In 2020 we bought a used car from Holler. They treated us very well. They made it so easy - no haggling, no hidden fees. They gave me a great trade-in on my car. Then, we had the idea that we needed to replace that car (which was still in good shape). We saw a number of great prices on what we wanted, but each time, we saw reviews saying that there were hidden fees. Then we remembered Holler. No hidden fees. No haggling. No arm-twisting. And good prices. So, last week, we bought another used car from them. Same open, patient treatment. They didn't offer the greatest price on the trade-in, so we went elsewhere for that. But Holler gave us a good deal, and they've really earned our confidence. read more

I am very sad to write this review. This is because I referred my friend due to my previous amazing outstanding salesman (withholding the name) it all was really good until my friend was told that she lost the 941 credit for the school deal because she did not get her funds until Tuesday 8/4 when the deal ended. However, this is the fact: she was highly encouraged to go ahead and sign paperwork to hold the car until her funds could come through on Monday 8/3 but never put any money down and trusted this dealer with the information. Not being able to come in until Tuesday 8/4 due to circumstances beyond her control, they actually told her that she lost her credit for the $941.oo! Are we missing something here? She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. You needed to do the right thing and honor my friend with the $941 credit as she would not have ever been there WITHOUT ME PRAISING YOUR CAR DEALERSHIP THOUGH IT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT MANAGER LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT MY OWN VEHICLE. Written with facts without emotional slandering. Thank you. read more

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Holler Honda. They have the best price guarantee so there isn't any haggling, the price you see is the best price. They also don't work on commission so they aren't just trying to make a sale so they can get their piece of the pie. Peter was absolutely fantastic! This was the fourth car i've purchased from a dealership and I've never had the sales rep be as knowledgeable as Peter was. I was SO impressed! It was apparent that he cares about what he does and is passionate about it enough to take the time to learn EVERYTHING. He gave me an in depth response for every question is asked. I can't say enough good things about him! We dealt with Mike for finance and he was wonderful too, talked me through the paperwork and add-ons and was patient while I asked all the questions. Lastly, Wiz was super friendly and helped with my trade in. Overall, this was a great buying experience and i'm so happy with my new car! read more

Holler Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Excellent service. I got my first Honda with Holler Honda many years ago and returned several times to get cars from them and the service and attention they give has always been top notch. I have since moved to Tampa and wish all the Honda dealerships were just like Holler. Keep up the great work! read more

Horrible customer service. I began a lease with Holler Honda on 08/27 and the experience at the dealership was fine. My experience since then has been unacceptable. I don't usually leave bad reviews, however I feel compelled to in this case. I live out of state. I leased the car while visiting family in FL, as my car had given me a little trouble on the roadtrip down. I left the dealership with FL issued temporary tags that expired on 09/25. On 09/25, after several phone calls regarding insurance/registration questions I had, I called the dealership again because I was unclear on how to proceed with permanent registration of the vehicle. Long story short, I was instructed that I would need to drive 287 to my previous county of residence to register the car as that's the address they had on file and they told me I would be unable to register it at my new local DMV. I told them I did it hard to believe that is my only option. The guy I was speaking with, Michael Marcinowski in finance, told me "that was a decision you made when you decided to move," and that the vehicle title was being sent to my previous county. Essentially "it's already in the system, nothing we can do." Despite his condescending attitude, after calling both DMVs and being told the vehicle needs to be registered at my new permanent address, I sent Michael a follow-up email that same day to confirm my only option was to drive back to my previous county of residence. There was no response. A few days later I forwarded and cc'd the general manager the email, seeking clarification, and once again got no response. Yesterday, I took the day off of work, drove 4.5 hours to register this vehicle. The DMV did not have the title. I called the dealership and spoke with another gentleman, David Stevenson, who essentially told me Michael never said that, title will come in the mail, there was no need to visit the DMV in person. I explained to him, no - this is what Michael said I had to do. And his response was to tell me I'm wrong, I must have misunderstood Michael. I referred back to my email, where I had sought clarification. David had also seen the email as Michael had conveniently been out of office for days, justifying Michael's lack of response. That leaves me with the question, if I'm forwarding the email to the GM, it's being passed to other employees to handle, why the lack of communication? Why didn't anyone in the building respond? I'm failing to understand why it took me 9 hours on the road, a day off of work, 600mi on my new lease, dozens of phone calls, to get an answer. "The title will be mailed to you." This place is despicable. They disrespected me, my time, and my money. I still haven't heard back from the GM despite numerous requests. I don't know if Michael is simply incompetent or if my moving addresses created extra desk work, but it's unacceptable. On behalf of the whole dealership this is completely unacceptable. My email sat for 5 days, passed over numerous desks, and went unanswered while I drove around on expired tags. I wanted a solution and no one wanted to say anything until I was 300mi from home in a DMV parking lot, angry and demanding answers. Between the $300 it cost me to take a day off work, the 600mi of driving, the cost of gas, and the unnecessary stress they added to my life, I want answers. read more

