As I walked out -- politely and professionally -- the manager literally shouted my name twice across the lot, like a commander giving orders. It was high‑pressure, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I felt more like I was being summoned than treated as a customer. I'm looking for the right car, not a sales ambush. Due to some unexpected issues with our new vehicle, I've had to visit the Massey Service Department four times over the past three months. While the emissions problem itself has been difficult to diagnose, the service team has been outstanding. They helped us file a TAC case with GM and consistently made sure we had rental vehicles so we were never left in a bind. I've worked with Rick, Bobby, and Tammy, and each of them has delivered service well above typical dealership standards. Tammy, especially, has taken the lead on our case in keeping us updated, offering helpful recommendations, and guiding us through the process of working with GM's customer service. I highly recommend this dealership for any GM service needs. Just a heads-up: they're currently undergoing major construction, and the parking lot can be tricky to navigate. Extremely disappointed in the Massey team. Reached out to them regarding a 26 Blackwing last week. Was told it was available, in stock. I followed up a few times on the status and was told was undergoing pre inspection since it had just been delivered I asked for a quote (Monday) which Brandon the new car sales manager sent, along with a follow up call for questions since it was an out of state purchase. I asked to put a deposit down and was told they would have the finance person call me. No call (Tuesday) from them so I called and they said "sorry, our sales manager will call you tonight." No call that night. Wed they call back and I tell them nobody called me, I'm pushing to get the deal done and pay. They apologized and said somebody would call. No call all day (Wed) so I finally called back only to be told that they sold the car to a local guy. "Sorry." I wasted 1 week trying to buy a car only to be mislead and ultimately screwed over. I had started moving funds and financing as well as looking at plane tickets to pick the car up on Friday. At least have the courtesy to call and say the car was sold, but just ghosting a customer is unacceptable on any level. If this is how they treat customers during the purchase process I can't imagine what it's like if you have an issue post sale. Massey left a bad taste in my mouth and definitely fit the stereotype of a typical dealership. Consider alternatives, especially if you are an out of state customer. read more

Purchased a 2026 Escalade on October 31, 2025. They owed us 1 key and said to send them the invoice when we ordered one from our local dealership, did that in November and it is now May 26, 2026, still have not received the check for the almost $1000 key that we purchased. Have reached out to them dozens of times and no one ever gets back to you. They just want your money, they are terrible. I would never purchase a vehicle from them and would tell anyone to steer clear if they don't want to get screwed. Next stop is contacting corporate. read more

Regardless of the bad reviews, I gave this dealership a chance. Danny was my sales person and let me tell you he was so professional, the service was amazing. We were in and out in no time. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, but I can guarantee you if you asked for Danny to be your service advisor he will take care of you. Mike the sales representative at Massey Cadillac of Northern Orlando was the most rude car salesman I ever met. I told him it was important to me to ensure that any car I buy is United Auto Worker (UAW) approved. A UAW approved vehicle means a majority of the labor and parts are from the United States. As a result many of the cars I purchased in the past were Cadillacs that were UAW approved. He tells me (in a snarky tone) to "keep my political views to myself.". I told him that I am not buying a car from Massey and that I will walk back to the dealership (we were already driving away from the dealership). As I am walking away he shouts "there is something wrong with me" etc. I will never spend over $100,000 from a company that employs such rude employees. read more

I've never written a bad review before, but after today I feel like I have to share my experience. I was preapproved through USAA for a 2012 Mustang they had on the lot. When I spoke with Paul, I was completely upfront that my plan was to purchase the car, fly down, and drive it back to Massachusetts. While waiting for the purchase agreement, I was asked what my interest rate was through USAA. After I shared that information, I was suddenly told they were "pausing out-of-state financing." I was then given two options: either pay cash and handle the registration and title myself, or have my father in Orlando buy the car and transfer it to me later. It felt like they simply didn't want to move forward because I was financing through USAA and they wouldn't make money on the loan. The sad part is, I didn't even try to negotiate the price -- I was ready to buy as-is. Very disappointing experience, especially as a military member who expected better treatment. read more

