-of-your-tires. This matters because when I purchased them my mileage was 52725 and Sept 8 2022 it was 60671. Did my homework. Ready to get the 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I called this location since I'm in Orlando. I get a salesman named Joey. He says he'll text me pictures of the ones he has that fit my criteria. This was convenient as I work a lot during the week and hate trekking across Orlando through traffic. I wait an entire day. Called the next day. He never text the pics and then said he used the wrong area code? So I said please send them again. He sends them so he clearly has my phone number. I respond on Saturday asking numbers. A good/hungry salesperson would call me after the pics were sent to sell me. He never responds. I sent another message "HELLO?" That was 4 days ago. Clearly this dealer doesn't have the best salespeople. I will drive to Longwood or wherever else there is a Lincoln dealer. Such a shame, they lost a customers w/ good credit ready to buy. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Central Florida Lincoln! My husband and I leased a car for him in November 2014, and the process was painless and the entire team was helpful. I took the car in for routine service, the service department was just as friendly and helpful as the sales team. On top of that the lounge was stocked with coffee, snacks, water and TVs and even massage chairs. The process to only about an hour, which included oil change, repairing a nail in a tire, detailing the driver seat, correcting the intensity of the headlights and cleaning the car inside and out. When it came time to get rid of my non Lincoln lease, Tim worked with me and got me a great deal on a new MKZ Hybrid. Once again, the entire team was incredible, the process was painless and even fun. Rhiannon made signing the paperwork enjoyable, and remembered me from when I was there in November 2014. Bought a certified 2016 Mkz hybrid (not from this dealership). A month after owning, it completely died as I was going 75 mph on the highway. I have video of the entire breakdown. It left me stranded on the side of 75 for an hour with no hazard lights or a/c, complete power failure. Took the car to this dealership. Like I said, I had video so they took the car in for service. My service guy was nice but they kept my car for a month. I had to keep calling to get updates and they would tell me some nondescript procedure they did. Finally, I get the call, it's done. They say it was a "chaffed" wiring harness and send a bill to Ford for $5000. Car seems fine. A month later I notice my hood, as well as all four doors and trunk lid have corrosion starting at the seams where the welds are. Do some research and find out it's a common thing with the mkz. Apparently there were issues with weld seals on the seams of this car. I took it to the collision center and was verbally told "everything would be fixed. We will give you a loaner but we have to order the parts. We will call you." Two weeks later, nothing. I called back and spoke to David- a manager with the collision center. He said they would be replacing the roof, all four doors, and the trunk lid but that they had to order parts. I waited another two weeks. Had to call back again and David told me that they would not be able to do ANYTHING under warranty and that I would have to pay over 4K to get everything fixed. I argued that I was already told twice that everything would be fixed under warranty. He sympathized with me. Said he would fight for me and hated that this was my experience with a certified vehicle. Never heard back from him. Called back and tried to fight it again to no avail. This is a 2016 Mkz hybrid with less than 40k miles. They told me the coverage ends after 5 years... it's 2021. My grandfather worked for Ford his entire life. He only drove Lincoln's. He would be rolling in his grave. Never buying another Ford or lincoln and never going back to this dealership. I have receipts if you don't believe me. read more
