When I contacted the store, I was told the 12-month warranty had expired and that there was no service contract on record. I later learned that what I had actually been sold was a "membership," not a warranty--and it required annual renewal, which was never clearly explained. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but received the same response: no warranty, no service contract, and no goodwill assistance. I then contacted Samsung directly and was given the same answer. After this experience, I have lost confidence in both Best Buy and Samsung and will not be making future purchases from either.

I was never consulted on the kitchen design and when I told Jeff what I wanted the design would change, doors would change and his answer was that's the way they come. I have a corner cabinet that I can't get a normal size pot into. The pullout spice rack can only be accessed from one side. Save your money and don't use this company!!!
