I will start by saying I am a very detail oriented person and don't tolerate poor workmanship. However the team at MC granite has met all my expectations and more. 1) Very professional from picking out the granite to the install. Called before they arrived and arrived during their window. The office also was easy to reach and returned all my phone calls. 2) Big shoutout to Jose and his install team. They did a terrific job with every detail. I inspected every seam and was very impressed with their precision and attention to detail. They even swept the floor after they were done. Can't say enough good things about Jose and his team. 3) Good pricing and very honest. I actually got a quote for 90 square feet of space based on another companies measurement but after they measured and templated, they got 88 and they adjusted the price accordingly. TLDR: Definitely recommend. Installation team was awesome!

Unfortunately we are very dissatisfied with our countertops. I selected this company based on its positive reviews and at first the process was great. They held our slabs for us for an extended amount of time and the rep was very responsive throughout the entire process. I couldn't have been more pleased. Then our slabs got installed. To give a little bit of info, we selected a pre-honed slab for the bathrooms and a glossy slab for the kitchen. They told us they could hone the slab but I had no idea what that entailed. Basically they used a hand tool to hone the slab and you could see ALL of the swirls marks. We sent photos to them and they sent out a few guys who then proceeded to dump a bunch of vinegar over our entire 10' kitchen island slab. They then asked me if that was better. Which of course it wasn't, you just rubbed vinegar over the slab.. that was not a fix for machinery marks on marble. They then wanted to rip out the slab and bring it back to the warehouse to give it a second shot and fix it but that wasn't an options for us for we were trying to get occupancy and what's to guarantee they wouldn't have messed up our cabinets in the process. Everything had gone terribly wrong with our build so we weren't trusting this as an option. We then consulted a professional and they said we needed a restoration company to come in to fix it. After that info we tried to settle by getting our honing fee reimbursed but they stopped responding to us and this was never resolved. So now our once beautiful piece of expensive marble has a bunch of swirl marks in it. It bothers me every time I look at it. Also, none of our backsplashes were sealed against the wall and we had to call them back out to do that. Needless to say, I would just like the reimbursement of whatever it would cost us to get this fixed by a restoration company and then the amount it will cost to get it resealed. That seems reasonable considering how much we paid for this slab, only to end up with crap.

MC Granite just did our quartz countertops & glass subway tile backsplash install. Very professional company to deal with. Ask for Spencer, I got several quotes from other companies and he was by far the most impressive and responds very quickly even after we left the show room. I would recommend them to anyone. Quick leads times, quality product & installation and fantastic customer service.

Not only did the project coordinator, Celeste, tell me to buy wine and beverage fridges that were not supposed to go under the cabinet (her response after I told her these are not made to go under the cabinet was "I don't really do this so I didn't know"...umm hello that's your job.) but the company also completely botched the delivery of my cabinets (they were suppose to deliver this week and now one of them won't arrive for two weeks). Normally you'd think that they would leave the two that were ready in a warehouse somewhere until everything could deliver together but instead, the coordinator decided to have them delivered to my house with a whole bunch of other materials just to collect dust for a few weeks. She also scheduled the electrician and countertop company to come this week which I had to take off of work for only to find out that neither of them could do their job without the final cabinet. So, now Reico will not answer me, I have huge boxed up cabinets in my kitchen and absolutely nothing is done nor will it be for at least two weeks. Worst thing is that when I asked for a discount for my troubles, Celeste said "well, it's not really my fault". I don't care whose fault it is because I hired them to do a job and it's not done. Moral of the story is please use another company! This experience has been awful and I wish I could take this decision back. Terrible coordinator, terrible planning skills, not worth the money.

