A day or two went by and I noticed the cover for the tow package was missing. Not a big deal. I text my salesman no response. Went to dealership and the manager said he would look for one. No promises, I understood this. I waited a few days no call or text from my salesman. He receives 2.5 stars for his lack of follow through. Here is the biggest one. After 2 weeks of having the certified Armada platinum the battery died while at the gym. I emailed them about how the battery died, their response was it falls understood normal wear and tear. I just felt if a vehicle has received the code of certified the handle should not have fallen off and the battery should not have failed within 2 weeks.

I scheduled an oil change for 9:30 a.m. on July 28. After checking in, I was told the service would…read moretake approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I then went to the waiting area and began reading a book. By 11:10 a.m., I had not received any update on the status of my vehicle, so I asked an employee at the checkout counter. She went to speak with someone in the service department, who then came out and informed me that my vehicle would be the next one brought in for service. He apologized and explained that they were running behind. At that point, I asked that my vehicle be brought around because I no longer wished to wait. My time is valuable, and I had already been there well beyond the estimated service time. I understand that unexpected delays occur, and I have no issue with the fact that your service department was backed up. What I do find unacceptable is that no one made any effort to keep me informed. A simple update explaining the delay would have demonstrated respect for my time and allowed me to decide whether I wanted to continue waiting. This is not the level of customer service I have come to expect from Bill Ray Nissan. Keeping customers informed of significant delays should be standard operating procedure. The oil change business is highly competitive, and customer communication is one of the small details that builds loyalty--or loses it. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be having my future oil changes performed elsewhere.

This was a wonderful and exceptionally smooth purchase and process for me. Oliver suggested some shops in the area for me to have the car inspected as this was a remote purchase. I had looked up some shops on my own also. But I actually opted to go through one of his recommended shops since his recommendations had the highest ratings online. Millenia and Oliver helped me find a very suitable enclosed delivery truck for the shipment of my vehicle too. He was very open, direct, honest, and truthful about everything about the vehicle too. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient with me and addressed all my needs and offered me all the solutions with detailed explanations and I won every time on every issue listening to his solutions, weighing them, and choosing to go with how he recommended to take each step forward. I am a bit of control freak and very analytical when it comes to making big ticket purchases and will come up with a thousand questions on the subject matter, and he was able to gain my trust because of his display of knowledge, and also because of his genuine show of truthfulness over the phone. I recommend Millenia Motors to my fellow Yelpers for vehicle purchases, especially of exotic and sports cars - they have a magnificent selection - and this was a great experience for me. Thank you Oliver and thank you Millenia Motors!

Even though when buying a used car "as is" and you folks being under no obligation to repair any mechanical issues, you willingly did and fixed the compressor for me at your cost. In an Industry where customer satisfaction can sometimes take a backseat, your professionalism, honesty, and kindness really stood out. I'm extremely grateful for the integrity you showed throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a dealership that puts the customer first in such a thoughtful way, I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends looking to purchase a car/SUV. You've earned a loyal customer and I'll be back next time I need a car. Sincerely, Dee Holcomb

I searched through autotrader.com for used models I like and found a well-priced Lincoln at this location. They were very helpful showing me the cars I was interested in without trying to upsell me to something out of my budget. Also, they were very direct about potential problems associated with any vehicle I was looking at. However, there aren't problems on their lot because they have all been maintained by an on-staff mechanic. The sales people took excellent care of the title and registration paperwork (no funny business like some used auto places do). If you buy a car here, you know exactly what you're getting at a fair price with properly handled paperwork. Thanks for being there for me, Sensible Auto!

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!
