I was told they did not want my 2014 Cayanne GTS in trade. I was told my bank loan was not acceptable and I needed to finance through them. I was not allowed access to Porsche Connect for days after taking delivery of the vehicle. I was told that their Porsche Pro would be reaching out to answer my questions and no one has. I was subsequently told that they had reached out and left voice mail, which is not true. I was told the car included active lane keeping (ALK) and it does not. When I asked additional times, I was treated like I was stupid and didn't know how to use it. In fact, the sales staff is still adamant that the car includes this feature that it clearly does not. read more

Unfortunately, the level of service provided did not meet my expectations. Specifically, I was in the middle of starting to work numbers and trade information on a vehicle I had looked at thoroughly, test drove, and talked to the sales consultant for a long period of time about. As we sat at the salesman's desk a gentleman approached saying he needed the keys to the car we were working on because it had been sold and was being shipped to one of auto nations dealerships in South Carolina. The salesman was completely caught off guard by this and showed his frustration to this gentleman. After the salesman went to talk to one of the managers he returned and said he was sorry, but the car had already been sold, and they never took it out of the system and there was nothing they could do. I was extremely disappointed by this because this car was exactly what I was looking for and was the only one on the lot that had the year, mileage, color, and specifications I desired. I then asked to talk to a manager who honestly could have cared less and said, "oh well". An experience like this is beyond infuriating, especially at a Porsche dealership who supposedly prides themselves over customer service. I asked the sales consultant to make sure the general manager of the dealership Mr. Ben Ellis called me immediately. I was told he would contact me soon but 24 hours later I have not received a call. To be honest with you, I knew going to Porsche of Orlando service like this was a possibility because back in 2020 I went through a similar experience. I was looking at a Macan and had to travel for work. The salesman called me during this time frame of me being away and said the car had arrived that we were looking at, and he would make sure to put it aside for the next couple of days "no deposit needed" until I returned just a few short days later. When I returned and went to the dealership the salesman apologized to me and said the car had been sold behind his back. I then ended up buying a Macan from another Porsche dealership. I thought giving Porsche of Orlando another opportunity many years later wouldn't be an issue but how I was so wrong. To have the car keys legitimately taken out of the salesman's hands as he works on a deal with a customer who really desires this car is beyond outrageous. Then to make things worse for that customer to be completely ignored is even more outrageous and downright infuriating. Let me state, the salesman was absolutely wonderful and was put in a bind by the incompetence of the dealership's management. The service dept is horrible. Had to bring my year old Cayenne in because one of the key fobs stopped working. Not only did they not fix the fob, but they damaged my car while it was there. Two days after picking it up I noticed scratches on the plastic panel on the driver's side door. They refuse to fix the panel or replace it. Had to take the car back because of the still not working key fob and it turns out that all that was wrong with it was it just needed to be reprogrammed after the battery died. Had I known their service was so bad I would have never bought the car. They don't return phone calls and they don't take responsibility for damaging my car. Porsche hid a transfer case issue from me and refuse to help on a car with 80K miles. Transfer case issues happened around 68K miles and during the transfer case "Extended Warranty" period. Spoke with Chanel and Michelle at Porsche North America (located in Michigan) who tell me Porsche Maitland has a Goodwill program available for things like this and they will help with either parts, labor, or the full cost. I speak with Drake at the dealer who tells me it's all lies and they don't do anything of the sorts. I won't be buying another Porsche and will make sure no one I know, or anyone who reads through X, TikTok, Reddit, Youtube, etc. buys one either without knowing of these lawsuits and what Porsche does to avoid paying warrantied items. read more

