Monica helped us purchase our Suburban and she made us feel so comfortable. She was very honest and up front. She worked really hard to get us a good deal along with her manager. I would definitely recommend seeing her, she is so sweet and truly cares about her customers. Matt from finance was also great and helped us lower our monthly payment. Thank you guys!!

DON'T BUY YOUR CAR FROM THEM. I bought a 2015 BMW-i3 2 weeks ago. It stopped twice. So I asked for a return. They refused for following their 5 days return policy. It was taken to the BMW service center. I was told that the battery was damaged by total discharge which means they sold a vehicle that already has a big issue that no one would never buy. But even knowing all these issues, this rich general manager refused to return the money back. And told me one of the option for me is to fix the battery out of my pocket which costs $16,000 to $30,000. I bought the car for $12,000. Or that can only exchange the vehicle but I have to buy same or more expensive car. I looked it up on their site, and I can't find any car that I can afford or feel safe to drive. I am a disabled US Army veteran. And I don't make enough money. All I wanted was buy a car so I can go to work and make money to support my wife and three babies. I asked them to understand my situation that there's no way for customer to find out the battery issue within their 5 day policy. But they did not care. I am having migraine and can not breath like I used to and my relationship with my wife is screwed because what this rich man is doing to me. Please don't go my fellow veterans. They will rip you off. And don't care how you are.

Everyone is polite & friendly here but they tried to sell me a car without disclosing a previous accident, which I fortunately discovered.

Little did I know that I would be referred recently to this small retail dealer when my son's SUV was totaled in a multiple car crash (my son was shaken but okay). When my son identified one of the cars offered online on his list of possible makes and models, we checked the hours of the dealer and realized we needed to wait until morning to check it out in person. Of course, the wait allowed us time to look in depth at the Carfax History that is provided FREE OF CHARGE!! I found that many dealers require you to purchase it. My son, brother-in-law, and I arrived right around opening time and talked with Pete, one of the managers. Pete worked quickly with the necessary paperwork and releases so we could take the desired car for a test drive. My son confirmed with my brother-in-law and me that he did want to purchase the car, and after some negotiation and arrangements, he purchased the car. In our county's current car shortage situation, a decision needed to be made sooner than later. Pete was great to work with - he knows the vehicles and history - and explained the whole purchase process and what each disclosure, agreement, and acknowledgement meant. No worries here about the "old-time" car salesman routine! I whole-heartedly recommend the dealer because of Pete and Mike, the owner, and the quality of cars. Although the inventory is smaller than a regular dealer, checking it out is worth your time.

You can get a cold bottle of water with the Lexus logo on it.You can get snacks. You can get a nice loaner car while yours is being serviced. Unfortunately, none of those things are what truly matter. What matters are the people. The people answering the phones. The people communicating with customers. The people solving problems. The people deciding whether the customer matters or not. One of them is Ismarely Justiniano.Another is Morgan Allen.Another is Scott -- not even officially a service advisor yet, but trying to help.Another is Sal Sardisco -- the manager in service. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. They made it feel like someone actually cared. That is the true value of a luxury brand. And if that culture ever disappears, customers notice it immediately. I am still a Lexus owner. And I'm still proud to be one. But Lexus should never forget: People build brands -- not buildings- maybe snacks- haha

Honestly, getting an appointment lately has been frustrating because of the system change -- the website kept glitching and refreshing, and when I tried calling, no one picked up. Not the best first impression... but I'm glad I decided to stop by in person anyway. The dealership itself is very spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience much better. One of the advisors there was absolutely gorgeous -- seriously looked like she could be modeling -- but beyond that, everyone was professional and helpful. Even though there weren't any openings for the same day, they really worked with me to secure an appointment and made the process feel smooth after all the earlier frustration. I appreciated them taking the time to help instead of just turning me away. Overall, a very positive experience so far. Let's see how everything goes when I come back next week for the actual service, but first impressions inside the dealership were great!

The service department experience was even more concerning. I had to return multiple times due to incomplete or delayed repairs, communication was non existent unless I followed up myself, and promised services such as detailing were never completed. While the vehicle was in their care, the leather on driver's seat was damaged. The proposed "repair" was to glue and paint over the damage rather than replace the affected panel. They took no responsibility even though the damage happened in their care and their resolution unacceptable. Of further concern, personal documents went missing from my vehicle while it was in their care, and there was an unexplained few hundred mile increase during one of the 10 day service periods. Despite raising these issues, there was no accountability or resolution. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and raises serious concerns about the standards behind their certified pre-owned program and their slogan "buy smart, be happy." From my experience, honesty, accountability and a happy customer is NOT their priority. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution if at all. **Ive added before and after pictures of the ripped seat. Keep in mind the seat was ripped in their care before I even took possession of the car after purchasing. Its unacceptable how they claim to have fixed. Im trying to escalate but no one returns calls there.

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!
