Their online listing and the worksheet they sent us did not match, the website showed a selling price of $61,624 OTD, while their worksheet listed $60,300 pre-tax, and they never itemized or explained the $4,074 difference between discount and manufacturer rebates. Even their "government fees" appeared inflated and unexplained compared with typical Florida DMV charges. When we compared prices statewide, it became clear their offer was far above market. Dealers across Florida are routinely selling comparable vehicles, same model, trim, and options,?for thousands less, often with clearer disclosure of rebates and requirements. We asked direct, simple questions by email to clarify the discrepancies, but instead of straightforward answers, we were met with vague replies and pressure to "talk by phone," a common sales tactic used to avoid leaving a paper trail. 0 STAR -- NON-TRANSPARENT BILLING, UNAUTHORIZED WORK, AND VEHICLE RETURNED UNSAFE I dropped my Yukon off Monday and ONLY authorized a wheel hub replacement. Less than 24 hours later I voluntarily added the engine mount repair myself. I never authorized filters or additional maintenance. Later I was told the cabin and engine filters had already been done and I would be charged for them. That is completely inaccurate. Work cannot be performed before authorization and then billed afterward. That is misleading and unacceptable. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, pricing kept changing, and I had to involve management just to confirm totals and discounts. The repair also ran about a week and a half longer than expected. I lost a full day of work, had to arrange rentals, and made multiple unnecessary trips back and forth with zero compensation. When I finally picked up the vehicle after paying cash, the dashboard warning lights were still on and the truck drove WORSE -- sputtering while I had my children inside. After being told it had been road tested, this should never have happened. I had to immediately return. A second opinion from another shop later confirmed the engine mounts were not actually necessary, and I already had documentation showing the air filter had recently been replaced. Between the unauthorized work attempt, shifting totals, excessive delays, rental issues, and the vehicle being returned in worse condition, this experience showed a serious lack of transparency and professional responsibility. I am requesting dealership leadership contact me immediately to review reimbursement and compensation. If this is not resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies. Customers should proceed with caution. read more

Really wish I would have listened to the recent 1-star reviews for this dealership that so clearly were screaming "red flag." I set up an appointment through their automated system since I kept asking for a real person/representative and could not reach one. If I had been able to speak to an actual person, I would hope they would have communicated that my 2:00 appointment does not actually work (as the AI had set up). finance manager - needed one simple answer to a question concerning receiving license plate from dealership in the state of missouri for my car i purchased from this dealership so i could make sure i received license plate before the expiration of the florida plates on my car. left numerous messages for him to please give me a call however, he doesn't return phone calls after you sign finance papers. bad reflection on this dealership. fyi: my state and county i live in doesn't require emission inspections and this dealership didn't check this out before having me get the inspection. and the problem is my son took my car while i was at his home which is 3 hours away from where i live and out of thoughtfulness went to get it done at a dobbs in o'fallon, mo where he lives. however, dobbs put my sons name in the area of ownership for the vehicle inspection. even thou my son told dobbs it was my vehicle. i didn't notice that paperwork had the wrong owner on the emission inspection report until i got back to my home in sikeston, mo (which is a 3 hour drive back to o'fallon, mo.) i called my son and he called dobbs in o'fallon, mo and told them the problem and they told him they couldn't change the paperwork that was filled out but he could bring the vehicle back and they would reinspect it and fill out new emission paperwork. so i called the dobbs in cape girardeau, mo which is 40 minutes from where i live to see if they did emission inspections and i was told by the manager of that dobbs they were not allowed to do emission inspections nor was any other place in our county or any other surrounding counties pursuant to the state highway patrol. and that it is only required in the st. louis county and not scott county where i live. because i had never received a phone call back from the finance manager i decided to white out my sons name and address on the emission form and hand write my name and address and county showing vehicle ownership. then mailed it back to orange buick gmc in orlando, fl attn: edwin, the finance manager. in hopes of being able to receive my missouri license plate from the dealership in florida before the florida plate on the car expiration date of 07/16/2026. read more