The one in the Alabama outlet mall closed and it was my first introduction to Le Cruset can and does have outlet pricing. Let's be real, outlets have morphed over the years from incredible deals and finds to another retail location. I wish I took pictures but just catch the Le Cruset factory sale online or go to Williams Sonoma. Heck, Costco 7k crate was worth it but the first offering sold out so fast then the 2nd offering I think I was broke but either way that deal has everything. Images to show that the prices are equal to WILLIAMS SONOMA as of March 23, 2025 especially for the knobs I was so excited to buy. Also of note, the cashier was pretty disingenuous. I left the knobs on the counter and the other lady shopping named Jasmine Walked up and started touching and reviewing them. At first, he said... Oh those are hers. Then he switched up to ask: are these yours? She said no. He did that awkward fake chuckle. I added more to the knobs BECAUSE her check out ran a bit. I decided on a pie dish with the Eiffel tower and chose the one with the post note showing 2. Chilllddd, he felt the need to "disclaim" the dish wasn't 2. I said yeah I know the price is on the bottom but 40% off. I figured that 2 was a quantity. He went on to explain they had done inventory and that wasn't the price. Y'all this irked me and I guess it's a matter of In what world have y'all ever seen Le Creuset write a price on a post it like it's a random yard sale? It was weird to me and I got to explaining the issue to my family but help us all if it was truly benign. P.S. Never forget they can order from the store and you'll get the outlet price and shipping via UPS ground will be free as I'm included.

The ladies at the store have been working here for as long as I can remember, and they run a nice store. The prices are great and they have all the appliances you'd find at places like Walmart/Target, as well as a lot more (like sous vide vacuum sealers, mixer attachments, and even Vitamix blenders). I remember a long time ago I bought my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer here and it's been a trusty culinary sidekick for nearly a decade. All the accessories have come from here as well. I found a couple of places online that were marginally cheaper, but I like the fact that I can pick it up same-day and I like the people here so it's a win-win to support the business. They always have deals and specials going on. It may look unassuming from the concourse of the mall, but make sure to give them a look. Here, we tend to treat it more like a giant showroom with free babysitting and a cafeteria, but the value is still hard to beat. I had a great run during my most recent trip. The deals were everywhere! I picked up a summer-weight duvet along with a new cover and shams to refresh the bedroom. I also found a stunning set of gold-toned serving flatware -- they have that sleek, high-end look without the boutique price tag. A few highlights and "hiccups" from this visit: The Food & Drink:I tried the fish balls with mashed potatoes for lunch, and they were actually pretty tasty. I also noticed an older gentleman sitting completely alone, casually drinking glasses of what appeared to be wine. Many IKEA locations with a restaurant license do serve beer and wine, and honestly, he had the right idea. Of course, I couldn't leave without hitting the food market for those specific cookies and foreign candies you just can't find anywhere else. The Atmosphere: At one point, navigating the floor felt a bit like an escape room. While the staff seems nice enough, they aren't exactly eager to help--you really have to run them down to get an answer. The Warehouse:I'm honestly not a fan of the self-service furniture selection policy. The whole warehouse environment is pretty intimidating when you're trying to track down boxes. The Strategy:Since I'm lucky enough to live only 25 minutes away I've realized I need to stop coming here like it's a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage. If I visited more often, I probably wouldn't feel the need to drop $200 every time! Overall, it's a solid four-star experience for the unique finds and the reliable "Swedish-lite" atmosphere, even if you have to do some of the heavy lifting yourself.

Like always, as soon as we get there we head to the restaurant. I always get the same thing, Swedish Meatballs. Can't beat how good they are. My grandkids love them too. My son had a Caesar salad which he said was very good and fresh, and my husband had a chicken thigh with black beans and rice and fried plantains. (We were very surprised to see a meal that you would normally see in a Florida IKEA up here in Charlotte North Carolina. I have to admit it tasted very good.) We hit the bathrooms afterwards, spotlessly clean considering how busy it was, and then we went shopping. I will say that there was quite a few open and empty spaces on the second floor in the furniture department. I'm not sure if they were re-organizing or had literally sold out after the holidays. Good thing though, we found what we were looking for things to the help of workers who know the place better than we do and advised us which shortcuts to use. All the workers we spoke to were super friendly and helpful. The value was good as always, IKEA might be slightly higher priced than other places but I have a few pieces in my house that are almost 30 years old and still in excellent condition. It was easier to get here than we thought and we really enjoyed our day here. We can't wait to go back.
