The next morning I received an email letting me know it was ready for pickup. When I arrived all I had to do is show them my email and they loaded my car. I wish they had plastic so I could put it on the carpet of my car. Unfortunately the decorative trim was too wide so I processed a return. All in all I was happy with the process. To my surprise True Value said they had it in stock so I decided to head over and grab it. When I checked in on yelp at the store, I was surprised to see that I had a 10% off coupon. The woman at the register wasn't familiar with the discount, she said that she needed a code to enter in the system and there wasn't one. She called the owner over and he was also confused but honored the discount. You may not be so fortunate if you decide to go, because he said he may have set that up along time ago when he set up Yelp, and he probably needed to fix it. But I was happy to find the paint that I needed at a discount. I didn't take a lot of time to look around because I went for a specific purpose. But the store seems to be fully stocked.

Home Depot is in need of an overhaul! Help was very sparse;…read moreAlthough the few employees I encountered were extremely helpful in giving me directions to find certain items and checking me out there's still lots of improvement needed to improve the stores shelf presence. The shelves were poorly stocked and the items that were on the shelves and in the bays were not clearly labeled. Maybe they were waiting on a truck delivery, but as of right now, this was not the store for me.

Ordered a bed frame. Received the wrong size. Called customer service. Lies were told. They sent a…read morepackaging slip for one box after mentioning there was two he said that that would be fine. UPS came to pick up. And would only grab one box because that's what the shipping package said. All on Home Depot not on UPS he was going to make another run to come get it tomorrow if I got a packaging slip. UPS then kept me on the phone for 22 minutes trying to sort out the first customer service services mess up. Horrible experience and now having to wait 14 to 16 days for a refund because they have to wait until both boxes are in their possession. Nothing will be done no compensations literally just wanted them to send me the right size bed but no, they only did a refund and I have to deal with them yet again I was told that I need to also call back to customer service to hopefully get my refund sooner. So another phone call that I didn't have to make and probably be on the phone for another 20 minutes.

I like Northern Tool, they got most everything a person needs to fix most everything a person…read morebreaks and most of it isn't going to break the budget. really, it's a one stop shop full up with tools and equipment for all your major projects and minor repairs: welders and work clothes, floor jacks and chain falls, pneumatics, hydraulics, plus all manner of power and hand tools at reasonable prices (mostly)... Shiny new store with all the usual stuff, the specialty stuff, and some other stuff. Northern Tools is not always the "helpiest" place to shop so figure out what you need and how much you can afford to spend, make the trip to NT&E and you should be able to make it work. BTW: if you don't know what you need they probably don't either, but they might could point you in the right direction if you ask nice.

I was on a mission this day specifically for new plants that I never owned before so I figured I'd check this location out. I love their plant section, it's very clean and robust. They have so many plant options that I really haven't seen anywhere else. I lucked up and found some really hard to find plants and this made my DAY! I was super happy!! The customer service here, wasn't that great, but I didn't care because I wa sin plant heaven lol. I've gone back a couple times and seem to find something new every time I go. This will definitely be on my usual plant stop list now.
