I carried a 30 yr old Stihl into Concord Tractor and Supply asking to use their hex drill to remove the cover. Harry told me I didn't need to remove the cover, but the spark plug was broke and needed replaced. He immediately recognized the problem and fixed it. When I asked him what I owe, he told me to remember Concord Tractor and Supply the next time I need equipment or service. It may have just been a $3 spark plug, but it mean't a lot to me that someone helped me, cared, and only asked for my loyalty to his company. I'll be a Concord Tractor and Supply customer for life. Because they care and are helpful. And, that means more to me than anything. Thank you, Harry.

They also have bonfire sections where you are able to reserve and then come out and bring your own snacks, food and have a great TIME! They fully serviced my mower before they dropped it off. The price was more than fair. Several of my coworkers are regular customers here. They are satisfied with their service and repair. As of this review the store wasn't fully stocked as it was literally the first day open, but I know they will eventually have all the shelves filled. They have a nice selection of tools, pet supplies, and outdoor equipment as well as miscellaneous hardware, clothing and grilling accessories and other items. There's also a pet clinic inside too, so you can take your furry friends in for care if they need it. I can hear them doing whatever it was what they were doing but they never once came to the front and tend to the customers or the products in the store. I waited 5 minutes then decided to leave without what I intended to buy. Except for the young man who initially healed me the customer service was poor. My time is important to me . I expected more from a smaller store.
