Terry helped me in person and via email over the course of a couple months to select every fixture needed, and patiently looked up items I found on the internet. Everything arrived in good order with only 1 very minor defect in an item found after install, and lightstyles came right out and replaced, very easy and gracious service. We did not have an appointment. We just happen to be in the area and decided to check out their inventory and hopefully get some guidance on how to select the items we needed for our remodel project. The young lady who helped us initially was hesitant. She had an appointment coming in in about 45 minutes and truthfully at the beginning, we were a little put off because no one seemed to take an interest in helping us. Then after we began asking questions did she realize we were going to be making some purchases that day she showed us around explained how to select style first then finish, she created a file in her system and walked us through all of the options. She was incredibly professional as it turns out and helped us with the selection of fixtures finishes, and the timeline for ordering! They have a huge selection of premium bath, kitchen and lighting fixtures. I would highly recommend stopping in -an appointment would be better- if you want expert guidance on a remodel in your home.

We had 4, but my husband purchased a real seat from Home Depot for the same price as the plastic one from Ferguson. At least guests who use the powder room won't think we are cheap. Danielle did not reply to my email so I stopped by the store to speak with her. She asked if they had been installed. Yes, they were installed before we moved in. I have never opened plumbing supplies to look at them before being installed by a plumber during the building process. Have you? Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
