Just want to rave on the great customer service of this company. We moved into a home that had backyard lighting installed by Divine Lightscapes. After about a year here, the lights stopped working suddenly. So we called Tim and he talked my husband through troubleshooting to get the issue resolved. Turns out, we just needed to replace some batteries. I just really appreciate the time Tim spent to help us and that he stood behind his work, even though we weren't the ones who initially paid for the install. I called. We have about 100 landscape light fixtures. I had to go around with face time to show some of the fixtures but that didn't cover all that was needed. It was just the back. Thought he would call yo schedule a walk thru. He called said "I ordered parts,". I said you funny even tell me his much snd what about the rest of the yard. He said it's a $149 charge for me to come out. Told him cancel everything. Never old me that upfront. LAZY. read more

First time customer. I requested a quote and Tim was very honest about the pricing and work to be done. We had a mess after purchasing a home that was closed for more than a year. To make things a bit more interesting, I had multiple out of state commitments that created a scheduling challenge for this job. The weather that month was also another challenge. However, Tim was very profesional and flexible despite being booked solid all month long. He worked around my schedule and despite the non stop rain, showed up to do a light demonstration. The light demo is a first step, which is free of charge, he then returns to execute the job if the customer is happy with the price. I was so impressed with the light demonstration that we started the job that same evening. Here is what I love about Tim and his team. They were honest and obviously not trying to make an extra dollar by selling unnecessary items or service. Tim assessed my landscaping situation, re-used a transformer that was perfectly fine and completed this job while explaining every step of the way. He recommend certain spots and angles where I could use lights to enhance the house. I trusted his judgement and advice. The job turned out to be excellent. I highly recommend Tim and his company at Divine Landscapes. The job was completed 6 months ago, however after putting this landscaping light system to the test, I believe a detailed review was way overdue. Great job Tim! read more

Tim and his son installed a stunning lightscape around our home in 2015. It has functioned remarkedly well. Recently the timer ceased functioning. Tim very quickly came out, diagnosed problem and replaced the timer., most likely caused by lighting strike. He did not charge me a service call, only the cost of the new timer, which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend! read more

It went incredibly well. I have never been more happy with any contractor - Tim was terrific every step of the way! I met with 4 or 5 providers and found Tim to be the most knowledgeable and passionate - and he carried great lighting products. Tim came to my house and came up with several ideas and recommendations on what we could do to create the best solution for my yard. He had very creative ideas and gave me different options for tiers of costs. He even demo'd a couple options so I could see how it looks at night. He was responsive throughout - by phone and text and always happy to answer any of my questions. He was also very careful with all the work he did - and treated my yard as if it was his own. Lastly, the system he put in place also allows me the option to easily expand in the future. I am thrilled with the outcome. The lighting is perfect - and provides great visibility along the driveway and beautiful soft uplighting. My yard is transformed through the lighting Tim installed.
