So this is difficult for me to write because the three service managers I dealt with: Hakeem, Ish, and Luis were nice guys and I believe genuinely wanted to hell the situation that said, the rest of my experience was an inconvenience and a nightmare. So last August (2025), I took my car in for routine service like I had done in the past. Luis told me I needed new tires, offered me a deal, and after researching other deals at other locations, I chose to go with the offer at Classic Honda. Up until this point my car was running PERFECTLY and had less than 34,000 miles on it. I ordered Michelin tires and after the work was completed I drove home. This was the beginning of a nightmare that is still going on today! The next morning my TPMS light came on so I took it back. They turned it off and I drove it half way home and the TPMS light came on again so I turned around and drove it back to Classic Honda. They turned it off again, I drive home and the next morning on my way to work at 4am the TPMS Light came back on. I made an appointment and brought the car in a couple days later. Needless to say this cycle repeats itself again and again for about 14 appointments with them over the next 7 months with them resetting the light and keeping me there for hours or having to provide me with a loaner car over the month of January. Until the manager Will said that they needed to get this fixed for me. First he said that the Michelin tires were not compatible with my 2023 CRV and had them switched out for Chinook (sp?) tires and said that should fix the problem and that if the tires worked he would refund the difference of the Michelin tires in two weeks. All seemed well for a minute because I got home no TPMS light. I am a flight attendant and my car sits for days on end which was the case this particular week. I get home from work and then drive to my house, the TPMS light comes on again. I bring it back, Luis meets me outside and the car is brought to the service bay, I get a loaner car and the next day they call me and tell me that my car is ready. I go get it and drive home only to have the light come on again the next morning. The I make another appointment this time I deal with a new young man named Jonathan, who has no clue about what the situation is with my car, he puts me into a loaner and I drive home. I go pick up my car get home and the light cones on again. I make another appointment with Luis who met me outside only to have him say there's nothing they can do. He has another person who isn't a mechanic reset the TPMS light and send me off and then not two blocks away the light comes on again, so I bring it back. This time I am told by Will that I don't drive the car enough so the light will keep coming on. This is when I figured out they have no interest or intention of fixing the problem that they caused when I bought those tires and also at this point a month had passed and I still hadn't and still haven't received one penny in my refund for the Michelin tires they took off of my car. Luis essentially said they couldn't fix the car and without saying it outright told me I have to live with it because they can't figure it out and even though the light is on, the car is still drivable and even minimized the issue like it is no big deal. The light came on again the next day. I decided I will bring it to another dealership. My car was in PERFECT condition until I brought it to Classic Honda for these new tires and they damaged my car in some way and refuse to fix what's actually wrong with it. I paid cash for this car and planned on having this car for many years but now I do not feel safe with it. This experience has given me a negative opinion of Honda products. I will never buy another Honda product ever again. This was very disappointing. Attached are the photos of the appointments for each time I brought it into Classic Honda.

I just bought a car from CJ at Classic Honda and the experience was amazing!

Someone at Honda classic used a key to try to remove this sticker and scratched the tint.

This was overall a completely negative experience but the 2 main points I want to make is that someone took it upon themselves to try to remove this sticker and scratched the tint. Manager says they are reviewing camera footage but I haven't heard back. Second issue is rather unbelievable to me. Even though the technician can feel the sputter or shimmy in my rude, they say they can't or don't know how to fix it because their magic machine doesn't "give them a code" what happened to mechanics who know how to fix cars without needing a machine to tell them how??? Their service was also slow (they had my car 3 days) and just not customer friendly.

After checking in my vehicle, my wife and I went into the waiting area which was very reminiscent of restaurant style seating with multiple tables and chairs around. Unfortunately there was no complimentary coffee or snacks. The did have a cafe where you could by food that looked sub-par. I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.

