We were very disappointed by the service. Buying chocolate should be a pleasant experience. We will never go back.

We ended up spending over two hours there, and honestly, we could've stayed even longer. They truly have every candy you can imagine -- from current favorites to nostalgic treats that instantly take you back to childhood. It was so much fun seeing candies we hadn't thought about in years. The decor is colorful, whimsical, and over-the-top in the best way, which makes it feel like more than just a store -- it's an experience. There's also a bakery inside where we picked up some sweet treats, and they have a huge selection of root beers and other specialty drinks that you don't see everywhere. If you're planning a stop in Minnesota, this is absolutely a must-visit spot -- especially for families or anyone who loves a little nostalgia with their sugar rush!

Quick Tips: It gets quite busy, so be prepared to take your time. To accommodate for all the people, they have a pretty nice system set up to get people through the check out lines quickly. CASH ONLY - bring cash. It's okay if you forget --- they have several ATMs on-site. Get the caramel apple pie at the baked good area---it's AMAZING!! This is a super fun spot for the whole family! Definitely worth the drive over to explore and you will definitely find something incredible. Highly recommended!

If i could give this store a -10 I would. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. Horrible product quality,…read moreand complete lack of customer service. I bought one dark chocolate/sea salt/caramel truffle. I left the store with it intending to enjoy my treat. When I tried to bite into it, it was ROCK SOLID. I could not even bite off a piece of it. So I head back to the store & ask the cashier, "Is this supposed to be hard?". He says, "Well it's a truffle. And it came out of the fridge." I say, "It's not cold, it's just hard. I could have broken a tooth on this!". He says, "Oh well." I say, "OH WELL???". He says, "That's what I said." I say, "Well that's not a very good response from a customer service perspective." He says, "I couldn't care less." I say, "Well that's very clear." He ran a credit to my card to refund me. As I'm walking out the teenager that was helping bag things for customers is slamming my former truffle repeatedly against the counter and it's still one solid piece.

Not a huge fan of this place. Went a ton a few years back and the service was kind and friendly and…read morethere were many types of great candy to choose from, but that's all changed now. I've visited a couple times over the last few weeks and kept hoping there was just some holiday-season burnout fibs here and there but unfortunately this place has just lost it. Guy at the front just stared customers down, didn't talk until someone came up to check out, just plain uninviting. The bulk candy itself seems to be stored improperly, so many containers left open or the lids not on them, so they were all stale and/or flavorless. There's way better places to grab sweet treats in this mall.

So many different flavors; literally something for everyone. Please save some space after your dinner for this -- don't be like me... eating until I'm full and then STILL trying to get a double scoop. I couldn't do it... oh but I did do it. And it was WORTH IT! All that sugar got to my head and I didn't even think to take a pic of my ice cream... Get yourself a waffle cone though, so good! The folks here are patient and sweet. You're gonna want to try a few things before committing. They're all good!! There may be a line depending on when you go but it goes by pretty quickly. If you start to get impatient, just remember that when you get to the front, you don't want anyone rushing you while you try all those delicious favors.

They have over a dozen flavors of ice cream. Some are listed on the display while others are on signs on the wall above the ice cream. I got the "Halley's Comet" single scoop in a waffle cone. It was vanilla & chocolate ice cream w/ caramel ribbons & Carmel truffles. It was good & reasonably priced. They have 3 tables inside so it's smaller, there's some benches outside too. I would for sure stop here again if I'm in the area! Such a nice treat.