After buying a certified 2017 macan exactly one year ago it developed a leak in the rear passenger side. We were told when purchasing the car that it came with a bumper to bumper unlimited miles 2 year warranty. We have put about 10,000 miles on the car in the past year. The dealer called us to inform us that it is not under warranty because of a "known issue" with the macan where drain ports clog up and need to be cleaned. They said it would be about 5,000 for the repair! We met with the service manager and general manager who basically told us that it was not their problem, call porsche. We had the car in for warranty service twice in the past year and never did they mention this to us. As of now we are contacting porsche but will never use porsche of Orlando again! I would like to add that Joe, our service advisor has been nothing but exceptional to deal with, and Teddy our sales person also, it is just the management that does not care about its customers. read more

Horrible experience!!Purchased new Cayenne with tire replacement service plan. Firsttire replacement went well. A year later another flat tire which they said was not covered. We showed them plan and we thought everything was fine. Today we received a lien on the car from them for the tire replacement. My son was there with my husband this weekend as he was going to buy a Macan. No one mentioned anything, no calls, nothing but a nasty letter. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Gave a deposit a year and a half ago for a car with the understanding that I would have it within a year and pay MSRP for the car. Finally get the call that it was my turn to build my car (a year and a half later) just so I can be told it's $50,000 over MSRP. Bought my car with a full maintenance package 'nothing to pay for at least 2 years' - great... or so I thought. Very surprised that they wanted $2,500 for an oil change and spark plugs, and can find no record of the maintenance package I purchased. Over the course of the past 10 days, I've made 5 phone calls and been told that my plan was not registered, then that I had been sold the wrong plan and now I need a different plan which is going to cost, probably thousands more $$. They never call back when they say they will (how busy can they be in Finance, it's always dead), and are unhelpful and not interested in sorting out problems - other than to take more money from you, it seems. Still waiting for the call to tell me it's been sorted at no additional cost to me - although I doubt that very much. I'm having serious issues getting anything resolved. I was sold a lemon, it's been in the shop over 25 times . Months at a time! While it was under warranty I've complained on these same issues ,now it's become more serious. They're stating my steering rack needs replaced, it is a safety concern. Someone named Ryan within the Porsche corporate company said they will not be replacing or doing anything. The last Porsche executive said if these warranty items keep happening after the warranty they will fix them. They're all responsible for not thoroughly inspecting my car and pawning it on me knowing I have children at risk. I will never purchase a PORSCHE again, these cars lose value within a few years, even the rare model I have. The Porsche PCNA and Germany are all PATHETIC! They refuse to honor the warranty work and issues that were a result of poor workmanship even though it's on paper describing poor installation. The GM literally proved to the regional warranty mgr. that the steering rack was not from customer abuse, yet Todd refused to cover the parts and installation. Run, Don't give them your business. I took my car to the Porsche dealership in Maitland and they wanted to charge me $240 an hour to take my door panel off. The guy said it would take 2 hours, which made little sense. It was going to cause $480 just for them to take the panel off. So I took the car to German Excellence off Forsythe road in Winter Park. They set me up with an appointment for next Monday and I agree to look at the problem for $99. I will not be going back to the Porche Dealership in Maitland again. Well, nothing has changed. The exact reason I didn't buy my 2016 Porsche Cayman Black Edition is because of horrible customer service. I walked in and was kindly greeted by the front desk receptionist and nobody after that. The dealership was crowded with four people which included myself. The other people, a couple and one man. A salesman was helping the couple looking at a 718 GTS4 and the headed outside for a test drive. The other man walked back to the service area, which left me as the single customer. I had to walk over to a salesman sitting at his desk playing with his computer and checking his phone. Far right desk near the service area. I asked if the wing on the GTS4 was an aftermarket add on. He answered and not a single additional word. Not if I needed help, Not if I had any other questions? Nothing. Thank goodness, I don't have to drive to Porsche Tampa again. There's Porsche South now. I booked an appointment over the weekend to fix a recall on my cayenne. They asked me the reason for my visit so I told them about the recall (retrofit caps on the front left and right headlight) they confirmed the problem