When I finally did get a refund, it was short the shipping. The shipping cost should not be assessed to the customer when a defective part is sent out. Staff was helpful and friendly (reason for 2 stars instead of one) up until I wanted a full refund for a defective part. Then suddenly, and I quote "If $17 is a big deal to you, then you have a problem." Okay, if $17 isn't a big deal, then refund it to me??? I would not buy anything that is expensive to ship or return. I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

We went to this particular Autozone not for their customer service but because it was close to…read morework. My coworker has had not so good experiences at this location. I have been there once before and the service was just ok. The store was busy for an early weekday afternoon. The store was well stocked and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The staff availability was very limited. There was only one person working the front. Another person eventually came but it did nothing to speed up service for the, at least, seven people waiting in line. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, the original worker acknowledged the last person in line and told him that there was a self checkout register available. The self checkout register is located right near the front door but not well posted. We all stood waiting in line and did not notice the register. There is a sign hanging above but none of us saw it.

I…read morehad some money from my birthday and decided to treat myself to a pair of professionally installed high quality speakers in my fancy station wagon, 2017 Durango. Daniel was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule after I missed the appointment I had made (which I still feel awful about!). There was a small spot for me to hang out and work during install. My "upgraded" factory Dodge stereo is not capable of blowing my bumping new Alpine R speakers. My son and I ensured the speakers passed all music type tests, much to the chagrin of the neighbors. I am thrilled with my new speakers! I drive to the car wash just to listen to them. They were also able to retain my backup camera by installing an aftermarket since my OEM camera wasn't compatible but no worries at all! Backup camera works and so does the new radio!