I got a tentative offer prior to coming in on both which 1 sold at that price but the other went down $500 when I got there citing a minor accident on the report which they new about prior to coming in as they ran the carfax report to make the tentative offer. However, we talked them up a bit and they threw in a tank of gas for our current vehicle. The buying experience didn't go as well for 2 reasons 1) very low inventory so not much to pick from 2) the truck I did find had dealer add-ons such as running boards, paint protection and nitro in the tires(?). They wouldn't move on removing these items so that ended the deal for me. My understanding is this dealer try's to work with folks with any income level to get you the vehicle you need. Didn't work out for my but maybe you'll have better luck. 3 stars is the best and worst I can give.

I would give AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial in Orlando zero stars if I could…read more I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership because it was advertised and sold as an AutoNation Certified vehicle with a 90-day/4,000-mile Certified warranty. I also purchased AutoNation's extended warranty because I believed AutoNation stood behind the vehicles it sells. Almost immediately after buying the Jeep, it began having intermittent starting issues. We mentioned concerns about how it drove, but we were assured everything was fine. Then, only about a month after purchase, the Jeep completely lost all electrical power while I was driving, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road at night. It had to be towed. The diagnosis was that the Jeep's primary control module (the vehicle's computer or "brain") had failed. This wasn't a flat tire or normal maintenance item--it was a major electrical failure on a vehicle that had just been sold as "Certified." What disappointed me even more was the response from the selling dealership. When I called AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial hoping they would stand behind the vehicle they had certified, I was essentially told they weren't going to do anything and wished "good luck." What's the point of paying extra for a Certified vehicle if the dealer refuses to take responsibility when a serious problem appears almost immediately after the sale? I expected AutoNation to stand behind its Certified program. Instead, I was left stranded, bounced between dealerships, dealing with delays, confusion over warranty coverage, and a complete lack of concern from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. I hope AutoNation Corporate steps in and makes this right, because my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial has completely destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the AutoNation Certified program.

When I got there the guy Mickey was at his desk and told me I had to wait for the other salesman to finish with his customers while he did nothing. Half an hour later the other salesman got with me and let me drive a Prius. I asked why the average MPG was only 33 mpg and was told it was because the cars sit running at the lot and it drags the mpg down. So I figured out how to reset the trip odometer to zero and the average mpg to zero and I went on a drive. I drove about 3 miles in city traffic and it came out to 32 mpg. So I went back and told Mickey the results and he scolded me, telling me I'm not allowed to drive more than one mile "for insurance reasons" and started explaining that you have to drive the car for over an hour to get 50 mpg. Didn't make sense, it all sounded like lies. I drove 2 more cars and both of them also didn't get over 34 mpg. So I left and went home. Next day I see an alert on my credit report that said they pulled my experian credit file. I never authorized them to pull my credit. I called him and asked why they did this and mickey told me they never did. He denied it over and over and said it is impossible to pull my credit without my social security number. I googled it and found out it is possible for them to pull it without my social and I told him what google said. He argued and denied it more and more. I asked if I should not believe my lying eyes because I'm looking at my credit report right now. He is a liar and when confronted with it he will gaslight you and deny the facts. I also told him that I've worked for dealers and gone on test drives at other dealers and I know that the insurance companies have no policy about only letting customers drive one mile. He continued his denials. DON'T buy from these dishonest dealers.

After scheduling an independent prepurchase inspection received the dealership's initial with an additional "Reconditioning" fee of $1987. When challenged, "the manager approved" a reduction of $500 for this "standard" fee. I let the vehicle go. Salesperson continued to ping my email with pressure that another sale might be pending, so I rereviewed the website and noted that Orlando Preowned advertises in general an on the specific vehicle "Zero Junk Fees & Zero Dealer Fees: The price you see is the price you get". While I'm no lawyer, this infers to me that the price on the vehicle landing page is the sale price I should expect. When confronted with this insight (with the GM copied), the salesperson dug their heels in again, reiterating this was a "standard" fee. The GMs response was to cut/paste the salespersons email as a reply without addition. Now I'm not a dumb consumer, and clearly certinly not as bright as the employees of this company, but " The price you see is the price you get" does mean something to the most of us, and I don't' think it aligns with Orlando Preowned's point of view. This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.