and set me up for Tuesday morning. I called Monday after work again to see if I could bring my car after work around 6 and drop it off so they could work on it the next morning. Drove 45 minutes after work got there Aaron told me they didn't see my name on any appointments and then proceeds to tell me that they don't have the parts in for the recall in which I respond by showing my confirmation email and the reason of the visit and Aaron was like o yea that is our email and this the location but couldn't offer me anything but an apology and that they'll contact me when they get it. My issue is that I understand y'all don't have the parts for the recall but why accept my appointment and had me drive 45 min there and back for no reason, waste of time and gas. Y'all should have told me on the phone instead of having me waste my time especially since I called twice. Porsche Orlando - Email confirmation and reasoning for my visit - Car Dealers Near Me - Maitland, Florida

On March 22, 2022 i was told by Porsche Orlando of Maitland Florida that my car was due for a recall. I asked them what part and they could not tell me which part. I told them I will need a loaner car if it will take long so they gave me a loaner car. I asked them to complete on oil change and do a full inspection of the vehicle. One week later the dealership called me and told me my car was ready. Upon picking up my car, I noticed that there was no inspection paperwork so I asked the advisor if an inspection was done. He said "umm yea we did an inspection" and I said how can I see the results of the inspection and he looked through the papers and couldn't find the inspection sheet, then replied "yes they did an inspection and everything is good". I then asked which part was it that was changed during the recall, and he told me "it was the.." then looked at the paper and read off the name of the part. I asked him where that part was in the car and he said he's not sure. I then took the car home and while driving home my girlfriend noticed that the car sounded different. I told her it is driving ok. Maybe because of the part they fixed. The care seemed to be driving fine, but then within the same week of me getting it back, I was driving on the highway and turned on the cruise control. Within 20 min the transmission went out and I had to pull over. The car would not switch into gears. I towed the car back to Porsche of Orlando in maitland Florida where this time they denied me the loaner car and said they could just give me a ride home and not a ride back to the dealer ship. I rented a car. They then called me that Monday and told me they received the car but will check it out later this week. One day later they told me they did a check and the transmission has a fault they don't repair and only replace for $16000. I told him I don't have that much money. He Then said I owe $247 for the checkup. I told him They didn't even call me to say how much the checkup was. Then he said "uhh I tried to tell you that yesterday." I asked him what did u do to check, did u just hook it to the computer and he said yes. That's all they can do without taking it apart. Then he put me on hold and then said don't worry the checkup is free. My car was driving perfectly with no issues since I bought it. It's really messed up that they called me in for a recall then worked on a part that connects to my suspension and transmission, one week later my transmission has a fault and they assume no responsibility and leave me with a broken car, no backup car, $16,000 bill, and $8,000 left to pay back to the car loan. I'm really disappointed in Porsche Orlando, as I expected a higher quality of care for my vehicle, and a 5 star customer experience. I don't know if they broke my car intentionally since I declined a $3000 service B that same day or if they just do sloppy mechanic work but it's really said I was a victim today. They first inform me the part is in stock and so I pay for them for overnight delivery. Afterwards, they inform me the part isn't in stock and after a couple of days of waiting they finally ship the part not overnight but instead FedEx ground. Image...after searching for months, you find the next vehicle of your dreams! It was time to take it to the next step, go see the vehicle and test drive it. You call to make an appointment to drive it, receptionist takes a message and said, "I will have someone call you back, everyone is busy at the moment". You think to yourself, they may be selling my car, "Go get it and go now"! You walk into a top of the line luxury branded dealership, where everyone is greeting you with a smile. You are prepared, i.e. credit score and bank pre-approval. You test drive the car and you love it! You then sit down with your salesman named Andreas to get the ball rolling. He then offers you a reasonably great unexpected amount for your trade-in, but you don't bat an eye. Then you negotiate a comfortable purchase price, going