I bought my first Honda here during the pandemic. Had a great experience then, and I'll usually bring my car in for services here now. There was only one time where I was quoted a ridiculous amount of money for 4 new tires and I remember turning around and looking at their black board right there in the middle of the service center area and seeing the summer special going on for tires and asking: "So, why can't I get in on that deal?" What do you know, he went back to talk to someone and I got in on it. Maybe he was new. Also, I would say, go on their website and check out the service specials they've got going on. I have never had a problem with them honoring the coupons I bring in. Granted; its more expensive to get your car serviced here then say, Firestone or Tiresplus but if anything happens to the car and they've serviced it, they take responsibility for it. While you're waiting there's an area that has surprisingly great coffee, and snacks. Make sure you make an appointment for your service or you risk being turned away due to unavailability; especially if its days before a holiday. read more

We purchased a brand-new 2026 Honda Prelude for my daughter, and Mario in sales and Fernando in finance were excellent. Unfortunately, the experience with management was completely unacceptable. We discovered scratches on a dealer-installed spoiler that cost approximately $1,500 before leaving the dealership. Instead of trying to resolve a simple issue, General Manager Roger Deally became extremely aggressive, screamed profanity at us, got in my face, and created a situation so hostile that my daughter and I genuinely believed it could become physical. Jeffrey Berlan actually tried to help and de-escalate the situation, so I do not blame him. Wisner Presume and Miguel were also terrible in how they handled the situation. Instead of trying to understand what had happened, they simply followed the chaos and pushed us out of the dealership. What should have been a happy first new-car purchase for my daughter turned into a humiliating and frightening experience. American Honda seriously needs to review the management at Holler Honda. read more

If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I recommend considering a different dealership. I bought a brand new 2026 CR-V from here in March. On my drive home from the dealership I realized that the radio volume knob did not work. I called the dealership and came back to have it checked. They ordered the part and called to let me know it was backordered and would take several weeks/months to arrive. The part came in on May 8th. I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. There was an issue on their end and they had to cancel my appointment and asked that I wait until they called me back. No one ever called me back and it turns out that the technician who worked on my car no longer worked there. When I contacted them they have consistently had issues finding my account and finding record of the issue with my vehicle. When someone finally called me back, they had to re-order the part. Now I'm here on August 22. Apparently, the issue is much more extensive than just the volume knob and they have to order an entire new display. Now I have to come back again to have it replaced. I have wasted so much time with this dealership. The people have been nice but mostly unhelpful. I am sure others have had a great experience here but I have not. This is the 3rd brand new Honda that I've bought (first two were from a different dealership) and I have never had issues like I did here. read more

I contacted Holler Honda online to inquire about a car purchase. I received an email from an online specialist and we spoke about the deal. That part was fine. However, during a span of less than 4 hours Trent from Holler Honda called me 4 times, after leaving a voicemail the 1st time he called. When I answered on the 4th call and called him out on this he automatically played victim and got defensive. Absolutely obsessive, pushy, and unprofessional behavior from Trent. I do not recommend unless you plan on blocking their number. read more

Never going back. I called this location and spoke with the parts department about replacing my cars dead battery. I was quoted around $369 but was told by Michael I have a 40% off coupon on the battery as he was looking at my account and the battery had a warranty. I clarified with the rep that my car was purchased used in 2022 from Toyota down the road. He assured me that the warranty still transferred to me. I drove 30 minutes out of my way and waited 10-15 minutes in my car to be seen at the service center. Carlos was the service rep who came out to help me, i told him to make sure they don't shut my car off because the battery is dead and i wanted to verify pricing of the service. At his desk he pulled up numbers to provide a quote and sure enough it was for the full cost of service without the 40% off that the rep in the parts center gave me. I told him that was unacceptable. I only went to this location because I checked the price and it was cheaper than any other parts store with the discount. He brought me to the manager and explained the situation and the manager sat there and told me there's nothing they could do, it was a training error and threw the parts guy under the bus. Complete bait and switch and terrible customer service. Told them I would get the service done elsewhere so they could bring my car around. Waited another 10-15 minutes for them to bring my car back because they shut the engine off and had to jump the battery again. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS HONDA. Go to to another non-Holler Honda. This is an update to a previous review. That being, "I got quoted $160 over the phone, and when I showed up, they quoted me around $360. The managers told me that while I clearly told them what I needed done, they were not going to honor what they told me over the phone (they pulled the phone call log). I went to one of their locations and the service person was incredibly rude and they accidentally locked my car key in my car and made me wait an hour. Joshua has ignored my emails as well. I have wasted hours of my time due to their incompetence." I went to another Honda that was not a Holler Honda, and they charged me $194 for a new key. I think it is bad for business to misquote and charge $166 more than your other Honda dealerships for the same job. read more

