The Orlando branch staff are not knowledgeable. The 800 number routs you into a text only AI format. You can get to a person after jumping through some hoops. It is all text only though... I traded in my car for this Bronco which I have loved so far. No issues whatsoever. Car in mint condition. The entire process was very easy and convenient. If you read through all of the documents they send, there are no surprises like some of the reviews say, everything in there. Pricing is very fair and comparable to dealers , maybe even better. The token machine was "broken" so I didn't get the whole Carvana experience which is the reason for 4 stars, I know it's been out of commission for some time now so I think it's kind of strange they aren't repairing it. They make it easy, so no headaches dealing with salespeople. You fill out some questions, take a couple of pictures and they generally respond pretty quickly with an offer. To clarify, this review is strictly about the facility and not Carvana experience itself. I chose to have my vehicle delivered here, not just because it would save me the $500 shipping but it would also offer me the chance to use the exclusive and magical vending machine we see passing by on I-4. I chose my dedicated appointment slot and arrived ~10 min early. First impression was - oh my... Cars EVERYWHERE, no clear parking. You can tell they are clearly inundated in vehicles and nowhere to put them. I eventually found a place to parallel park into, but I'd expect some sort of small lot for appointments? Inside the meh experience continued. Was greeted by an employee stepping out sharing to have a bottle of water or make a coffee. Others were seated at spots in the area. The vending experience had a nice prime seating creation and lovely picture windows. Eventually sat down. Employees returned, one went to assist the existing persons he was with. Another did some paperwork and another went to the desk. With nobody saying anything more I went to the desk to ask if there's a check in or something. I was told no, but they can confirm my appointment. Got my name pulled up and was told the person at desk was assigned to me and she began my process. I am curious if I didn't say anything how long it would have taken to be acknowledged. The paperwork was disappointing - you HAVE to sign off on the odometer reading without seeing the vehicle in person. I'm not sure how this is legal? After the person ahead of me completed their coin dispensing, it was my turn. Seeing hers, I learned it was a very lackluster experience. A lot of missed opportunities here despite some of the nice touches (special bench seating for friends who come, lighting that upon reflection creates a halo). The coin drops in. Person behind desk pushes a button and... You wait. You can see the machine on camera but I would have expected some music or something to fill in the void instead of pretty much silence? Gotta liven it up! Car does a cute little out and back runway before moving into its bay. Customers are not allowed in the bays, the Rep drives the car out from it for you. This was where I was most disappointed. It was raining, there's zero cover. It's a quick hand-off of here's the keys, congrats! I'm sure this is to decrease odds of you inspecting vehicle and having questions (like, why is the odometer several hundred miles more than the paperwork I was made to sign?). It was my first push to start car and I had no idea how to drive it so I was awkwardly watching YouTube to learn. Just felt overall very impersonal which is fine, but not the vibe they present. Do I recommend? Sure! The online experience overall was great with no surprises and you save even more money doing it this way. But the "wow" factor at this specific location just was nowhere to be found and small touches could have elevated things from a stronger initial customer service encounter to little details. And I advise selecting a date when it is not forecasted for rain. There is zero overhang so you'll be trying to check out your car while getting wet and then hopping into your "new to you" vehicle all wet. read more

I am giving Carvana 2 because I bought a car easily and with 0 BS back in 20222. However, in the past 2 months my friend and I both got hosed by Carvana. My friend was trading her car in and buying a car from Carvana. The day arrived, insurance was purchased, down payments paid, and the car shows up at the house. They take her car for a test drive. They come back and say, "there's a safety code coming up on our diagnostic, we can't buy your car." Then tried to have her buy their car. Next day we took it to an auto shop we've both used and guess what, no error codes. In fact no issues with the car. I'm trying to sell my car to Carvana. They offer me a decent price "without the hassle". Then slowly the price they offer goes down and down. When the driver came to pick it up he let me know, they'd cut the offer by $800. Now, I get it, but this was out of the blue with little explanation. It was the second price cut that made 0 sense. Not only did Carvana lose 2 cars, but they lost 2 customers. Neither of us will go back because we simply can't trust a company that nickels and dimes its customers. read more

This borders on a scam! they give you an excellent offer then once you get your Carvana, they use the same information you already reported to them online to downgrade the offer. Maybe that's fair, they pay what they will pay but the shady part is they won't immediately cut you a new check for the lesser amount. they want you to wait 3-5 days to get your money. in the meantime, they have your vehicle and a clear title. Selling is great, I have done multiple sales with great satisfaction. Buying however has been a nightmare. My car was delivered with damage not pictured and other issues including a flat tire right off the truck and aftermarket window tint that makes the car illegal to drive in my state. ( 5% Limo tint on all windows measured by a Tint shop) Everyone was super nice and assured me Caravana would fix it all. Carvana doesn't fix anything, I find out later it's a 3rd party warranty company, even for delivery issues. It's been weeks now and the only things fixed I have had to pay out of pocket for with the promise of reimbursements that have not happened yet and seem to always come with conditions. The 'warranty' work (none of it is warranty) has been on me to find the shops, arrange the repairs, submit estimates and wait for approvals and/or continued submission of additional info. And then back and forth with Carvana to remove the included deductible charges. In hindsight I obviously should have returned it immediately but I traded in my other car that I can't get back and they don't have another car similar to the one I bought. I seem to be stuck indefinitely now with paint damage and a tire I have to pump up every morning before work or I go even deeper with out of pocket money and hope I ever get payed back. I just want the car I bought as pictured and described. Sorry, but never again, never. And never would I recommend anyone buy from Caravana if my experience is even a remote possibility. My issue with this process has been with Silver Rock, the company who handles the 100 day warranty. I took the car into a partnered shop with 3 minor problems noted within the 1st week of driving the car. When I went to pick the car up I was told that Silver Rock refused to fix any of the issues because no warning lights were on. What is the point in having a warranty if they won't fix things? I was sold a LEMON I am absolutely devastated and angry. I purchased this car from Carvana as a gift for my son's 18th birthday -- it was supposed to be a proud, memorable moment. Instead, it has become a nightmare. When the car was delivered, it immediately had a check engine light and tire pressure warning on. I asked the delivery driver to take it back right then, but he said he couldn't because the car had already been taken off the truck. He assured me Carvana would take full ownership and that I wouldn't be held responsible. That was a lie. Since then, I've discovered the car had been in a prior accident -- with a damaged radiator, two defective tires (one previously patched and leaking, the other completely bald), and brakes so bad that the dealership confirmed there's no way they reached that condition in just 30 days (7 of which the car was in the shop). Carvana has refused to fix anything or reimburse me for the costs. I've been dealing with Pete, who has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, and when I tried to escalate, I was told there was no one above him. I've had to pay out of pocket just to make the car safe for my son, and now I'm being forced to pursue legal action. What should have been a joyful milestone turned into heartbreak and financial stress. Buyer beware -- Carvana does not stand behind their customers or their promises. read more

The man i spoke to was very helpful and nice and helped me find something else. The cars were exchanged with no issues. Then 5 days later the check engine light came on in the new car. I took it to a trusted mechanic and after the few things he found, he highly recommended that I not tie myself to this car for 6 years of payments.