with the bank of your choice, getting the monthly payment which you desire. That's it..the deal is done, you are now in your Audi. It was around 7:30pm and all the car detailers were gone for the day, with no vehicle detail or spare key, you still leave ecstatic. Knowing that all your hard work is paying off. You are upgrading your life, little by little, day by day, and your future is bright. NEXT The next day, while laying on the beach, I get a voicemail from Andreas saying, "Please give me a call as soon as possible, it is pretty important". I call back, but instead of speaking with him, he has me speak with the financial closer Rob. Rob says, "unfortunately there is a recall on your car and you have to bring it back". Okay, so it's April, I didn't panic. I had a good time with with him the evening before, they just may be playing an April fools joke on me. Rob say to me again, "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do, it is AUTONATIONS policy not to sell a vehicle that has a recall on it". I immediately start to feel disappointment, and I said to Rob "I don't know what to tell you, I have to think about everything and get back with you. Rob says, I am sorry, it's my fault, I should have checked. I said, how could it be your fault, it should have never been put out on the lot to begin with, "who's job is that"? Andreas calls me back 5 minutes later, and I tell him how it's going to work. I did what any intelligent person would do at the time, why should I pay for their mess up? I said, if you want me to bring it back, you have to "Find me a non recall Cayenne or Audi with equal or less mileage, equal or newer year, and it can only be white or black. Once you do that, send me the information on the vehicle and I will bring it back." On Monday morning, I begin my due diligence. I go through all my sales docs, call Audi, call my lawyer, and I go online and screen shot all the same Audi's that is for sale through Autonation with the same year. So surprising that would be currently selling many of these same vehicle's if that is their policy. I also realize that I have signed a document already that clears the dealer from any harm, if anything were to happen to me from a recall item. I think to myself, so why do they really want this vehicle back? I follow-up with this Andreas, asking him if they have a new vehicle for me. He then tells me again that Rob will call me back. Rob calls me back that same afternoon, then to tell me "We will work on getting you a new vehicle in the next 2-3 days, but what is important is your safety. If you were to get in an accident, there is a possibility that you can die"! SPEECHLESS Because I did my due diligence, I found out from Audi, that the recall was for the airbags and they have not had ANY issues or deaths from this recall and it's merely something that they found should be upgraded to prevent anything in the future. I then repeat everything I told Andreas on Saturday. Rob then says to me "At this point, we can come take the vehicle back"! WOW...this keeps getting worse. Remembering Robs words "Our typical buyers are old Doctors, like that guy"! At this point, I was feeling like they could care less about me, its about business! Is this house they treat... After being harasses and threaten, I thought to take it to the next level. I left a voicemail for the General Manager Andrew Parkinson. A couple of days went by, they finally said "The document that we needed to sign, you have signed it. I am sorry you feel that way, to make it up I will pay for your 1st Oil Change. WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE! I am a Residential Real Estate Broker Owner, 31years of age, female, and African American. I BOUGHT A 2012 AUDI Q5 FROM PORSCHE OF ORLANDO ON APRIL 22, 2016. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. **Autonation should be ashamed to own such a top of the line dealership, that has employed a General and Financial Manager whom believe that it is ok to treat ANY person in such a manner.** Andreas was the ONLY pleasant person throughout this process! My relationship with PoO (not a good acronym!) has been a little on the hot/cold side. When I test-drove 4 years ago, there was scant follow-up, which was fine by me - I love Porsches, but I can't abide by their take-no-prisoner approach to pricing. Just by way of an example, having the air vent slats match the exterior color would set you back over $200 in a Boxster! When I got my "Orange Crush" somewhere else, I brought it here for service just to do right by a special car. I had an electrical issue from water intrusion 2 years ago that resulted in thousands of dollars of damage: they almost didn't stand by me to have it repaired under warranty, but they eventually went to bat for me. But I did NOT get the support from them when my rag top had premature creases that became minor tears; they looked at it at first and said, "yeah - that shouldn't be", but later changed their