The next morning I received an email letting me know it was ready for pickup. When I arrived all I had to do is show them my email and they loaded my car. I wish they had plastic so I could put it on the carpet of my car. Unfortunately the decorative trim was too wide so I processed a return. All in all I was happy with the process. It's also bad enough when they delivery people conceal sharp damage on the back of the refrigerator and then slam that into your wall, causing damage on your wall and their customer relations promises to get it repaired and then hope you forget about it. Then deny your claim to repair it when you refuse to let it go. even worse, though I just learned that Lowes is collecting everyone's license plates when you park in the parking lot and selling that to the government. They installed them under the guys of helping with theft however, now they're selling it to the government to help the government kidnap people. they are essentially supporting ICE and going against our constitution since that's what our government and ICE are doing. Anyone who assist in this is just as wrong. Take your money elsewhere. Just don't go to Home Depot either because they're in bed with them too. shame on you, Lowes. I thought you were better than that. You didn't support this crap previously what happened to you? Oh yeah, money talks. Well, so does our money!

To my surprise True Value said they had it in stock so I decided to head over and grab it. When I checked in on yelp at the store, I was surprised to see that I had a 10% off coupon. The woman at the register wasn't familiar with the discount, she said that she needed a code to enter in the system and there wasn't one. She called the owner over and he was also confused but honored the discount. You may not be so fortunate if you decide to go, because he said he may have set that up along time ago when he set up Yelp, and he probably needed to fix it. But I was happy to find the paint that I needed at a discount. I didn't take a lot of time to look around because I went for a specific purpose. But the store seems to be fully stocked.

Parking was very easy and convenient to park near certain doors. Signs inside were well-marked, and I found what I needed quickly. I decided to use the self-checkout for 1 item. Shiny new store with all the usual stuff, the specialty stuff, and some other stuff. Northern Tools is not always the "helpiest" place to shop so figure out what you need and how much you can afford to spend, make the trip to NT&E and you should be able to make it work. I just happened to check and see if there was any other plant places in the area and stumbled upon this Lowe's. I was on a mission this day specifically for new plants that I never owned before so I figured I'd check this location out. I love their plant section, it's very clean and robust. They have so many plant options that I really haven't seen anywhere else. I lucked up and found some really hard to find plants and this made my DAY! I was super happy!! The customer service here, wasn't that great, but I didn't care because I wa sin plant heaven lol. I've gone back a couple times and seem to find something new every time I go. This will definitely be on my usual plant stop list now.
