The salesperson remembered me and was very friendly and helpful as I made my selection. She explained the wait to shake the can because I got a dark color and she also suggested a primer that would work well with the paint for the item I was decorating. I was also thankful that she gave me a contractor discount on the products because as you know Benjamin Moore is not cheap lol. Just an overall great experience and this was probably my 4th or 5th visit here.

That being said, I went to this Sherwin Williams store and was most impressed by the level of knowledge and customer service that the customer associates demonstrated. The individuals who helped me, on two different occasions were patient, friendly and super helpful. The store itself is immaculately cleaned and does not smell strongly of wet paint, which is what I expected. It was also well-organized and well-stocked. The collection of paints from which I chose my samples was especially user-friendly in that it had stunning brochures wherein you could see the paints used in furnished areas and get ideas for different pairings and accents. I have been to Sherwin Williams twice, and will continue to come, as long as it takes me to complete this nightmare remodel of my dream home, i.e. this is the beginning of a long...long....relationship. Highly recommended!