tune and proclaimed it "normal". I shoulda had a new top under warranty. Also, they sometimes have a weird approach to customer service that makes me feel like a second class citizen - take last week, when I called to have my vehicle looked at for a minor problem; I was mysteriously asked to call back the next day to see if anything opened up, instead of them calling ME! You pay a premium taking your car here, no question, but they WILL take care of you because you're a regular customer. The problem last week came from the AC drain tube coming off, causing my carpeting on the pax side to be soaked when I use the AC. They fixed it for me gratis, even though my Baby is now out of warranty. Sure it was a minor thing, as I know it was, but it's still a nice gesture, and the right thing to do. read more

Over the past 15 years, I've purchased over 10 new Porsches...mostly 911s but a few Boxsters and a Cayenne along the way. When I moved to South Florida, I was worried about finding a good dealership that would offer fair pricing and great service. South Florida is a hotbed for performance cars and there is no shortage of Porsche dealerships in the area. When I was ready to order a new 911, I reached out to 3 local dealerships and 2 that were outside the immediate area. I was lucky enough to come across Justice Milsom at Porsche of Orlando. Not only was he very responsive to all of my questions during the process, he provided pricing that I considered very fair for a Porsche. I also worked with Ben Cowart in the Finance department and he was also great to deal with. Although I did not require dealer financing for my purchase, Ben presented me with leasing options and the obligatory extended warranty options. He did not pressure me into buying anything that I didn't want to buy. Very professional. I was more than happy to make the 3 hour drive to pick up my new car and I will be happy to do so again when I order my next car. Critical: Professionalism I am using my friends computer. My first experience with Porsche of Orlando in Maitland was terrible. I just had to walk away. I have a passion with a Miami Blue 718 Porsche 2020. Anyway, I decided to give them a second chance. Went in an bought the car on Fathers Day 6/21/2020 for over 87 thousand. I spoke with the manager and then made me deal with Teddy Lawrence. The same day I bought the car I told him that the calipers were stained by the detailing guy. I send him pictures of before and after the facts. He asked me, what do you want done? I said you need to do it right its not a cheap car. It has been two month and the only answer I get from Teddy, I will call you back today after I talk to my GM. Never got and answer. Today I regret buying the car there. (From 2015) Found a Porsche Boxster S in an online dealer ad and called (they were open on Sunday!) and made arrangements to drive and buy if as advertised. They also put a hold on the car, needing no security, to be sure it was there when I was and off we went. I have never had as positive and smooth a car buying experience as this (and that is quite a lot). They were just finishing up the car in prep as we arrived exactly on the minute scheduled. The car being in service (new tires in the rear and near new front) did allow me perform my static prebuy inspection and examine the car from standing underneath and poking and probing as I needed and the car was in stellar condition. Given the keys, and off for a thorough test drive in which saw me (stupidly) get a bit lost. No biggie... Loved the condition, bought the car for my wife as a B-day gift. Ahem, though they did fail to mention full front, mirror and windshield top frame with expel coverage (sweet!), built in Escort radar/laser detector w/shifter and in mirror display (discreetly built into the smokers package ashtray, cha-ching again) and much later I was to discover it had a fully funded Porsche 50k mile service package I was not told about. That was a really big deal and the same as cash in hand come service time. like finding about 2500 rolled up on the ground just for the remaining services... When I was in the market to purchase a car these guys provided stellar service. Now that I have had the car for nearly a year, they are radio silent. My emails used to be answered within 24 hours. Now they are completely ignored. They made me a service appointment on their own and then when I showed up with the car they asked me why I was there. Uhhhhh....you tell me! You made me the appointment. Anyway, they thought I would have 10,000 miles on the car within 6 months. I did not. So they washed the car and checked the fluid levels. Then they reset the oil change notice so it has been on in my car for the past month. Ugh. Now that I have finally reached 10,000 miles I will go in for service, but I doubt I would ever purchase from them again given that they do not have a body shop and don't really care about the customer after they buy the car. read more