I bought a new gmc denali 1500, within the first 12 months I had serious issues with the truck. 1) The tail gate kept opening by itself. 2) the truck blew a turbo within the first year. The service department is horrible at this dealership, it took 3 weeks to get my truck back. The check engine light kept coming on after the repair and i had to return the truck to the lousy service department 3 times regarding this repair that was not done correctly. 7 months later the truck blew anothr turbo. The dealership had my truck for 16 days and they kept telling me that they did not know what was wrong with my truck even though I told them it was the turbo. This truck has been out of service a total of 41 days in the first 24 months. Neither the dealership or GM is willing to help me out and trade me out of this lemon. The service manager Mike Richardson should be fired, he has zero customer service skills and has refused to return my call from day 1. This time it was resetting the pressure gauges in my tires. 2 were working when I went in and they offered to replace them for triple the amount that discount tire charges so I declined. But 11 days later , car caught fire. Upon inspection found out vehicle did not have catalytic converters. Told them that. Since illegal to sell that car asked for refund. They accused me of taking off. Refused refund Car sold with 1. Modified supercharger. Under fully 2. After market headers and exhaust system 3. Was meth injection but was removed 4. No catalytic converters * but i took off according to them. I WAS TOTALLY TAKEN BACK BY THERE ACUSATION. PLUS G.M. SAID IF CAR HAS NOT CAUGHT FIRE WOULD HAVE DONE REFUND BUT SINCE CAR BURNT.. The body control module has a purpose in controlling auto electric units, like the fuel pump control module. The body control module is like the brain of the vehicle sending signals throughout the vehicle. The fuel pump itself is in an entirely different location being in the tank." end------ However, on October 14th, 2022, De Lawson, Geico insurance agent, notified me over the phone that Mr Doughty never mentioned anything to him about the chassis control module. Below are the images of the test results that show that the battery that Mr Richardson claim was bad was actually good and could hold a charge according to AutoZone. Took the car into have transmission looked at AGAIN when 2 years earlier at 44,000 miles there was an issue under warranty they fixed two gears instead of replacing the transmission...50,000 later transmission needs to be replaced now and basically I leave it there for two plus weeks trying to figure things out..I decided to just deal with it till it died said I would come get it they told me I had to wait because the car was torn down had to be put back together ok I go pick it up and there is a large bolt laying in the floor board think ok but still picked it up and drove it home. After a trip to the gym and store it was acting up pretty bad now cutting out and shifting hard along with not reacting correctly so I PARKED IT. OK so now I have it towed to a shop they proceed to tell me that there is a large bolt missing from the steering and the vac harnesses were not reconnected SOOOO I call them and the service manager calls me back and said all they did was take off the left front tire WHEN the service lady (who no longer works there) told me multiple times that it was torn down and had to be put back together before I come get it give a few hours look at their ratings and the comments dint take my word for it! read more

When I started to look at a vehicle online, I setup an appt with 1 person, then got a call from another person, then after we left the dealership because we were not happy with the appointment, I have since been contacted numerous times by numerous different people and have told each of them how unhappy we were and now its making me even more unhappy to constantly be contacted to ask "how was your experience" Do they not have 1 designated person and or a data base to say ok this customer is already upset and commnicated to person 1? The sales rep that we worked with, young gentlemen, was nice, however, once we started talking numbers, is when the appointment went downhill. My credit score was never ran, my GM discount was not put into consideration, I was told my trade in was excellent, but towards the end our sale guy started working with another couple and we were "pushed aside" so we left. The guy sitting behind a desk stopped my husband on the way out and said that they did everything they could, but my husband and I know that was a lie. I HATE buying cars, it's such a wase of time and Sales reps do not listen to what you are looking for. I bought my first GMC in Buffalo, NY before we moved to Florida and it was the fastest and BEST experience ever and compared to our experience at Orange Buick, I think my next purchase is going to be a Chevy. read more
