    My New Ride!

Five-Star Review for Norma at Bill Ray Nissan I had an absolutely amazing experience with Norma at Bill Ray Nissan. As a woman buying a car in a male-dominated industry, it meant so much to work with a saleswoman who is not only the Salesperson of the Month, but also genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Unlike my experience at AutoNation where I felt pressured, Norma was never pushy. She listened to what I needed, respected my budget, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She even followed up afterward to check on us, which shows how much she truly cares about her customers--not just the sale. I highly recommend giving Norma a chance and never doubting what a woman can accomplish in this industry. She is proof that women absolutely excel in car sales, and she has earned my business and my respect. If you're shopping for a vehicle, ask for Norma--you won't regret it!

2006 nissan xterra 127000k miles ORIGINAL AND WELL MAINTAINED

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I HAVE CARSHIELD AND A 2006 XTERRA, they replaced my ac compressor but didn't replace the condenser, ive brought it back 6 times because the ac blows warm at idle, they tell me the clutch fan was bad without putting gauges on it, instead of paying them 200hr labor i replaced it and the electric fan which is what cools the condenser to keep the ac cool while parked, I bring it back again, this time its the expansion valve ,they replaced that and it still blows warm, same problem i originally brought it in for in august2025,its now April 2026 and they REFUSE TO HONOR THE WARRANTY FOR THE COMPRESSER AND REPLACE THE CONDENSER WHICH IS THE PROBLEM,RICHARD the service manager and CJ don't even bother to answer the complaint i filed with the BBB, and they refuse to honor the part warranty from car shield, they want to rip out the airbox to cause more damage so i have to pay for a new box at my cost of 3000.$,when they replaced my trans in 2024 i got it back with a blown radiator from the chem flush, they did correct that problem at their cost, but i get it back with no antifreeze and missing my left rear mudflap and inner fender well, it seem like when they try to fix something they break or damage something else to make money on, i may not know how to change the timing belt but i do know how to repair vehicles, but I'm disabled and 60 and have car shield for the major issues, Matt another underling service mgr. was next to me on Howell br rd. and the puss wouldn't even look at me, he actually impeded the flow of traffic just to avoid me, back in the 90s i towed vehicles into bill ray Nissan and it was a great dealership, but like everything else when the owner passes away and the kids take over it gets run into the ground, SO FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW HOW AC WORKS, ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE DEPT AT BILL RAY, if the expansion valve is closed it will not have any freon cooling the ac AT ALL, if the expansion valve is stuck open THE AC LINES WILL FREEZE, so since the compressor and the expansion valve were replaced and working the problem is the CONDENSER !!!!!!!! SINCE YOU DONT WANT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE NEXT WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT, and maybe a chance for you to be on the news, TRYING TO SCREW OVER DISABLED SENIORS AND NOT HONORING WARRANTY IS JUST BAD BUSINESS

Overpriced listing by Billy Ray Nissan in an attempt to rip the consumer off

The white 2017 Jeep Wrangler you have was initially listed for $65,993.00 is listed now for $56,245.00. I'm a bit curious why this is as over priced as it is? You all just picked it up last week at auction for $28,000.00 if memory serves me. The previous dealership Kelley Buick GMC in Bartow, Fl started their price at $42,999.00 over the 4 months they had it on their lot 10/8/24 - 2/25/25 they dropped to $35,900.00 before sending it off to auction. It was over priced at $35,900.00, no bank is going to finance an 8 year old jeep because the average consumer carries an upside down trade and not putting down the cash required to make the deal. So the " If we could get Mr. Ray to lower the price $2,000 would that do it for you?" is laughable especially on a vehicle whose upgrades you have zero wrench time on. It's deals like this that give car salesmen that quintessential shyster persona gouging the consumer.

Proof that Bill Ray sold me a car with a broken windshield which they refuse to fix.

This was a wonderful and exceptionally smooth purchase and process for me. Oliver suggested some shops in the area for me to have the car inspected as this was a remote purchase. I had looked up some shops on my own also. But I actually opted to go through one of his recommended shops since his recommendations had the highest ratings online. Millenia and Oliver helped me find a very suitable enclosed delivery truck for the shipment of my vehicle too. He was very open, direct, honest, and truthful about everything about the vehicle too. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient with me and addressed all my needs and offered me all the solutions with detailed explanations and I won every time on every issue listening to his solutions, weighing them, and choosing to go with how he recommended to take each step forward. I am a bit of control freak and very analytical when it comes to making big ticket purchases and will come up with a thousand questions on the subject matter, and he was able to gain my trust because of his display of knowledge, and also because of his genuine show of truthfulness over the phone. I recommend Millenia Motors to my fellow Yelpers for vehicle purchases, especially of exotic and sports cars - they have a magnificent selection - and this was a great experience for me. Thank you Oliver and thank you Millenia Motors!

They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!
