Have eaten here at Tryyaki for three years, they have never ever disappointed me! My favorite things are chicken fried rice, general chicken and the Tryyaki chicken, not expensive but taste great and have plenty of food. Tryyaki is always fast, food's fresh and have good tastes. Disgusting sushi. Fast food and sushi should not go together. The rice in the rolls has always been hard, as though it were old. The fish has a strong distasteful flavor to it. The Lo Mien and Teriyaki are tolerable but not good, expect the quality to be similar to the Panda Garden chain of restaurants without the options. Potential patrons would be advised to fulfill their Asian food cravings somewhere else, notably Jade Garden which offers food of a much higher quality and greater variety at only a marginal increase in price. read more

Ordered delivery to a hotel while passing through town and food was missing from our order while the hot food arrived cold. Called them twice to get the missing food delivered but was rudely hung up on twice. Was told "the delivery driver must have stolen it" despite the fact that the bags were packed to the top and tied/stapled together. And was charged for the missing items! read more

My food was correct however I had ordered through the EatStreet app. I paid through the app with my card. The delivery person gets to my door and told me I still need to pay. I gave him my credit card. He then had to call the restaurant to give my credit card number over the phone. I then find out I was now charged twice (once through the app and the second time over the phone). EatStreet thankfully paid back the charge from the app however they told me they shouldn't of been asking for me to pay anything in person. read more

I used to like this place, but this visit will be my last. They charged extra to add broccoli to my General chicken, even when I told them I didn't want the crab rangoon that comes with the meal. We eat here all the time. The food is good for the price and always consistent. I love the orange chicken and fried dumplings. The teriyaki chicken and beef are great. The only thing that brings this place down to a three from a four star in my book is the customer service. They are always rude when you call. My husband and I take turns calling for delivery. Additional charges were charged to my card. Watch your bank statements, people, because they'll cheat you out of a couple of dollars when they enter their "tip." It may just be a dollar here, two dollars there, but when it's all added up at the end of the night they are stealing $50-$100 per driver. I repeatedly tried to resolve the charges through the manager, who lied and lied and lied to cover his (or his driver's) ass, and was forced to file a police report due to his inaction. I've never had a complaint about the food, but when I call I am rushed through my order by some guy like, "hurry up, Yankee retard!" When I tell them I'd like chopsticks to eat with, there's a kind of "whatever" attitude before they hang up, and then the delivery comes and.. Oh boy, no chopsticks! I get it, I'm white. Thanks for the fork. If you went to McDonalds and ordered a salad and were given chopsticks because your Asian, would that piss you off? Once I went down there to get the food myself and when handed the order through the window, I requested chopsticks. The girl handing out the food pulled the order back through her window, disappeared, then reappeared and handed me the order. I get home and, that's right, still no chopsticks! What the fuck did she do with the food while she was in there? Enough ranting. The food is good, the price is good. A great place to go if you want some quick asian food. The sushi is good and the meals are filling and come with a drink. I'd recommend the teriyaki chicken if you like onions because there is definitely an abundance of onions in that tasty dish. the kabobs are good too. so is the crab rangoon.... i'm still not convinced about the salads they try to throw in there though.... minus one star for that and charging extra to substitute crab rangoon for salad. otherwise a nice little drive thru.... try it! read more

Their chicken fried rice serves enough for multiple meals, and their general and sesame chicken are equally good. My roommate and I have ordered tryyaki five times in two weeks. She orders so much food we haven't gone to the dining halls in days. Rivalries have began. We will surely up in conflict resolution over leftovers. We are drowning in soy sauce packets. I really wanted some quick Asian food, and thought I would try this out. I ordered the combination lo-mein, which cost about $7. Took maybe 5-6 minutes, and I got a big take-out box full of lo-mein. The meat in the lo-mein was considerable, which made me happy as sometimes I have gotten just little bits of meat. These were actually almost too big, ha ha.