11/7/2025 complaint is battery leaking and George Lopez service advisor said would clean it and all is good. A quick google search suggested this wasn't truthful. Had to argue with them then reluctantly he said they changed the battery per warranty. Holler Honda - Waiting area and entrance doors - Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Andrew "Andy" Loney at Holler Honda in Orlando, and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. From the very beginning, Andy was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He took his time with us, never rushed, and answered every question with expertise. It honestly felt like he knew everything about every car we looked at, which gave us so much confidence throughout the process. What stood out the most was how fair and genuine Andy was. At no point did we feel pressured--he listened, guided, and supported us as we carefully considered our options. In the end, after much deliberation, we decided to purchase a different type of SUV from another brand. But I want to be clear: that decision had absolutely nothing to do with Andy. In fact, we loved working with him so much that we truly hated not buying from him. Our family walked away with a deep appreciation for Andy, both for his professionalism and his kindhearted approach. He is truly an asset to Holler Honda, and he gave us a first-class car-buying experience. If we ever decide to purchase a car in the future, Andy will be the first person we call. read more

I walked into Holler Honda ready to buy. We went over the numbers, I agreed to the deal, and I told them I'd be back in two weeks with the rest of the money after doing my trade-in. They didn't hesitate -- they took my $1,000 down payment, walked out to the lot, and put a big SOLD sign on the car with my name on it. I watched it happen. I even have a video of it sitting there, "reserved" for me. At that moment, I trusted them. I thought, This is my car. Two days later, while scrolling online, I saw something strange... the exact same car was back on their website. My stomach dropped. I drove by the lot just to be sure -- and there it was again, for sale like nothing had ever happened. No one called me. No one emailed me. No one said a word. When I called to arrange my pickup, the sales rep casually told me, "Oh, we sold it on Monday." My pickup day was supposed to be Thursday. They had sold my car to someone else while still holding my $1,000 deposit, and I had to find out by calling them. As I write this, it's been over a week. I still don't have my money back. There's been no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency to make it right. What happened here isn't just bad business -- it's a complete betrayal of trust. They made a promise, took my money, marked the car as sold to me, and then broke that promise without the decency of telling me. If you value honesty, integrity, and basic respect, do yourself a favor: skip Holler Honda. read more

Honesty and integrity should be the cornerstone of any business, and Holler Honda service staff and it's GM Roger Deally are neither. A friend of mine purchased a Honda Pilot there with full warranty coverage. He went in for an issue that took over a week to resolve. Meanwhile, with the car parked outside at Holler Honda, rodents ate through the wiring. Holler Honda is now requiring my friend to use his insurance to file a claim for the alleged $4.6K repair, when they are 100% responsible for the damage that occurred due to poor pest management practices. So do yourself a favor and purchase and service your vehicles from literally ANYONE else! read more

I've been taking my little ole 2013 honda civic here for years for maintenance. I've never had a problem. Natalie Guedez was awesome. Very responsive and personable. Very informative. However, there was some miscommunication on their part about the way they charge their diagnostic fee that seems very shady. They weren't very upfront about it and I ended up having to pay diagnostic fee on top of repairs when I was told the diagnostic fee would be applied toward the maintenance cost. Well, it wasn't and because I feel the manager handled it poorly, was unapologetic and didn't even have the balls to look me in the eye and explain it to me, I'll be taking my service elsewhere. They had our 2021 Pilot for a week to fix an ac part covered by warranty. During the week they had the car, rodents got into the engine compartment and ate through some wiring. While unfortunate, I assumed they would tell us that they were fixing the damage and it would be an extra day or two. WOW were we wrong. They hold no responsibility and have told us it will be $4,600 to fix the damage that happened while they had our car. The service manager used phrases like "what do you expect us to do, guard the cars in the parking lot from rodents at night?" He said it's our problem so call our insurance company and that maybe our insurance will fight it and then their insurance will cover the damage. I showed up to have a conversation with the GM, Roger Deally but he was too busy to talk to me and I was told to email him. Well, it's been 4 business days and he apparently doesn't have the time to respond. So now we have to tow it somewhere else to get it fixed as I refuse to give them any money even if it's insurance money. Of course now we have a deductible to pay and our insurance will probably go up on the next renewal. So much for a quick warranty repair. read more

Buyer beware. Take a mechanic with you and inspect the car from top to bottom. Don't sign on the dotted line till all your expectations have been met. Then was told it would be clean if I came back which is quite an inconvenience since I live over an hour away. Car was never filled up on purchase. Half a tank was put in when I came the second time to get it cleaned since during sales promises it was not.
