Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Illia is hands down my go to handyman…read more And I don't say that lightly because I gave him a really big project that took over a week to complete. He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan). He's definitely reliable and would take care of the job until the client is satisfied. His pricing is also very reasonable. I've only known him for three weeks and has already given him three projects. I'd definitely rely on Illia again in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Greg Peck for quite some time. Greg owned Deeplly Rooted,…read morewhere he and his team did extensive landscaping work for me, and I have continued to work with him through his new company, GMG Irrigation. I can honestley say that I have rarely, if ever come across a business owner like Greg, Greg goes above and beyond to accommodate his coustomers. He takes the time to explane exactly what he is doing, why he doing it, and makes sure you understand the work before moving forward. Whenver I have a question or need something looked at, even if it relates to work that has already been compleated. Greg alway calls me back and takes care of it. That kind of customer service is extremely hard to find these days. What impresses me the most is the quality of the people he employs. His employes seem to have the same attitude and commitment to doing things right that Greg has, and they atually seem to enjoy their work. I believe that speakes volumes about Greg's leadership and the way he treats his employes. The workmenship is excellent, and the leval they put into their work is exceptional. I recommend GMG and Greg Peck without hesitation, you will be hard pressed to find someone better.

I then put the word out on Yelp for help and Mario responded instantly. We started communicating the same day and scheduled service later that same week, he even offered to start earlier if he had the time. The communication was outstanding leading up to the service and he did a fantastic job on my lawn. It was overgrown and he make it look immaculate! He even sent me pictures afterwards. I highly recommend this company and truly appreciate the help I have received.

Be careful with this guy" My response to owner: I uploaded the short text conversation I had with this "business". If the owner thought I was a scammer, surely that was cleared up after my second text when I tried to clarify if I had the right number. But he never responded, and just slandered me online instead. The reason I asked for his email was that I wanted to send him our floor plan so he could give us a quote. I ended up going with another company, and this guy missed out on a 10k+ project because he can't communicate.
