I had a very good service advisor, Nicholas Koch - who walked me through just about everything. I waited in the room, and he came back to explain that I had a lot more issues and recalls and he said it would take longer. I said I didn't have time to wait, and I would make another appointment. He took the time to explain what was happening and said to ask for him when I returned, and they also have a van that can take me to and from if needed. I would try to ask for him, but it seemed that most of the service people are helpful.

The waiting area in the service department has a lot of comfortable seating, TV, coffee and water, along with snacks for purchase. Got a chance to look around the showroom as well: surprised to see a couple of non-Nissan vehicles on the floor (a Corvette, for instance). We also found out that they have a Level 2 charger here, free for anyone to use (saw a Lexus there once). But since there's only one of each kind, side-by-side, you may be SOL if someone is using it.