My wife found a beautiful clean 2017 Escalade and I called the dealership and got a salesman who is extremely rude and to be honest with you just an ass. My wife talked to the manager and we came to an agreement to purchase the car. During the buying process they are all warm and fuzzy around you but after the sale it's "see ya later sucker" my wife and I bought an Escalade from them over the Internet and had it shipped to their sister store here in Atlanta. Like I said, during the buying process, they were as good as gold but not too long afterwards the car developed a problem with thermostat. I figured because it was just three and a half weeks after the sale that they would honor any minor problem we had, but this is what we got. I'm including the text. "Sorry to hear that Stephanie. Our corporation does not include any warranty. " Not nothing, if you don't stand behind your product then you don't believe in it. I took in my 2022 Escalade to Massey Cadillac North a week and a half ago. Margaret is my service advisor and is always very professional and attentive to my needs. There was some extra attention that needed to be taken care of, so Margaret had Billy Waddle come in to see what could be done. Billy is also always very professional, courteous, and polite. He is also very soft-spoken and very easy to communicate with. Billy was able to resolve my i warranty issues in a timely manner so I was only out of my Escalade a couple of days. As a footnote, Billy Waddle is the very reason we started going to Massey Cadillac North. Our 2022 Escalade is our fifth Escalade from Massey. I contacted them to pre-order 2025 Escalade V. They said come on in and get it done. I show up to dealership, which looks like an abandoned warehouse, but I was fine with it as it is a building from the 1950's. I go inside, I meet with "Mike", asked a few questions, he begins by bashing Cadillac, talking negatively for the way they handle things, then pulls up screen that says every thing I wanted has "order restrictions" on it. Meaning, I could not order anything. Only saying "it may change". So I drove 45 minutes, excited to order my dream SUV, only to get a sales guy bashing the company he works for and literally acts like he could care less about me coming there to order. I would suggest that when your service advisors are offering loaner cars they clarify that it's a rental from another dealership. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and seemingly helpful. We came here for their VIP event. There was good food, music, drinks, and prize drawings. Their showroom is relatively large and has many models to preview. My favorite is the Escalade. It's very large and comfortable. 07' Escalade Ext unfortunately let me down while backing out of a parking spot near dealership. The vehicle wouldn't shift out of reverse. Once I stopped engine I couldn't even restart it. I call dealership for a tow, but they referred to the roadside assistance. They regular tech was out and I was fortunately able to have Cody show up. Although not normally allowed to do anything other than jump starts or key lock outs Cody went under the truck and reattached the broken shift linkage. We were able to drive to dealership. Once there Cody took lead and sourced broken part and had us out of there in less than couple hours. Highly recommend. I live 1.5hours drive from this dealership. Great job TEAM...... read more

New car sales might be different but we bought a 2019 used Yukon and we've had all kinds of issues trying to get items we bought, from the upgraded tire protection program and warranty to the headphones and remote that was advertised with the car. We finally have most of the issues worked out, but we're at almost a year in and now and we're still without entertainment headphones and remote, after being promised they are on the way, or they are ready for pick up. Only to be told by someone else the next time that they have no idea what we are talking about, until we reach someone whom we've spoken before and the whole painful process happens all over again. Newest person tonight that told my wife that he didn't believe anyone would have told us we were ever going to be sent the items we purchased included with the vehicle has been the icing on the cake. On Tuesday 01/31/2023 I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4. On Sunday 02/05/2023 I went to full the gas tank and realized this car recommends high octane gas. This was not mentioned to me during the sales process. This would have been a deal breaker for me. I drive on average 20K miles a year. The gas is costly enough without high octane gas. I understand this is an honest mistake but they need to have a check list of items to be sure to cover during each transaction. I cannot believe in 2023 automakers build an engine that recommends high octane gas. read more

Wow what an amazing staff and an amazing event to show off the new 2019 Cadillac! We walked in and was right away greeted by the front desk staff. We found a seat and started taking pictures around the whole place! I really wish I would remember names! There was a very kind woman who came up to us and told us to get drinks and food in the back along with taking pictures at their photo booth station! The rear tail light assembly had to be replaced. No problem -- just $1200 later and it doesn't match my other tail light, even though they said it was a factory light. Well, my other is too! Now it looks ridiculous! They also said my radiator had a leak in it. Why in the world would they even look at my radiator?! Had a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation and full multipoint inspection. Had a coupon and they were shown the coupon at check in. Charged full price, had to have that adjusted. Then had tire blow out on highway days later. I looked at the invoice and they had never actually done a tire rotation, inspection or checked the tire pressure. We got an email from OnStar that the tire was flat just after it happened. Then we also were going to look at another car while there and they said there were not any salespeople at the time?
